This standard applies to the smooth seamless steel drill pipe, designed for drilling exploratory wells for solid minerals shells with removable core receiver and the threads of the pipes.

1.2. Ovality and raznoshennoy pipes should take the size of the pipes for maximum deviations at the inner diameter and wall thickness.
1.3. Tolerance of straight pipe on any segment with a length of 1 m is 0.3 mm.

For pipes with a diameter of 55 or 70 mm in the party allowed no more than 10% of the pipes with the tolerance of straightness of 0.5 mm per 1 m length.

Note. Angles resistant face and square shoulder milling, the angles of inclination of the lateral sides of the thread profile, angle, and pitch circle diameter of the thrust ledge, the internal thread of the width of the basins external and internal threads and radii of rounding of the peaks and troughs of the thread is given for the design of the cutting tool and the pipe are not controlled.

1.5. The tolerance of alignment of the thread surface on the outside diameter and the pipe outside surface in the plane of the thrust ledge (for external thread) or in the plane of the thrust end (internal threads) in the expression:
0.4 mm — for pipes with a diameter of 43 and 55 mm;
0.6 mm — for pipes with a diameter of 70 mm.
1.6. Tolerance beating surface of the thrust end in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the side wall relative the outer surface of the thread — 0,03 mm.
1.7. Tolerances of the taper angle ATD (ST SEV 178−75) on the outer diameter of the external thread and the internal diameter of internal threads shall be as specified in table.3.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
2.2. Pipes made from steel of strength group E in the normative documentation. Mass fraction of sulfur and phosphorus in the steel shall not exceed 0,045% each.
2.3. Pipes must be thermally processed. Mechanical properties of steel shall be as specified in table.4.

2.4. On the surface of the pipe are not allowed cracks, slivers, shell-wdwy, delamination and sunsets.
Allowed separate dents, risks, and other defects due to the production method, traces of Stripping defects, if they do not take wall thickness for minimum size, and a layer of oxides that do not impede the inspection.
2.5. The surface of the thread, a thrust shoulder and face should be smooth, without dents, scratches and other defects. On the surface of the bore internal groove and external threads are allowed traces of the threading tool.
2.6. Parameter of roughness according to GOST 2789−73 must not exceed:
20 microns for the surface resistant and the ends of the ledges,
40 µm — the surface of the thread and the rest of the mechanical machined surfaces.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size and be accompanied by one document on quality in accordance with GOST 10692−80 with the addition of: content of sulphur and phosphorus in steel take the document on as a manufacturer of metal.
The number of tubes in the party — not more than 300.
3.2. The control surface, the geometric dimensions of the pipes and the correctness of the execution of the thread is subjected to each pipe.
3.3. For quality control from the party taken:
one pipe — to control the mechanical properties of the metal;
5% — for the control of the runout of the thread surface relative to the outer surface of the pipe;
2% — for beat control resistant and the ends taper and roughness parameter of the surfaces;
two pipes — to control the pitch and height of threads.
If there is disagreement in the assessment of sulfur and phosphorus in steel for test taken one pipe.
3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators (except for the runout of the thread surface relative to the outer diameter of the pipe) it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of pipes selected from the same batch. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
If unsatisfactory results of control runout of the thread surface relative to the outer diameter of the pipe is subjected to control each pipe of the party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. From each selected pipe cut one sample for each test.
4.2. The contents of sulphur and phosphorus in steel is determined according to GOST and GOST 12347−77 12345−2001 or other methods providing the required accuracy.
Samples are taken according to GOST 7565−81.
4.3. The tensile test is carried out on the longitudinal short samples according to GOST 10006−80. The speed of the movable grip:
up until the yield point is not more than 10 mm/min,
for a yield point of not more than 40 mm/min.
Allowed control of mechanical properties non-destructive and statistical methods in the normative documentation.
The differences in the evaluation of test results carried out according to GOST 10006−80.
4.4. Surface inspection is carried out visually. Check the depth of permissible defects is carried out with adproval or other means.
4.5. The deviation from straightness of tubes of 1 m long test straightedge with a length of 1 m according to GOST 8026−92 and a set of probes for ND.
4.6. Control the inner diameter of the spend limit gauges-plugs 14810−69 according to GOST, GOST and GOST 14812−69 21401−75.
Control of the wall thickness of the pipe is carried out with a micrometer according to GOST 6507−90.
Control length hold a tape measure with a length of 10 m according to GOST 7502−98.
4.7. The pitch and height of threads of control in the universal microscope in the normative documentation.
4.8. Control of the diameters of the threads and the distance between the thrust surfaces is done by ND gauges.
When screwing the threaded working calibers with a threaded pipe, as well as when putting them on or introduction to the working thread gauges smooth end of the pipe should be located between the measuring surfaces of the gauge or to coincide with one of them.
4.9. Control runout of the thread surface relative to the outer surface of the pipe should be as follows: pipe screwed together with a special mandrel, the thread of which is made coaxial with the cylindrical shank. On the cylindrical shank of the mandrel should be planted bushing with bracket for fixing of the dial gauge according to GOST 577−68.
By rotating the pipe and holding the bushing, indicator, measure the radial runout of the outer surface of the pipe relative to the thread surface in the plane of the thrust ledge or resistant outer end of the internal thread (damn.4 and 5).

Allowed the use of other control methods, ensure compliance with the requirements of this standard.
4.10. The beat control surface thrust end face is carried out with the dial gauge according to GOST 577−68 to removing pipe from the machine or by rotating the pipe in a special fixture (the machine), the centering of the pipe is carried out relative to the outer diameter of the thread.
Allowed the use of other control methods, ensure compliance with the requirements of this standard.
4.11. The deviation of the taper on the outer diameter of the external thread and the internal diameter of the internal thread is measured using a smooth gages (rings and plugs) for ND and a set of probes for ND.
4.12. Surface roughness test according to the normative documentation.
5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage must comply with GOST 10692−80 with additions.
5.1.1. To each tube at a distance of 50−100 mm from the end put the stamp with indication of: trademark of the manufacturer, size, conditional outer diameter, and the stamp of the technical control Department.
5.1.2. Conservation is subjected to the threads and machined surfaces of pipes. Protection option BB 4 according to GOST 9.014−78.
5.1.3. The packaging of pipes is performed in packets using the hex caps that protect the ends of the packages, and special pins and passed through the Central tube of the package (Fig.6). Between the bottoms of the caps and the ends of pipes placed protective padding. The packets are additionally tightly linked in one or two places with a wire according to GOST 3282−74. The number of pipes in one package, and the approximate sizes given in table.5.

5.1.4. Allowed tubes tied in bundles with wire according to GOST 3282−74 or steel tape according to GOST 3560−73. The package should consist of pipes of the same diameter. The ends of the pipes from one side of the package must be in the same vertical plane. The number of tubes in the package should be no more than 100 units along the length of the packages linked in two places at a distance of 300−500 mm from the end with a length of pipe 3000 mm and in three locations (ends and middle) with a length of pipe 4500 mm and more.
Thread tubing shall be protected by safety plugs and caps (rings).
5.1.5. Packages, Packed with a hexagonal caps, and bags Packed wire (ribbon), are aligned in the transverse direction is not less than two turns.
