This standard applies to seamless hot (machined on the outer surface) of the pipe steel grades SHKH15, SHKH15-sh, SHKH15SG, SHKH15SG-sh, SHKH15, SHKH15SG and cold (neobetanin) of steel grades SHKH15, SHKH15, SHKH15, and W-for the manufacture of bearing components.

1. ASSORTMENT
1.1. Pipe shall be manufactured:
hot-deformed — outer diameter of 70−204 mm with a ratio of outer diameter to wall thickness =4−17;
cold — of an external diameter of 20−90 mm.
1.2. Hot tubes produce a minimum internal diameter of 48 mm.

1.4. Tolerances for pipe sizes must not exceed:

1.5. Tolerances for the wall thickness of hot-deformed pipes with a ratio of >11 are established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
1.6. Pipe shall be manufactured in length:
hot-deformed — from 2 to 5 m;
cold — from 2.5 to 4.5 m.
Allowed shortened pipe length less than 1 m in an amount of not more than 10% of the batch weight.

1.7. Allowed to put a short pipe length not less than 1 m in an amount of not more than 10% of the batch weight prior to July 1, 1987
1.8. On demand of the consumer is allowed to put pipes with a length greater than the specified in claim 1.6.
1.9. Ovality and cut on the outer profile of the cold-deformed tubes should not exceed 0.8 of maximum deviations for the outside diameter.

1.11. The waviness of the outer surface of the cold pipes should not exceed 0.3 mm at the wavelength of 300 mm.

1.12. The curvature of the pipe may be no more than 1 mm per 1 m length.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Bearing tubes shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. The chemical composition of the metal pipes of steel grades SHKH15, SHKH15SG, SHKH15-sh, SHKH15SG-sh, SHKH15, SHKH15SG must correspond to GOST 801.
Metal pipes of steel grade ШХ16СГ-sh, manufactured from a tube blank with a size of 140 mm and more, should have a manganese content of 1.00% is 1.20%, silicon from 0.45% to 0.65%, chromium of 1.40% is 1.65%. Point heterogeneity in the metal of the initial billet pipes of steel grades SHKH15, SHKH15SG, SHKH15-IN and SHKH15SG-IN should not be more than 2.0 points in the scale N 2 with GOST 10243.

2.3. Pipe should not have cracks, sunsets and captured. Permitted other surface defects, not deducing the outer diameter and wall thickness beyond the minimum size.
Machined on the outer surface of the pipe is not allowed volosovichi, black, rusty spots on the pipes with anticorrosion grease.
The roughness of the machined outer surface of the Rz should be no more than 80 microns.

2.4. Hot tubes shall be manufactured 207−187 hardness HB (indentation diameter of 4.2−4.4 mm) for steel grades SHKH15, SHKH15-sh, SHKH15-IN and 217−197 HB (indentation diameter of 4.1−4.3 mm) for steel grades SHKH15SG, SHKH15SG-sh and SHKH15SG-V.
Cold-drawn pipe shall be manufactured of heat-treated hardness 255−207 HB (indentation diameter of 3.8−4.2 mm).

2.5. At the customer’s request, cold-formed pipes are produced without heat treatment or after low temperature annealing with the hardness not more than 320 HB (indentation diameter less than 3.4 mm).

2.6. In fracture of the tempered sample, as well as in the macrostructure of the investigated template protravnogo transverse pipe are not allowed cracks, shrinkage looseness, bubbles, burnout, flocs, delamination, and foreign inclusions visible to the naked eye. Control fracture may not be produced, the absence of defects is ensured by the control of the macrostructure.
In pipes of steel grades SHKH15-sh and SHKH15SG-W point heterogeneity should correspond to the points 1; 2 and 2.5.

2.7. The microstructure of the pipe should consist of fine-grained pearlite with uniformly distributed carbides.
In the evaluation of the microstructure valid points 1A, 1, 2, 3 for steel grades SHKH15, SHKH15, SHKH15-III and IN points 1, 2, 3, 5 for steel grades SHKH15SG, SHKH15SG-sh and SHKH15SG-V.
The remains of a carbide mesh are not allowed above the 3rd grade.

2.8. Carbide liquation in metal finished pipes of all grades of steel should not exceed a score of 1.5. At the request of the consumer for tubes of steel grades SHKH15-sh and SHKH15SG-W carbide liquation should not exceed the point 1.

