This standard applies to hot-rolled dual-layer molded sheets consisting of a base and a layer of high hardness, designed for the manufacture of ploughshares to the housings tractor plows for General purposes.
The surface of the strip without the layer of high hardness is called «working surface», the surface of the strip with the presence of a layer of high hardness is «off».
1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1.1. As the basis of a two-layer strip is steel of grade Л53, as a layer of high hardness steel brand Х6Ф1.
1.2. Chemical composition steel grade Л53 must comply with the requirements of TU 14−2-760−87, THE 14−2-766−88, steel grade Х6Ф1 — the standards specified in the table.

1.3. The dimensions of the two-layer strip and limit deviations shall conform to the drawing. Tolerance on thickness of steel grade Х6Ф1 extends to a distance of 20 mm in both directions from the center of the strip. At a distance over 20 mm thick layer of steel grade Х6Ф1 not regulated.
Note. Allowed to reduce the thickness of steel grade Х6Ф1 to 0.7 mm at a distance of not more than 3 mm in both directions from the center of the strip.

1.4. May increase or decrease the radius of the working surface of the strip than that specified on the drawing.
1.5. On the surface layer of steel grade Х6Ф1 at a distance of not more than 20 mm from the center of the band allowed the presence of a layer of steel stamps Л53 a thickness not exceeding 0.2 mm, at a distance of more than 20 mm — of a thickness not exceeding 2 mm.
1.6. Limit the layer thickness variation of steel grade Х6Ф1 1 m strip should not exceed 0.5 of the thickness tolerances.
1.7. The length of the strips must be a multiple of 560 mm, length — no more than 9 m. the Tolerance for each multiple of size +10 mm, and the entire length of one strip of any length does not exceed 100 mm.
By agreement is possible to supply strips with a different multiplicity.
1.8. The ends of the strips needs to be cut, the burrs shall not exceed 2 mm.
1.9. The waviness of the strip should not exceed 3 mm to 560 mm length. The sharp bends of the strips are not allowed.
Waviness is allowed to 5 mm by 560 mm length of strips: not more than 20% of the party.
1.10. Camber strips shall not exceed 1.5 mm per 1 m length. The total camber along the entire length of one strip of any length should not exceed 40 mm.
Allowed the camber to 2.5 mm on 1 m of length for bands of not more than 10% of the party. The total camber along the entire length of one strip in this case should not exceed 80 mm.
1.11. On the runway, from the side of the working surface, the burrs are allowed with a maximum height of 2 mm, and the fillet edges with a radius not exceeding 2 mm.
1.12. Strips are supplied in the annealed condition.
Layer hardness of steel grade Х6Ф1 should not exceed 250НВ.
1.13. Macrostructure strips on the etched transverse templeto should not have delamination, delamination of the hard layer, cracks, and slag inclusions.
1.14. On the surface of the strips are not permitted sunsets, slivers, and cracks. Allowed on strip surface without Stripping minor local defects: volosovichi, sinks and Rabina depth on the working surface not exceeding 0.3 mm, in a non-working surface not more than 0.5 mm. is allowed to sweep the defects to a depth of not more than 0.5 mm on the working surface and not more than 0.8 mm on the outside surface. Evaluation of roughness of the working surface is conducted according to agreed standards.
Sharp boundary between the soft and hard layers from the dead surface rejection sign is not.
1.15. The finished products shall be accepted by the technical control of the manufacturer. The manufacturer must guarantee the conformity of production requirements of this standard.
2. ACCEPTANCE RULES AND TEST METHODS
2.1. General acceptance rules GOST 7566−94.
2.2. Two-layer shaped strip steel is presented for acceptance by the parties.
The party must consist of one smelting strips steel grade Х6Ф1.
2.3. To control the macrostructure and the thickness of the solid layer from three different lanes of the party are taken one by one template.
2.4. The hardness of the strips after annealing test on the samples taken from at least one strip for each loading of the furnace.
2.5. Hardness control is carried out according to GOST 9012−59. When testing the hardness of the layer strip of steel grade Х6Ф1 layer steel brand Л53 from the surface should be removed.
2.6. The thickness of the layer of steel grade Х6Ф1 measure at least three points along the width of the strip.
2.7. Control of macrostructure — GOST 10243−75.
2.8. Visual inspection and measurement is subjected to all the bands of the party. The inspection of the surface is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.
2.9. Sampling for the control of the chemical composition of the steel according to GOST 7565−81.
2.10. Chemical composition is determined by GOST 22536.1−88, GOST 22536.2−87, GOST 22536.3−88, GOST 22536.4−88, GOST 22536.5−87, GOST 22536.6−88, GOST 12344−88, 12345−2001 GOST, GOST 12346−78, GOST 12347−77, 12348−78 GOST, GOST and GOST 12350−78 12351−81.

2.11. For quality control check of the rental and bring it into compliance with the requirements of this standard shall apply the rules of sampling and test methods mentioned above.
3. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
3.1. Packing, marking, transportation and storage — by GOST 7566−94.

3.2. Strips are supplied in bundles of not more than 5 tons.
3.3. On bands that have unacceptable defects on one half of the profile for defective parts put a strip of white paint.
The defective part in the bill of delivery is not included; its length is specified in the certificate.
