For the tape obtained by slitting hot-rolled steel sheet (cut tape), the thickness variation over the cross-section should not exceed half of the sum of limit deviations for thickness.
1.3. Maximum deviations in width must meet:
mm — for tapes with a katana edge up to a width of 60 mm;
% width for the ribbon with the rolled edge width over 60 mm;
+2.0 mm — for cutting the tape.
Example of designation steel hot-rolled strips with a thickness of 3.5 mm, a width of 50 mm of steel grade БСт2пс:
Tape 3,5x50 БСт2пс GOST 6009−74
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The tape shall be manufactured of carbon steel ordinary quality brands ВСт0-БСт5 the first or second category of all degrees of deoxidation according to GOST 380−94*
______________
* On the territory of the Russian Federation GOST 380−2005. — Note the manufacturer’s database.
2.2. On the surface of the tape is not allowed defects, depth or height that exceed the maximum deviations in thickness. For a split tape allowed the burrs on the edges with a maximum height of 1 mm.
Allowed gentle clean the outside of the surface defects of the tape. The width of Stripping shall be not less than five times the depth. The depth of Stripping shall not exceed minus tolerances for the thickness of the tape.
2.3. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer ends of the ribbon with rolled edge cut off.
2.4. Allowed basically a telescoping of the roll within the width of the tape, but not more than 50 mm.
2.5. Camber (the curvature in the horizontal plane) of the tape with a rolled edge shall be 0.6% of the length, cut the strip — set by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. General rules of acceptance GOST 7566−94.
3.2. The acceptance of the tape submitted by the parties. The party should consist of strips of the same steel grade, the same bottoms and the same size. Allowed consolidated consignment of steel the same brand in different heats, but no more than four.
3.3. To check the quality and size of the party selected 2% of the tape, but not less than two skeins.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
3.4. (Deleted, Rev. N 1).
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. To determine the chemical composition of the steel samples are taken according to GOST 7565−81.
The chemical composition of the split tape is not controlled, and specified in the certificate according plotnogo analysis.
4.2. The surface of the test strip without the use of magnifying devices on the length of at least two turns from the end of the roll.
4.3. Check the size of the feed is made by a micrometer or other measuring tool at a distance not less than the length of one turn from the end of the roll. The thickness of the tape width up to 30 mm measured in the middle of the width, over 30 mm at a distance of not less than 15 mm from the edge.
5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage — by GOST 7566−94.
Sec. 5. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