2.10. Contamination of the metal pipes, non-metallic inclusions shall not exceed the limits specified in the table.

The pipes on one of the samples exceeded the established norms of 0.5 points according to one of the types of inclusions: oxides, sulphides or globular.
The impurity of metal pipes with silicate inclusions should not exceed the norms established for oxides and sulphides.

2.11. The micropores should not exceed a score of 2.0. In pipes of steel grades SHKH15-sh and SHKH15SG-sh micropores are not allowed.
2.12. On the outer surface of hot pipes decarburization is not allowed on the inner surface of the depth bezoperatsionnogo layers (the ferrite plus the transition zone) should not exceed 0.5 mm.
On the outer and inner surfaces of the cold-deformed tubes depth bezoperatsionnogo layer should not exceed 0.3 mm.

2.14. The pipe ends should be cut off and have a chamfer of a width not exceeding 3 mm.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. The pipes are accepted by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same diameter, same wall thickness, one bottoms, one mode of heat treatment (for one of the charge pipes, processed in chamber furnaces) and be accompanied by one document on quality according to GOST 10692 with the additional indication:
name of the manufacturer of the workpiece;
the part number of the bearing for which the intended pipe;
results point estimates of the heterogeneity;
chemical composition of the steel in accordance with the document on the quality of billets.
By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer in the party allowed pipes of different heats.

3.2. To check the quality of pipes are selected:
to control the fracture and macrostructure — two pipes from the party;
to control the microstructure (as pearlite, carbide mesh, depth bezoperatsionnogo layer) — at least two pipes from the party;
to control the carbide segregation at least three pipes from the party;
to determine the content of non-metallic inclusions, at least six pipes from the party;
for the control of microporosity, at least six pipes from the party;
hardness — 10%, but not less than three pipes from the party. For pipes, annealed in continuous furnaces, allowed to control 5% but not less than three pipes of the party;
to control the chemical composition of one tube from the party.
The manufacturer is permitted to select the pipe from melting to control kink, macrostructure, carbide segregation, nonmetallic inclusions, microporosity, chemical composition.
3.3. Inspection of interior and exterior surfaces, sizes, matching pipe steel grade should be subjected to each pipe of the party.

3.4. Ovality and cut checks once a year.

3.5. When the metal pipes placenow all the pipes bottoms are rejected.
3.6. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of pipes selected from the same batch.
Repeated tests on non-metallic inclusions is carried out on all types of non-metallic inclusions.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

4. TEST METHODS
4.1. Inspection of pipes is performed with the naked eye. Allowed to inspect the surface after etching in 30−50% aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid at 60 °C — 70 °C for 30−40 min.
Allowed checking the surface quality and dimensions of pipes non-destructive methods.
4.2. The line pipe steel grade test method of arcing or other nondestructive method. If there is disagreement in assessing the quality of conducting a full chemical analysis.

4.3. Analysis of the chemical composition of the finished pipe is carried out according to GOST 12344, 12345 GOST, GOST 12347, 12348 GOST, GOST 12350, GOST 12352, 12354 series GOST-GOST 12360, 12364 GOST, GOST 12365.

4.4. The depth of the defects on the surface of the pipe is determined after nudelove or Stripping of defects, measuring the depth of Stripping.
The presence of defects on the internal surface or inside wall of the pipe is inaccessible to inspection at the factory, is finally established at the enterprise-customer during the mechanical processing of tubes.
4.5. The curvature of the pipe line check 1 meter using a probe. The waviness of the outer surface of cold drawn pipe line check length 0.3 m probe.

The length of the tubes test tape according to GOST 7502.
The outer diameter and ovality is controlled with a micrometer smooth MK-type according to GOST 6507, staples sheet according to GOST and GOST 18360 18365.
The wall thickness of the pipe is controlled by micrometer type MT according to GOST 6507.

4.6. From each selected pipe cut:
to control the fracture and macrostructure — two of the sample;
to control the microstructure of one sample;
to control carbide liquation — one sample;
to control the content of nonmetallic inclusions — one sample;
to control the microporosity — one sample;
to control the hardness of one sample.
4.7. To control the microporosity, liquation carbide is allowed to use the samples, which were controlled by non-metallic inclusions.

4.8. Hardness test carried out according to GOST 9012. Allowed to carry out the measurement of hardness non-destructive method of control. Allowed checking the hardness on templeto cut from pipes.
If there is disagreement in assessing the quality of hardness is determined according to GOST 9012.

