2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and technical regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. Pipes made from steel grade 10 with the chemical composition according to GOST 1050.

2.3. Pipes must be thermally processed.

2.4. Mechanical properties of metal of pipes must be:

tensile strength ГОСТ 1060-83 Трубы стальные бесшовные холоднодеформированные для судостроения. Технические условия (с Изменением N 1) — not less than 343 N/mmГОСТ 1060-83 Трубы стальные бесшовные холоднодеформированные для судостроения. Технические условия (с Изменением N 1)(35 kgf/mmГОСТ 1060-83 Трубы стальные бесшовные холоднодеформированные для судостроения. Технические условия (с Изменением N 1));

elongation ГОСТ 1060-83 Трубы стальные бесшовные холоднодеформированные для судостроения. Технические условия (с Изменением N 1)not less than 28%.

At the customer’s request elongation should not be less than 30%.

2.5. On the outer and inner surfaces of pipes are not allowed slivers, flaws, cracks, holes-wdwy, sunsets and the remains of copper plating.

On the outer surface of the pipe allowed:

individual dents, risks, traces of removal of defects, if they do not take the thickness of the wall beyond the negative deviations;

the remains of slag on the pipes, not exposed to heat treatment in a protective atmosphere appropriate to the agreed standards;

the oxide film types of tint for pipes subjected to heat treatment in a protective atmosphere.

2.4, 2.5. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

2.6. Pipe shall be manufactured with a surface cleansed from oxides or after the heat treatment in a protective atmosphere.

2.7. Pipes must withstand ultrasonic defectoscopy across the surface. The equivalent of acceptable natural defects serves as an artificial risk, the depth of not more than 10% of the nominal value of wall thickness and a length of not more than 25 mm.

2.8. Pipe must withstand without the formation of cracks and tears:

flattening to obtain sludinajumi between the surfaces a distance equal to four thicknesses of the wall;

the distribution to increase an outer diameter of 15%;

bend in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3728 instead of flattening at the request of the consumer.

2.9. Tubes shall withstand hydraulic test pressure in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3845 with allowable stress equal to 40% of the temporary tear resistance for this grade of steel.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size, one type of heat treatment, as customer’s request — one of melting and to be issued a document about the quality according to GOST 10692.

The number of tubes in the party — not more than 400 PCs.

3.2. Control surface dimensions, subjected to ultrasound control each pipe.

3.3. For quality control from the party taken:

tensile, bend and distribution — 2% of the pipes, but at least two pipes;

on flattening of 10% of the pipes, but not less than two pipes.

3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of pipes selected from the same batch. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. For quality control of each selected pipe cut one sample for each test.

4.2. Inspection of the pipe surface is carried out visually.

The presence of dross on the surface of the pipe, not subjected to heat treatment, shall be established according to standards agreed upon between manufacturer and user.

4.3. Control of the outer diameter and wall thickness is carried out by means of measurements with an error, installed GOST 8.051.

Length control is carried out measuring tape according to GOST 7502.

The curvature control is carried out according to GOST 26877.

4.2, 4.3. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

4.4. Test flattening is carried out according to GOST 8695.

4.5. Test distribution is carried out according to GOST 8694 on the mandrel with a taper of 6° or 30°.

In case of disagreement on the evaluation test is carried out on a mandrel with a taper of 6°.

4.6. The test bend is carried out according to GOST 3728.

4.7. When discovering a tapered samples of tears (mid), or other minor defects resulting from the disclosure of external defects due to the method of production and permitted by this standard, is allowed to re-test flattening of another sample from the same tube with the preliminary removal of the surface layer of the sample (inner and outer) to a depth of not more than 0.2 mm.

4.8. The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10006 longitudinal in the form of a strip or segment of pipe sample.
