This standard applies to plate hot-rolled carbon steel of ordinary quality, manufactured width of 500 mm and a thickness of 4 to 160 mm inclusive.
1. THE MAIN PARAMETERS
1.1. Rentals are made in the form of sheets and rolls of steel grades St0, St2kp, St2ps, St2sp, St3kp, St3ps, st3sp, St3gps, St3gsp, St4ps, St4sp, St5ps, St5sp, St5gps according to GOST 380.
1.2. Depending on the standardized characteristics of the rental is divided into categories: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
To denote the category to the designation of the brand add the category number, for example: Ст3пс1, Ст4сп3.
The category of rental, the consumer specifies in the order. If you have not specified the category selects the manufacturer.
1.3. Rental produce thick:
4−160 mm — leaves;
4−12 mm — rolls.
In part requirements for the range rental, you should correspond to GOST 19903.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Features
2.1.1. Rolled manufactured steel with a chemical composition corresponding to GOST 380.
Maximum deviations in chemical composition in a ready to rent from plotnogo analysis of bucket samples shall not exceed the permissible GOST 380.
2.1.2. For products with thickness up to 10 mm incl. of steel grades St3kp, St3ps, st3sp allowed to decrease the lower limit of the mass fraction of one of the elements — carbon, 0.04% abs., manganese — 0.1% abs. while ensuring the mechanical properties established for the specified steel grades.
At the customer’s request mass fraction of acid aluminium in the rental category 2 with thickness up to 5 mm from steel grade st3sp, aluminium killed, should be less than 0.02%.
Mass fraction of silicon in the rental categories 2−6 thickness up to 8 mm incl., manufactured from steel grades St3ps St2ps and, do not contain residual silicon deoxidizers allowed less than 0.05% in compliance with the other standards and requirements for rental.

2.1.3. At the customer’s request mass fraction of sulfur in the rental categories 1−5 of steel of all grades, in addition to the St0, shall not exceed 0,040% phosphorus — 0.030% is; rentals category 6 mass fraction of each of these elements should not exceed 0,025%.
2.1.4. Rentals intended for welded structures, the mass fraction of carbon should not exceed 0,22% (SV).

2.1.5. The categories of rentals depending on the normalized characteristics are presented in table.1.

2.1.6. Rental categories 1−5 are made in hot-rolled condition, category 6 — hardened state.
To ensure the required properties rental of all categories can apply heat treatment.
It is possible to produce rental categories 1−5 hardened with rolling heating or after controlled rolling.
2.1.7. Mechanical properties of hot-rolled steel during the tensile test and bending shall comply with the standards given in table.2.

2.1.7.1. Allowed to exceed the upper limit of the temporary resistance not more than 50 N/mm(5 kgf/mm) in comparison with given in table.2 subject to the other provisions, and in coordination with the consumer — without restriction of the upper limit.
2.1.7.2. In coordination with the consumer the value of the yield strength of rolled of a thickness exceeding 20 mm is permitted for 10 N/mm(1 kgf/mm) lower than shown in table.2.
2.1.7.3. Permitted reduction of the elongation at 1% abs. for products with thickness more than 8 mm for every millimeter of thickness reduction for products with thickness of 8 mm or less.
2.1.8. Rules KCU impact toughness of hot-rolled steel category 3−5 shall comply with given in table.3.

2.1.9. The mechanical properties of the strengthened rolled when testing for tensile, bending to parallel sides and norms of toughness KCU shall be as given in table.4.

2.1.11. Rolled steel St3kp category 3 are made by agreement between manufacturer and consumer, the norms of toughness at + 20 °C according to table take.3 for steel grades St3ps st3sp and.
2.1.12. On the surface of the rental should be no flaws, rips, rolled, and burnt crusts, and blisters-blisters, bunching, cracks, captivity, pollution and katanoi scale. Permitted defects (rabiza, risks, and other local defects), if it does not take rent for the size limit.
2.1.13. The elimination of surface defects of rolled all thicknesses are manufactured at the plate mills produce a sweep. Allowed cleared plots rolled of a thickness exceeding 10 mm to brew.

At the request of the consumer, the welding defects are not allowed.
2.1.14. When removing the surface defects of rolled Stripping allowed thickness reduction of not more than 5% of the nominal excess negative maximum deviations, but not more than 3 mm, the area of the individual stripped portion of the surface rental should not be more than 100 cm, the total area of all denuded areas on one sheet — no more than 2% of its area.
2.1.15. When coincidence Stripping on both sides of the rentals allowable depth of Stripping is determined as the sum of the depths of sweeps on each side of the Bicycle which does not exceed the limit deviation on thickness.
2.1.16. The surface denuded of the site not intended for welding shall not have sharp edges.
2.1.17. At the customer’s request to sweep the defects to a depth bringing the thickness of the rolled for the limits is not allowed.
2.1.18. The depth of Stripping for welding products with thickness up to 120 mm should not exceed 25% of the actual thickness of the hire of large thickness is not more than 30 mm.

