1.9. On the surface of the hot pipes are not allowed cracks, slivers, flaws, and sunsets.
Allowed some minor nicks, dents, risks, thin layer of oxides, traces of Stripping defects and small films, not bringing the wall thickness outside negative deviations.
1.9.1. On the surface of cold pipes are not allowed cracks, slivers, flaws and sunsets.
Some minor nicks, rust, traces of loose scale, do not interfere with the inspection, dents, signs of changes, risks and traces of Stripping defects may be allowed, if they cannot make the pipe sizes for maximum deviations.
1.9.2. On the surface of the welded pipes, welded pipes gorjachekatannyj and furnace welding are not allowed cracks, slivers, and sunsets.
Rabina, risks and other damage of mechanical origin, a layer of slag and traces of Stripping defects may be allowed provided if they cannot make the pipe sizes for maximum deviations.
On the inner surface of the tube allowed the remainder of the grat due to production method.
The outer burrs on the tubing shall be removed.
In place of removing the Burr allowed the wall thinning to 0.1 mm over the negative tolerance.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
1.9.3. On the surface of the cold formed electrically welded tubes are not allowed cracks, slivers, flaws, and sunsets.
Allowed traces of oxides that do not impede the inspection, dents, signs of changes, risks and signs of Stripping defects, if they cannot make the pipe sizes for maximum deviations.
1.10. At customer’s request, cold drawn tubes are manufactured with purified from the dross surface.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer hot-deformed and welded tubes are made with purified from the dross surface.
1.11. The pipe ends must be cut at right angle.
At the request of the consumer pipe is manufactured without cutting the ends.
1.12. Pipe of all types, pressure (the working conditions of the pipes are specified in the order), shall withstand a test hydraulic pressure (P) MPa (kgf/cm), calculated by the formulas:
for pipes of rectangular section
for pipes of square section
for pipes of oval section
,
where — allowable stress equal to 80% of yield strength, N/mm(kgf/mm);
— minimum wall thickness, mm (minus minus tolerance);
— square side or the big side of the rectangle, mm.
— smaller side of rectangle, mm.
and — the radii of the small and large arcs of the oval, mm.
— the distance between the centers of circles, arcs of small oval, mm.
— the angle formed by lines drawn from the center of the circle arc of a large oval through the centers of the circle arcs of small oval degree.
Hydraulic testing of pipes other types of profile and rules defined by them according to agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
The ability of pipe to withstand hydraulic test pressure is provided by the technology.
TBA.
1.13. In coordination with the consumer seamless cold-deformed pipes of steel grade 09G2S with thickness of 4 mm shall pass the test for impact strength.
The norms of toughness, sample type (hub U or V), and temperature tests are stipulated in the order.
(Added, Rev. N 3).
2. ACCEPTANCE RULES
2.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size, one grade of steel and one type of heat treatment (heat-treated tubes) and drawn up by one document on quality according to GOST 10692 indicating the type of pipe (hot, cold, electric, or electric-welded cold-drawn, electrically welded gorjachekatanye or pipe furnace welding).

200 pieces for pipes in exterior size over 70 mm.
2.3. Control surface and subjected to size each pipe of the party.
The control of the geometric parameters, except the thickness of the wall is held at a distance of not less than 50 mm from any end face of the pipe.
By agreement with the consumer allowed for each batch of pipes the statistical sampling method of size control and the surface on the alternative basis with one-stage level in accordance with the applicable standards. The control plans are established in coordination of the use of statistical control.
