1 Scope


This standard applies to hot-rolled sheet and cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 0.5 to 3.9 mm with a width of not less than 500 mm of high-strength steel, manufactured in sheets and rolls.

3 Main parameters and dimensions

3.1 the rental produce strength classes 295, 315, 345, 355, 390.

3.2 In shape, dimensions and limit deviations hot-rolled steel must comply with the requirements of GOST 19903, cold-rolled, GOST 19904.

3.3 degree of precision rolled size, flatness, curvature within the limits prescribed in the standards for grades specified by the consumer in the order. If no ordering requirements, the accuracy of manufacturing defines the manufacturer.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 characteristics of basic performance

4.1.1 Mass fraction of phosphorus in steel should be no more than 0,035%, sulfur — not more than 0,040%.

Mass fraction of nitrogen in steel is not more than 0,012%, arsenic — not more than 0.08%.

Allowed arsenic to 0.015%, wherein the mass fraction of phosphorus should be not more than 0,030%.

The basic chemical composition of steel for each strength class are shown in Appendix A.

Ready to hire the allowable deviation on the mass fraction of sulfur and phosphorus — in accordance with GOST 19281.

4.1.2 rental manufactures heat treated or without heat treatment. If not specified, the method of manufacture determines the manufacturer.

4.1.3 Requirements the surface should correspond to GOST 16523. Quality of surface finishes must be appropriate for hot-rolled — IV group for cold-rolled — III group according to GOST 16523. Unacceptable defects in the surface quality and the shape of the sheet are accordion and box pleat.

4.1.4 Mechanical properties of tensile and conditions of the bending test of hot-rolled steel must comply with the requirements of table 1, cold-rolled steel table 2.

4.2 Characteristics of performance that are installed at the customer’s request

4.2.1 rolled strength classes in accordance with 3.1 with regulated chemical composition according to GOST 19281 steel grades 14G2, 09Г2, 09G2D, 12GS, 16GS, 17GS, 09G2S 09G2SD, 10G2S1, 10G2S1D, 15GF, 10KHSND, 15KHSND, 10KHNDP, 10G2B, 10G2BD. Chemical composition for the ladle analysis plavonia samples, as well as the permissible deviations in the finished hire should correspond to GOST 19281.

List of steel grades recommended for various strength classes, are given in Appendix B.

Allowed for all strength classes the use of steels that are not listed in Appendix B, provided that the norms of mechanical properties of tables 1 and 2.

4.2.2 rental with the restriction of the mass fraction of sulphur, not more than 0,035%.

4.2.2.1 rental with the restriction of the mass fraction of phosphorus not more than 0,030%, sulfur — not more than 0,035%.

4.2.3 rental with regulated chemical composition, and elongation in accordance with table 3.

4.2.4 rental guarantee weldability. Weldability of steel is provided by the technology of its manufacture and chemical composition.

4.2.5 rolled strength classes 295, 345, 390 with increased resistance against atmospheric corrosion. In this case the mass fraction of copper in the steel must be 0.15 and 0.30%. When ordering rolled to the designation of the strength class added the letter D (295Д, 345Д, 390Д).

4.2.6 rental with regulated chemical composition, and additionally normalized mechanical properties.

4.2.6.1 Mechanical properties of cold-rolled steel, strength class 295 of steel grades 09Г2, 09G2D a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 mm must not be less than: tensile strength 390 N/mmГОСТ 17066-94 Прокат тонколистовой из стали повышенной прочности. 4.2.6.2 Mechanical properties of cold-rolled steel of strength class 390 of steel 10KHSND with a thickness of 2.0 to 3.0 mm should be not less than: tensile strength 490 N/mmГОСТ 17066-94 Прокат тонколистовой из стали повышенной прочности. 4.2.6.3 control of mechanical properties of hot-rolled steel of steel grade 10Г2СБ and 10G2BD.

4.2.6.4 Mechanical properties of cold-rolled steel with specified chemical composition with a thickness of 0.5 to 3.9 mm (except for steel grades 14G2, 15GF, 10KHNDP) optional before 01.01.99.

4.2.7 the rentals with the features of the quality of surface finish for hot rolled group III finishes for cold rolled group II finish according to GOST 16523.

4.2.8 Labeling and packaging of rolled according to GOST 7566.

5 acceptance Rules

5.1 rental take parties. The party should consist of the rental of the same strength, the same size in thickness, one mode of heat treatment, have the same basic chemical composition.

The party rolled steel with specified chemical composition and poured into ingots should be made up of one melting ladle. The party rolled from steel produced by continuous casting (CCM), the difference in the mass fraction of carbon should not exceed 0,04% and the mass fraction of manganese — 0.15 percent by ladle analysis.

Each party rental is accompanied by a document about quality that contains:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

the name of the consumer;

order number;

the date of the statement of quality document;

the number of the wagon or vehicle;

the name of product, dimensions, number of seats, their total weight in the case of delivery on acceptance (theoretical) mass — sign TM;

strength class;

the actual chemical composition by ladle sample or the sample taken from the finished rolled products;

precision rolling;

mechanical properties;

the appearance of flatness;

the character edges;

a heat treatment process (as delivered rolled in a thermally treated condition);

the number of NTD;

stamp of technical control Department.

For rental, taken with the characteristics set by the user in accordance with 4.2, in the document of quality additionally indicate the results of the tests on ordered indices.

For rental, accept with specified chemical composition, the document on the quality indicate the grade of steel, the chemical composition and the melting number, the batch number, if melting is divided into the party.

5.2 To check the quality of hire from each batch select at least two sheets or rolls.

5.3 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator repeat tests are carried out in accordance with GOST 7566.

The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.

6 Methods to control

6.1 Sampling for the determination of chemical composition is carried out according to GOST 7565.

6.2. Chemical analysis were carried out according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.12, GOST 27809,28473 GOST, GOST 12344-GOST 12346, 12347 GOST, GOST 12348, 12350 GOST, GOST 12351,12352 GOST, GOST 12355, 12356 GOST, GOST 12357, 12358 GOST, GOST 12359, GOST 12361,12364 GOST, GOST 18895 or other methods providing the required accuracy of the analysis.

The differences in the evaluation of the quality assessment is carried out by the methods established in the standard.

6.3 surface Quality of sheet and strip rolled checked by visual inspection without the use of magnifying devices.

6.4 Control of the shape and size is carried out according to GOST and GOST 19903 19904.

6.5 Sampling and preparation of samples for mechanical and technological tests carried out according to GOST 7564. The samples cut out across the direction of rolling.

6.6 From each selected sheet or roll take one sample for tensile tests and bending.

6.7 tensile Test is carried out according to GOST 11701 on samples with an initial estimated length ГОСТ 17066-94 Прокат тонколистовой из стали повышенной прочности. Технические условия.

6.8 the bending Test is carried out according to GOST 14019.

6.9 When using the manufacturer’s statistical and non-destructive methods of control of mechanical properties in accordance with the normative-technical documentation, control of mechanical properties of the factory methods provided in 6.5 and 6.7, shall be allowed not to. The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of products to requirements of this standard. The differences in quality assessment and periodic quality checks of products accept control methods stipulated by this standard.