The area of each welded portion of a surface rental should not be more than 25 cm, the total area on a single sheet — not more than 1% of its area.
2.1.20. On the cut edges of the rent should be no delamination, cracks, and flaws, as well as deducing for limits on width and length:
— wooloowin and stress crack with a depth of more than 2 mm and a length of more than 25 mm;
— notches deeper than 2 mm for products with thickness up to 20 mm and 3 mm. thick.
On the edges of the rent should not be a Burr height of more than 2 mm.
2.1.21. Crushing and bending the edges after pruning should take a rental for the maximum deviations from flatness according to GOST 19903.
2.1.22. On the crimped edges should be free of delaminations, flaws, cracks, bubbles-bubbles, captivity, pollution, katanoi scale, wooloowin and scratches, which eliminates the rent for the size limits on width.
2.1.23. The depth of the defects on the uncircumcised the edge of the sheet or roll shall not exceed half of the maximum deviations in width and not show the width of the rental for a nominal amount.
2.1.24. Rules of the continuity sheets in accordance with the classes 01, 2 and 3 according to GOST 22727.
Control the marginal ice zone is carried out at the request of the consumer.
2.1.25. At the request of the consumer surface rental must be free of scale and oiled with neutral oil or other suitable preservative material.
2.1.26. Rent rolls should not have:
is curved more than 90° of lateral edges;
— twisted and crumpled ends;
all partial widths according to the length exceeding the width.
At the request of the consumer the ends of the partial widths should be cut off.
2.1.27. Manufacturer of composite rolls for the manufacture of pipes, including welded parts, is not allowed.
2.2. Marking rolled — GOST 7566 with the following addition.
When the marking is applied to a conventional number of steel grades (without the letters St).
Color marking of hire, with the exception of category 6 in accordance with GOST 380, category 6 — red with yellow.
2.2.1. Transport marking under GOST 14192.
2.3. Packaging rolled — GOST 7566.
2.3.1. Packaging rolled to the far North and equated localities — according to GOST 15846.
3. ACCEPTANCE
3.1. Acceptance of rental — according to GOST 7566 with the following additions.
Rental take parties. Party rental, made of slabs, obtained on machines continuous casting, should consist of the rental of one grade of steel of the same thickness, one mode or the thermal hardening treatment; the party rolled from ingots, in addition, from one melting-ladle.
The size of the batch of rolled slabs, obtained on machines continuous casting method «melting in the melting» should not exceed 350 tons, and slabs obtained by separate batches, mass — melting.
Party rentals, except rental of steel grade St0, should consist of sheets and rolls one melting.
For rental of steel grade St0 number of heats in the party limit.

3.2. Each batch is accompanied by a quality document according to GOST 7566 with the additional indication:
— categories: rolling;
— the type and mode of treatment — thermal or hardening (when);
— accuracy-rolled — thickness, flatness, camber;
— character of the edges;
— surface quality, including the presence of patches of surface defects by welding;
— results of non-destructive testing;
— test results on impact bending of specimens with a hub form V.
3.3. To check the chemical composition of finished steel sample size: according to GOST 7565.
3.4. Control of the chemical composition of finished steel from the manufacturer is allowed not to perform while ensuring established standards, according to the analysis of bucket samples.
3.5. The volume of the sample to check the quality at PP.2.1.7−2.1.11 should match the table.6.

3.6. Allowed by agreement between manufacturer and consumer from the manufacturer the determination of impact strength on samples with the hub of the V periodically at every 20-th party.
3.7. The surface quality control is carried out on all sheets and rolls of the party.

3.8. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer conduct testing of the rental. Monitoring is carried out on all sheets of the party, or selectively. The sample inspection sample size — 10% of the tiles, but not less than 5 pieces.

3.9. If unsatisfactory validation results at least one indicator that re-test is carried out on a sample selected in accordance with GOST 7566.
If unsatisfactory results during periodic tests, they are transferred to acceptance to produce positive results in the three games in a row.
The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.
If unsatisfactory test results in selective ultrasonic testing the manufacturer carries out tests on each sheet of the party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. To check the chemical composition of the samples are taken according to GOST 7565.
Chemical analysis carried out according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.11, GOST 27809, GOST 17745или other methods providing the required accuracy of the analysis.
If there are differences in used methods established by this standard.
4.2. To carry out mechanical and technological tests from the unit of hire (PP.3.5 and 3.6) take samples according to GOST 7564:
-one sample for tensile testing;
— three samples for testing the impact strength to the hub of the U;
— three samples for testing the impact strength to the hub of the V;
— one sample for bend test.
Samples for testing sheets and rolls except samples for testing the impact strength of types 11 and 13, cut across the direction of rolling, samples for testing the impact strength of types 11 and 13 along the direction of rolling.
In the manufacture of samples for testing the impact strength on one of the faces of the sample, the surface rolling, leave raw.
4.3. Tensile tests carried out according to GOST 1497.
4.4. Drop test bending is carried out according to GOST 9454.
For rental with a thickness of 4−9 mm for specimens of type 3 or 13 with a thickness of 10 mm — type I or type II. For products with thickness 4−10 mm, manufactured with a deviation of minus tolerance, toughness is determined on samples with a thickness equal to the thickness of the rental.
4.5. Drop test bending after mechanical aging is carried out according to GOST 7268.
4.6. The bend test is carried out according to GOST 14019.
4.7. When the test rolled on impact strength are not permitted a decrease in the value of impact strength on the same sample more than 30%, and the average value must be below established standards.
4.8. Allowed to use non-destructive, including statistical methods, control of hire, while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of not lower than achieved by methods specified in this standard.
The differences in the assessment of quality of hire and periodic testing apply control methods stipulated by this standard.

4.9. Testing of sheets according to GOST 22727.
Scan (continuous or discontinuous linear) is set by the manufacturer.
The depth of the marginal ice zone under the control of the maximum allowable length of discontinuities shall be not less than 50 mm.
4.10. The surface quality of the rolled controlled visually without the use of magnifying devices. Stratification is controlled by the inspection of the edges.
4.11. To control the linear dimensions of the rental use versatile or special measuring instruments and tools.
Special measuring instruments — gauges and templates — must be certified in the prescribed manner.
The accuracy of the used measuring instruments must reproduce the dimensions and limit deviations of hire, established by GOST 19903, and in measuring defects in this standard.

5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Transportation and storage should meet the requirements of GOST 7566 with the following addition.
When shipping more than two packages to one user should enlarge the cargo space in accordance with the requirements of GOST 26663.
