This standard applies to hot-rolled sheet and three-layer broadband (universal) steel for the manufacture of piles the plows of plows, skimmers and other products of agricultural engineering.

1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. Three-layer steel is produced in sheets and strips with thickness of 7; 8; 9 and 10 mm.

Maximum deviations in thickness of the sheets according to GOST 19903, the thickness of the strips in ГОСТ 6765-75 Сталь трехслойная горячекатаная листовая и широкополосная (универсальная). Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2)mm.

1.2. The thickness of each of the outer (hard) layer must be at least 25% of the actual thickness of the sheet or strip, the thickness of the middle (soft) layer is not less than 30%.

The difference in thicknesses of the outer layers should be less than 15% of the thickness of the sheet or strip.

1.3. The leaves are made with obraznymi longitudinal edges of the strip — neobreznye longitudinal edges. The thickness of the layers on the edges of the edging strip at a distance of 20 mm from the edge may not conform to the requirements of section 1.2.

1.4. Sandwich steel is made:

the leaves length and width according to GOST 19903;

in the bands length 1500−3100 mm and width according to GOST 82. It is possible to produce sheets and strips in fixed lengths and multiple lengths and widths.

By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer is allowed to produce up to 5% of sheets and strips of a length less specified in order, but ensuring the production of the product.

1.5. Limit deviations of the length and width of the sheets according to GOST 19903, bands — GOST 82.

1.6. Camber and inclination of the cut sheet steel shall not display leaves for the nominal dimensions for width and length.

Camber steel strip should not exceed 10 mm per 1 m length, and the cut end Squareness, mm — display strip for nominal dimensions length.

1.7. The nonplanarity of the sheet or strip should not exceed 10 mm per 1 m length.

The same three-band, broadband (universal) steel with a thickness of 7 mm, a width of 380 mm and a length of 1525 mm and the outer (hard) layer of steel grade 65 according to GOST 14959 and secondary (soft) layer of steel grade БСт2кп according to GOST 380:

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Average (soft) layer-layer steel is produced from steel grades: БСт2кп, БСт2пс, БСт2сп according to GOST 380 or from steel grades: 10, 10ps, 10kp, 15ps, 15kp, 15 according to GOST 1050.

Outer (solid) layers are made of steel of grade 60 according to GOST 1050 and brand 65 14959 churchyard.

2.2. The hardness of hot-rolled sheets and strips shall be not more than 269 HB and determined on tempered specimens — not less than 56 HRC.

2.3. On the surface of the plates and strips should be free of cracks, prisoners, rolled, bubbles, bubbles-bubbles, rabini, katanoi scale and rolled out of the dirt.

Allowed a thin layer of oxides that do not impede the detection of surface flaws, minor Rabina, rough roughness, some minor nicks, small risks, not deducing the thickness of the sheets and strips outside the tolerance.

2.4. Surface defects should be removed by gentle cutting or Stripping with an abrasive, not displaying sizes of sheets and strips for maximum deviations.

2.5. On the edges of the sheets, strips and the samples after water quenching of the bundle are not allowed.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Sheets and strip, apply to the acceptance of the parties. The party should consist of sheets and strips of a thickness of one of the melting solid layer, drawn up by one document on quality.

Allowed to present to the acceptance of the consolidated consignment, consisting of sheets and strips of different heats of the solid layer.

3.2. To check the steel quality from batch sheets and strips taken:

to control the surface quality and size not less than 5% of sheets and strips;

to test the hardness, thickness of strata and the presence of fibre bundles — two sheets or strips from the party.

3.3. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators, repeat tests performed on the sample selected according to GOST 7566.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Chemical analysis were carried out according to GOST 22536.1, 22536.2 GOST, GOST 22536.3,22536.4 GOST, GOST 22536.5, GOST 22536.6.

4.2. The chemical analysis sheets and strips, chips for analysis are selected from hard and soft layers by the method of layer Stripping the layers of hire.

The metal of the transition zone of the hard and soft layers with a thickness of 0.5 mm chemical analysis are not subjected to.

4.3. The surface quality of the sheets and strips check inspection without the use of magnifying devices.

4.4. To test the hardness, thickness of strata and the presence of bundles selected on two samples from each test sheet and strip.

Samples are cut with a length of 100−150 mm across the width of the strip and the size 100х150х400 mm from any part of the sheet width.

4.5. Hardness of the samples is measured according to GOST 9012 bulb with a diameter of 5 mm at a load of 750 kg, the hardness of samples, quenched in water, — according to GOST 9013. Allowed the hardness of samples, quenched in water, test at least once in 3 months.

The hardness is measured at two points along the length of the sample at a distance of 20 mm from the edge and at one point on a broad side of the specimen.

4.6. The total thickness of the sheets and strips is measured at four points located at the middle of each side of the sheet or strip at a distance of not less than 20 mm from the edge of the micrometer according to GOST 6507.

4.7. The thickness of the layers measured at the point with the worst ratio of layers with readout microscope type BCH-2 with error no more than 0,1 mm.

4.8. The continuity of the connection layers test visual examination of the edges of the sheets, strips and hardened samples, using a probe with a thickness of 0.05 mm, which should not be included in the space between the layers.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage — by GOST 7566.
