Notes 1 the Sign «-" means that the indicator is not standardized. 2 Determination of impact toughness of rolled of circular cross-section is carried out starting from diameter 12 mm, square, starting from the sides of the square 11 mm. 3 allowed the reduction of impact strength on the same sample at 30%, and the average value should be below the limits specified in this table. 4 Impact toughness KCV is determined with plate thickness of up to 20 mm. |
4.8 the separation of the hire is not allowed.
4.9 On the surface of the rental group 1ГП allowed without Stripping some smoothed out bubbles and impurities, rabiza, prints, risks, not deducing the size of the profile beyond the negative deviations. Other types of defects should be removed with gentle cleansing or clearing, if it does not take the size of the profile beyond the negative deviations.
4.10 On the surface of the rental group 2ГП allowed without Stripping some smoothed out bubbles and impurities, rabiza, prints, risks, not deducing the size of the profile beyond the negative deviations. Other types of defects should be removed with gentle cleansing or cutting, the depth of which shall not exceed:
— the sum of limit deviations of the diameter or thickness for rods with a size of 40 mm or less;
— 5% of diameter or thickness for bars larger than 40 mm to 140 mm inclusive;
— 8% of the diameter or thickness for bars larger than 140 mm.
The depth of Stripping or cutting is considered to be of the minimum size of rental.
The cross section of the rental, the size (diameter or thickness) of 140 mm and over are allowed no more than two sweeps, the maximum depth that must not be positioned on the same axis.
4.11 On the surface of the rental group 3ГП allowed without Stripping defects, the depth of which does not exceed:
— the negative limit deviation for diameter or thickness less than 100 mm;
— total limit deviation for diameter or thickness of 100 mm or more.
The depth of defect is calculated from the nominal size.
4.12 Depth, Stripping or punching defects on the surface of the rental that do not have a standardized limit deviations should not exceed 10% of the thickness of the test element profile.
4.13 Defects removed with gentle cleansing or clearing a width of not less than five times the depth.
4.14 rental should be circumcised.
4.14.1 When cutting rolled in a cold state on the surface of the cut (end) allowed waviness and chips, not deducing the length of the profile for the nominal size and tolerances for length.
4.14.2 Cosinus cutting of structural shapes shall not display the length of the rental for the nominal size and tolerances for length. The height of the Burr when cutting with scissors must not exceed: 1.0 mm — thickness structural shapes to 5.0 mm inclusive, and 1.5 mm at thickness more than 5.0 to 10 mm, inclusive, thickness 0,15 — thickness sections over 10 mm.
4.14.3 Cosine of the cut rolled steel with a diameter (thickness) up to 80 mm inclusive not normalized.
Slant cut rolled steel with a diameter (thickness) of more than 80 mm should not exceed 0.1 of the diameter (thickness), and at the request of the consumer — 5.0 mm.
The height of the burrs when cutting long steel scissors should not exceed 0.1 of the diameter (thickness).
4.14.4 the height of the burrs when cutting shapes rolled and saws shall not exceed 3 mm.
4.14.5 At the request of the consumer burrs must be removed.
4.14.6 When cutting long products and structural shapes with scissors prints allowed knives to a depth of 0.25 of the diameter (thickness) and strap ends rolled.
4.15 rental of diameter (side of the square width) to 40 mm inclusive of random length is allowed to produce with mill ends.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer hire diameter (side of a square, a width) of more than 40 mm inclusive manufactured with uncut ends.
4.16 allowed to manufacture rolled steel grades E 185 (Fe-310), E 235 (Fe 360), E 275 (Fe 430), E 355 (Fe 510), Fe 490 Fe 590 Fe 690 with the requirements of ISO 630 [1] and ISO 1052 [2], is given in Appendix B.

8.1 the hire taking parties. The party should consist of the rental of the same size and the same melting-ladle.
For rental of steel grade St0 number of heats in the party is not limited.
8.1.1 In the party there can be multiple heats (combined party), the party must consist of the rental of the same size (diameter, thickness, or number) and one grade of steel. Chemical composition, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, toughness, cold bending and conformity to a given category, the hire of this party is determined by melting, with the lowest value of carbon equivalent ().
The mass of the party — not more than 200
The weight of the batch is rolled from billets, obtained on machines continuous casting method «melting in the melting of» not more than 500 t
8.2 Batch must be accompanied by a document of quality according to GOST 7566 with additions:
— index SB and the value of the carbon equivalent for the national team of the party;

Notes |
The mechanical characteristics of the products with thickness more than 200 mm is determined by agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer.
B. 2 Surface rental should be smooth and have no surface defects that affect the further processing of the rental or its intended use.
B. 3 Separate defects can be removed by the manufacturer by Stripping under condition that the thickness should not go beyond the negative deviations, which are determined in accordance with international standards on bars and shapes, in the absence of extreme deviations in international standards, the thickness of the rentals should not be reduced locally by more than 6% of the nominal size.
B. 4 Unless otherwise noted, the defects of a depth greater than the maximum deviations in thickness of the rolled can be welded and then the weld metal is subject to the following restrictions:
a) reducing the thickness of the rolled result from the removal of the defect is not due to welding to exceed 2% of the nominal thickness in one cross section;
b) all welding operations shall be performed by skilled welders using welding electrodes, respective Marche correct material, and then welding process should be investigated and approved.
B. 5 rental take bottoms.
B. 6 the Volume control bars for the tests shall not be less than 50 tons is taken from each heat, the weight of which shall not be less than 50 tons.
B. 7 controlled From each batch and thickness range in accordance with table B. 1 is carried out:
— one tensile test;
— set of three impact tests at a temperature of 0 °C for the grade category and a set of three tests at a temperature of minus 20 °C for the grade of D
and, if specified in the order,
— set of three impact tests at a temperature of 20 °C for the grade category B.
