(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
2.2.10. Rental service with descaling.
2.2.11. Rental service with deburring and without contortion.
2.2.12. Rental with ultrasonic testing.
The class of the continuity sheets is determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer in accordance with GOST 22727. Control the marginal zones are produced on customer requirement.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
2.2.13. Hire regulated upper yield point.
2.3. Labeling and packaging of rolled according to GOST 7566.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Rules of acceptance of the rent according to GOST 7566 with additions. Rental take parties. The party should consist of the rental of the same strength, the same size in thickness, one mode of heat treatment of steel, one of the basic chemical composition. The weight of the batch shall not exceed 350 T.
Party rental of steel with regulated chemical composition and poured into ingots should be, in addition, one melting ladle; the party rolled steel produced by continuous casting (CCM), the difference in the mass fraction of carbon in the steel shall not exceed 0.04 percent and the mass fraction of manganese — 0.15 percent by ladle analysis.
Each party rental is accompanied by a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
the name of the consumer;
order number;
the date of the statement of quality document;
the number of the wagon or vehicle;
the name of product, dimensions, number of seats, their total mass and, in the case of delivery on acceptance (theoretical) mass — sign TM;
strength class;
the actual chemical composition;
precision rolling;
mechanical properties;
kind of flatness to the sheet;
the nature of the edges of the sheet;
group surface quality to rolled;
a heat treatment process (as delivered rolled in a thermally treated condition);
the number of NTD;
stamp of technical control Department.
For rental, taken with the characteristics set by the user in accordance with paragraph 2.2, the document about the quality additionally indicate the results of the tests on ordered indices.
For rental, accept with specified chemical composition, the document on the quality indicate the grade of steel, the chemical composition and the melting number, the batch number, if melting is divided into the party. For rental guarantee weldability further specify the designation of St.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
3.2. To check the quality of hire from each batch are selected for two rods or two leaves, two bands, and one roll.
3.3. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator repeat tests are carried out in accordance with GOST 7566.
4. CONTROL METHODS
4.1. Sampling for the determination of chemical composition is carried out according to GOST 7565.
4.2. Chemical analysis were carried out according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.12, GOST 27809,12344 GOST — GOST 12352, 12355 GOST — GOST 12359, GOST 12361, 12364 GOST, GOST 18895, GOST 28473 or other methods providing the required accuracy of the analysis.
The differences in the evaluation of the quality assessment is carried out by the methods established in the standard.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.3. Carbon equivalent () is calculated by the formula
, (1)
where , , , , , , , — mass fraction of carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, Nickel, copper, vanadium and phosphorus
.
4.4. Control of surface quality and dimensions of sheet metal — according to GOST 14637, long products — according to GOST 535.
4.5. The bundle rolled in cutting control inspection of edges and ends without the use of magnifying devices.
If necessary, the quality of the metal on the edges of the sheets and versatile stripes test by removing the chip: the chip split is a sign of discontinuity flaws of metal.
4.5.1. Ultrasonic testing of sheet metal is carried out under shot 22727.
4.6. Sampling and preparation of samples for mechanical and technological tests carried out according to GOST 7564. From structural shapes and universal strip samples, cut along the sheet across the direction of rolling. When testing the impact strength on samples with sharp notch samples taken along the direction of rolling.
For rental with a diameter or a side of a square more than specified in table.1 and 7 allowed the mechanical properties to determine on samples cut from billets was forged or laminated on the size of PL table.1 and 7. Norms of mechanical properties in this case should correspond to the table.1 and 7.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.7. From each selected control rod, sheet, strip, universal, roll is taken for tensile tests and bending on the same model, to determine the toughness — two samples for each temperature. The quality of bent profiles control on the workpiece.
4.8. The test bars in tension is carried out on the samples five times the length according to GOST 1497.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.9. The bend test is carried out according to GOST 14019.
4.10. Determination of impact strength steel with a nominal thickness of 10 mm inclusively carried out on samples of type 1, 2 or 3, and for categories 8 and 9 — type 11, 12, 13 churchyard 9454. For rental more than 10 mm thickness impact strength is determined on samples of type 1, and for categories 8 and 9 — type 11 according to GOST 9454.
Impact strength and shapes of the rolled strip with a thickness of 3−4 mm, sheet metal thickness less than 5 mm is allowed to determine on the samples having a width equal to the thickness of the rental.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.11. Impact strength after mechanical aging is determined according to GOST 7268 on the samples with the hub view U. the Thickness of the samples shall conform to clause 4.10.
4.12. After testing with the hub of the U allowed the reduction of impact strength on the same sample at 15%, after testing with the hub of the V allowed the reduction of impact strength on the same sample at 30% while the average value of test results must be below the rules table.6 and 7.
4.13. When using the manufacturer’s statistical and other non-destructive methods of control of mechanical properties in accordance with the normative-technical documentation, control of mechanical properties by the manufacturer according to the method specified in this standard, is allowed not to perform. The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of products to requirements of this standard. The differences in quality assessment and periodic quality checks of product is used control methods stipulated by this standard.
5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Transportation and storage — by GOST 7566, roll — formed profiles according to GOST 11474.
