1. This standard applies to hot-rolled broadband rental width from 200 to 1050 mm and a thickness of 6 to 60 mm, rolled on universal mills.

Indicators of technical level established by this standard are intended for highest and first quality categories.

2. The thickness and width of the broadband rentals must conform to the standards specified in the table.

At the request of the customer can be manufactured broadband rolled width 160, 170, 180, 190, 350, 440, 550, 580 and 710 mm.

Note. When calculating the mass of 1 m broadband rental (nominal size) density of steel is equal to 7.85 g/cm.

3. Rental manufactured with the length from 5 to 12 m, and at the request of the consumer — from 2 to 18 m:

6. Limit deviations for dimensions of broadband hire must meet:

thickness:

thickness up to 20 mm incl. mm;

thickness from 22 mm to 30 mm incl. mm;

thickness from 32 to 50 mm incl. mm;

with a thickness of 55 mm or more mm;

width:

width up to 400 mm incl. mm;

width from 420 to 800 mm incl. mm;

a width of 850 mm or more mm;

length (dimensional and multiple-dimensional):

up to 12 mm thick incl. +15 mm;

thickness from 14 mm to 25 mm incl. +25 mm;

with a thickness of 28 mm +35 mm.

7. For Rebrovo the curvature of the strip manufactured in two classes: manufacturing high precision class and conventional precision manufacturing — class B.

Local leg curvature 1 m length of the strip should not exceed:

1 mm for class A;

2 mm for class B.

The total curvature should not exceed the local curvature of a 1 m strip on the runway, in meters.

8. The permissible bulge of the side faces must not exceed:

3 mm — thickness of strip up to 12 mm incl.;

4 mm — thickness of strip 14 to 20 mm cyl.;

5 mm when the strip thickness of 22 mm and more.

The dimensions of the strip must not exceed the limit deviations on width.

9. The broadband flatness of the rent must not exceed:

for the first category:

0.3% of the width in the transverse direction;

0.3% of the length in the longitudinal direction;

for the highest category:

0.3% of the width in the transverse direction;

0.3% of the length, but not more than 10 mm in the longitudinal direction.

10. Cut end Squareness, mm broadband rental shall not exceed:

for the first category:

1.5% of width for wide strips up to 500 mm;

1.0% in width for strips with width more than 500 mm;

for the highest category:

1.5% of the width, but not more than 5 mm wide strips up to 500 mm;

1.0% in width for strips with width more than 500 mm.

11. Steel grades and technical requirements — according to GOST 14637, GOST 19281, GOST 27772, GOST 1577, GOST 6713 GOST 5521, GOST 11269.