4.9. Check the macrostructure according to GOST 10243 templeto on the cross (the rings) with a height of 20 mm, pickled in 30−50% aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid at a temperature of 60 °C — 70 °C for 30−40 min. it is Allowed to monitor the defects specified in paragraph 2.6, a non-destructive method.
4.10. Pipe fracture test quenched and destroyed the ring with a height of 15−20 mm. Annealing of samples is performed according to the mode: heating temperature (845±10) °C, exposure not more than 1.5 min per 1 mm thickness of the tube wall, cooling in oil or water.
Control fracture may not be conducted, the absence of defects is ensured by the control of the macrostructure.

4.11. The microstructure (perlite) test on transverse sections, stained in 2−4% alcohol solution of nitric acid. The sample is examined under a microscope with magnification of 450 to 600 times. May be performed in other etching reagents, or by electrolytic method. If there is disagreement in assessing the quality of the etching is carried out in 2−4% alcohol solution of nitric acid, the photographing is performed at a magnification of 500 times.
In the zone of acceptable depth of bezoperatsionnogo layer evaluation of the microstructure (granular perlite) is not carried out. Allowed to control the microstructure non-destructive methods. If there is disagreement in assessing the quality of used metallographic method to control the microstructure.
4.12. Methods and scope of nondestructive inspection are established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
4.13. Depth bezoperatsionnogo layer test according to GOST 1763 method M in transverse sections, stained in 2−4% alcohol solution of nitric acid. The sample is examined under a microscope at a magnification of 100 times. If necessary, you can apply a greater increase.
4.14. Non-metallic inclusions, microporosity, carbide liquation is determined on longitudinal sections of hardened, carbide mesh — hardened transverse sections.
Samples were quenched at the heating temperature (845±10) °C, can withstand no more than 1.5 min per 1 mm thickness of the wall of the pipe at this temperature, cooled in oil and released at a temperature of 150 °C — 170 °C for 1 h.
The rating of nonmetallic inclusions and microporosity is held on netravlenoy sections.
Evaluation of carbide mesh carbide segregation is made on the thin sections, stained in 4% alcohol solution of nitric acid.
Nonmetallic inclusions is controlled on the samples under the microscope with magnification times of 90−110, and the diameter of the field of view of 1.1−1.3 mm.
Microporosity, carbide liquation control with magnification times of 90−110, and an acetylene — gas grid at a magnification of 450 to 600 times.
Allowed, except differences in the assessment of product quality, to evaluate carbide mesh for thin sections without prior quenching and tempering of the etched electrolytically in a solution: 1000 cmHO, 150 g NaOH, 10 g of KMnO.

4.15. Sample size for all inspection types under the microscope in transverse direction must be equal to the wall thickness of the pipe, and in the longitudinal direction of 15−20 mm.
4.16. The pipe check:
microstructure — scale N 8 GOST 801 and the drawing of Annex 1 of this standard;
carbide liquation — scale N 6 GOST 801;
carbide grid — scale N 4 GOST 801;
microporosity — scale N 7 GOST 801;
point inhomogeneity and defects of the macrostructure in pipes of steel grades SHKH15-sh and SHKH15SG-sh on poliatlonu points and drawings Annex 2 of this standard;
non-metallic inclusions — the scales N 1, 2, and 3 GOST 801.
Evaluation of silicate inclusions is carried out on a scale of N 1 N 2 oxides or sulphides. If in the same field of view there are different inclusion types (oxides and silicates stroke brittle and ductile or plastic sulphides and silicates), the assessment is carried out collectively. The results of the evaluation are recorded in the column of oxides or sulphides.
If the assessment scales may not be performed by comparing with one of the two neighboring points that allowed estimation of intermediate points 0,5; 1,5; 2,5 etc. in the absence of controlled evaluation index is «0». The microstructure is evaluated only at integer points.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage — by GOST 10692 with additions.
From cold-deformed tubes at a distance from the end of not more than 800 mm or at the end of the pipe should be embossed or marked with indelible paint (at the end of the pipe at a distance from the end of not more than 500 mm) part number bearing, number of melt (at the request of the consumer) and the symbol of the brand were:
X — for the grade SHKH15;
Sh — for the grade SHKH15-sh;
Mr. for the brand SHKH15SG;
GS — for the brand SHKH15SG-sh;
In — for the grade SHKH15.
GW — for the brand SHKH15SG-V.
For protection from corrosion of the pipe should be covered on the outer surface with anti-corrosion grease. Permitted anticorrosive lubricant on the inner surface.
At the request of the consumer for pipe anti-corrosion grease is not applied.
