Note — Weight of 1 m pipe , kg, is calculated by the formula where is the nominal outside diameter, mm;
|
3.3 Length of pipes, maximum deviations in size, ovality, raznoshennoy and the curvature shall be as given in GOST 8732.
In coordination with the consumer the ultimate deflection for pipes of outside diameter 219 mm and over shall not exceed:
— the outside diameter ±0,8%;
— wall thickness ±12,5% for thicknesses of 15 mm or more.
3.4 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer pipes can be manufactured with a combination of extreme deviations, such as: outer diameter — increased accuracy, and wall thickness — the usual precision.
Examples of symbols
Pipe outer diameter 70 mm, wall thickness of 3.5 mm, random length, regular accuracy of manufacturing, from steel of grade 10:
Pipe outer diameter 70 mm, wall thickness of 3.5 mm, random length, high precision manufacturing in diameter and normal wall thickness, steel grade 10:
Pipe outer diameter 70 mm, wall thickness 3.5 mm, length 6000 mm (measuring length), manufacturing high precision on diameter and wall thickness of steel grade 09G2S:
The same length that are multiples of 1250 mm:
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Pipe shall be manufactured from steel grades 10, 20 with the chemical composition according to GOST 1050, brands 10G2, 30KHMA, 15HM — according to GOST 4543, 09G2S — according to GOST 19281 and brand 10G2A — with the chemical composition shown in table 2.

When cutting pipes with wall thickness of 20 mm or more oxy-fuel, plasma cutting or saw allowance along the length of the pipes should be at least 20 mm for each cut. At the request of the consumer the ends of the pipes with wall thickness of 20 mm or more do not cut. Uncut part of the pipe, mark with paint and pipe length not included.
At the request of the consumer at the ends of the pipes with wall thickness from 5 to 20 mm should be removed chamfer at an angle of 30°-35° to the pipe end. This should be left to the socket ring width of 1−3 mm.
4.8 Pipe to withstand hydraulic pressure in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3845 with allowable stress equal to 80% of the yield strength for this steel grade.
Instead of testing a hydraulic pressure is allowed to carry out non-destructive testing by the method that provides compliance with the standards of pipe hydraulic test pressure and duly approved.
4.9 At the request of the consumer pipes shall withstand a test bend.
4.10 Pipe external diameter not exceeding 400 mm and a wall thickness of not more than 15% of the outer diameter to withstand the test of flattening to obtain sludinajumi between surfaces, distances , %, calculated according to the formula
(2)
where = 0,09 for steel grades 10 and 0.08 for other steel grades;
— nominal wall thickness, mm;
— nominal external diameter, mm.
4.11 At the request of the consumer pipe with a wall thickness of 10 mm or more is subjected to the control of the macrostructure.
In the macrostructure of the metal pipes are not allowed traces podnasadochnogo looseness, delamination, cracks, pores, bubbles and drowned crust, flocs, foreign non-metallic and metallic inclusions, visible without using the magnifying devices.
4.12 At the request of the consumer pipes shall be subjected to the quality control of metals by nondestructive methods according to the method approved in the prescribed manner.
5 acceptance Rules
5.1 Pipe take parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size (diameter and wall thickness), one grade of steel, same heat treatment (heat-treated tubes) and be accompanied by one document on quality in accordance with shot 10692 addition:
— for party, consisting of one melting, and chemical composition of the steel in accordance with the document on the quality of the workpiece;
for the game, consisting of different heats, reference is made to the appropriate standard for the grade of steel.
5.2 the Number of pipes in the lot shall be not more than:
400 PCs — for pipes with a diameter less than 76 mm;
200 pieces for pipes of other sizes.
5.3 At customer’s request, the party may consist of pipes made of steel in one heat.
5.4 Dimensions and surface quality control on each pipe.
5.5 Chemical composition of the steel pipe is taken on the document about the quality of the manufacturer of the workpiece. If there is disagreement carried out chemical analysis of the metal pipes.
5.6 To control the macrostructure, mechanical properties, drop test, bend, bend and flattening the two tubes taken from the party.
To check the chemical composition of select three tubes from the party.
5.7 Test the hydraulic pressure or equivalent NDT is subjected to each pipe.
5.8 quality Control of metals non-destructive methods are subjected to each pipe.
5.9 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of tubes taken from the same batch. Satisfactory results of the repeated tests extend to the whole party, with the exception of pipes, rejected the results of the initial tests.
If the results of the repeated test is unsatisfactory, the entire batch is rejected.
The rejected batch may be subjected to heat treatment or other process operations and presented for acceptance as a new or a 100% control on the kind of tests that you have received poor results.
6 test Methods
6.1 For each test (except test macrostructure and testing the impact strength) of each selected pipe cut out one sample.
To control the macrostructure of the samples taken from both ends of the pipe.
For testing the impact strength of each selected pipe is cut on three samples. Toughness is defined as the arithmetic average of the results of tests of three samples.
On one of the samples allowed a reduction in the rate impact toughness 9.8 j/cm(1 kgf·m/cm).
6.2 Examination of the external and internal surfaces of pipes is carried out visually without the use of magnifying devices. The depth of the defects on the outer surface of the pipe test bar-a gauge or other method after Stripping defects.
