1 Scope
This standard applies to hot-rolled steel rolled square section (hereinafter the lease) with the size of the parties from 6 to 200 mm inclusive.
The rental of over 200 mm are made by agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications).
2 Classification. Basic parameters and dimensions
2.1 rentals are divided as follows:
— accuracy rolling:
high — B1, B2;
ordinary — B1, B2, B3, B4, B5;
— length:
dimensional — MD;
measuring with non-standard length — MD1;
dimensional — CD;
dimensional with random length — КД1;
random — ND;
limited within the random — OD;
limited from the random length — EA1;
in rolls — NMD;
— limit deviations for the length of rental and multiple dimensional measuring length groups, DB and VD;
— the curvature on classes: I, II, III, IV.

In the supply of rental with dimensional random length (MD1) dimensional with random length (КД1) and bounded by random length (EA1) is allowed rental of random length not more than 5% of the batch weight.

2.2.1 hire with precision rolling B2 (table 1) allowed to produce with plus the marginal variance equal to the sum of the limit deviations on the side of the square (EOI).
2.3 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) hire with plus produce extreme deviations (B4) shown in table 2.

2.5 rental are made in bars. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) hire from a side of the square to 42 mm inclusive manufactured in reels.
2.6 Bicycle manufacture length:
from 2 to 12 m inclusive — from quality carbon and low alloy steel;
from 2 to 6 m, inclusive of high quality carbon steel and alloy steel;
from 1 to 6 m, inclusive — of high-alloy steel.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) hire produce off-gage length within the limits from 3 to 13 m, inclusive, with 10% of bars from the batch weight can have a lesser length but not less than 75% of the minimum length.
2.7 maximum deviations made on the length of hire exact or multiple lengths shall not exceed the values given in table 4.

2.8.1 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) blunting of the corners rolled from the side of the square over 50 mm to 100 mm inclusive, not exceeding 3.0 mm, over 100 mm to 200 mm inclusive — 4.0 mm.
2.8.2 For hire with a side of a square to 50 mm inclusive, alloy and high-alloy steel blunting of the angles of a rental must not exceed 0.15 of the square.
2.9 the Curvature of the rent must not exceed the values given in table 6.

2.10 the cross-sectional Shape of rent determined in two ways: by the difference of the diagonals or deviation from the right angle. Method of control selects the manufacturer and specifies in the instrument of quality.
2.10.1 the Difference of the diagonals in one cross section shall not exceed twice the amount of the limit deviations on the side of the square to 20 mm inclusive more than 20 mm of total limit deviation on square side.
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) the difference of the diagonals should not exceed 70% of total extreme deviations on the side of the square accuracy B1 rolling to 35 mm, inclusive, precision rolling B1 — up to 60 mm inclusive.

2.10.2 the deviation from the straight angle () (figure 2) for rental with a side of the square from 40 to 200 mm inclusive shall not exceed the values given in table 7.

2.12 the curvature of the rolled measured at the site length of at least 1 m at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the end of the rod.
2.13 Hand rolled, dulling corners, the difference of the diagonals or the deviation from a right angle measured at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the end of the rod and at least 1,5 m from the end of a coil with a coil weight up to 250 kg and not less than 3,0 m at a mass skein over 250 kg.
2.13.1 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer (the agreed specifications) products, blunting of the corners and the difference of the diagonals or the deviation from the straight angle and the curvature of the rolled measured at a distance of not less than 150 mm from the end of the rod.
