1 Scope

This standard applies to hot-rolled sheet and cold rolled carbon steel quality and common quality of General purpose, produced a width of 500 mm and more, thickness up to 3.9 mm inclusive.

3 Classification, basic parameters and dimensions

3.1 the rent is divided:

3.2 In terms of assortment of hire must meet the requirements of: GOST 19903 — hot-rolled, GOST 19904 — cold-rolled.

4 General technical requirements

4.1 Characteristics

4.1.1 rental made:

— made of carbon steel of ordinary quality steel grades ОК300В, ОК360В, ОК370В, ОК400В;

— carbon quality steel grades К260В, К270В, К310В, К330В, К350В, К390В, К490В.

Note — Group strength denote the three digits corresponding to the lower limit strength. The rolled steel of ordinary quality designated by the letters OK, the quality of the steel — K.

4.1.2 grade of steel for each group of strength is given in Appendix B.

4.1.2.1 steel grade is set by the manufacturer.

Weldability of rolled steel grades ОК300В, ОК360В and ОК370В categories 4 and 5 is provided by the manufacturing technology and chemical composition of the steel.

Note — For rental, designed for welded structures and constructions, set in order the grade of steel and the requirements for weldability.

4.1.3 the Categories of rentals depending on the normalized characteristics are shown in table 1.

4.1.4 Mechanical properties of steel and mandrel diameter in the bend test at 180° in a cold state must comply with the requirements of table 2.

In the curve should be free of tears, cracks, and delamination.

Note — allowed bending test of cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel grades К260В, К270В, ОК300В, К310В, К350В and ОК360В the manufacturer does not conduct (except for manufacture of rolled products with requirements set forth in 4.1.5 — 4.1.7).

4.1.5 rental of quality carbon steel with a thickness of 2.8 mm is allowed to exceed the upper limit of strength 30 N/mm2 (3 kgf/mm2) while maintaining the other provisions.

4.1.6 For cold-rolled steel strength group ОК300В allowed to decrease the lower limit of strength 30 N/mm2 (3 kgf/mm2) while maintaining the other provisions.

4.1.6.1 By agreement with the consumer it is allowed manufacture of rolled steel grades ОК300В, ОК360В, ОК370В, ОК400В without limiting the upper limit of strength.

4.1.7 For rolled deep drawing may reduce the lower limit of the strength 20 N/mm2 (2 kgf/mm2) while maintaining the other provisions.

4.1.8 By agreement with the consumer for the rental of a groups strength К390В and К490В allowed to decrease the lower limit of the strength 20 N/mm2 (2 kgf/mm2) with a simultaneous increase of the elongation at 2% abs.

4.1.9 Depth of the hole when tested in the extrusion shall meet the requirements of table 3.

In the manufacture of rolled strength group К270В of steel grades 10ps and 10 rules of spherical depth of the hole should correspond to the norm groups strength К310В — К350В.

Notes

1 For rental of intermediate thickness standards the depth of the spherical dimples are all taken at the nearest lower thickness shown in the table.

4.1.10 grain Size of the ferrite to cold-rolled carbon quality steel 6 category deep drawing should be no larger than 6-th number.

The unevenness of the grain may be within three adjacent mesh sizes.

4.1.11 hot-rolled steel manufactured heat treated, cold rolled — annealed and trained. By agreement with the consumer cold rolled manufactures in nedressirovanny condition, in this non-stripe a — line slip, stain adhesion welding and excesses and the indicators for the depth of the spherical dimples, relative elongation, flatness and roughness are not standardized.

Hot-rolled steel from the mills continuous rolling is allowed to produce without heat treatment.

4.1.12 hot-rolled steel is manufactured with both the etched and netravlenoy surface.

4.1.13 On the edges of the rent are not allowed defects, the depth of which exceeds half of the limit deviations on width of rolled and deducing it for a nominal size width.

4.1.14 hire should not have curved corners, twisted the ends and edges at an angle more than 90° and folds. The length of the ends of the incomplete rolls of width not exceed the width of the roll.

4.1.15 the Surface of cold-rolled steel should be free of captivity, through tears, bubbles-bubbles, bubbles rolled out, stain adhesion welding, cuts, tears, katanoi scale, puretravel, neotravel, strip autofrettage, okatannyh metal and foreign particles.

Bundles are not allowed.

The surface of hot-rolled steel should be free of captivity, cuts, blisters, laps, cracks, okatannyh foreign and metal particles, through tears, katanoi scale, puretravel, neotravel.

Bundles are not allowed.

Netravlenoy the surface can save neoclasica layer of scale, allowing the detection of surface defects.

Characteristic of the quality of surface finish are given in table 4.

4.1.15.1 remove surface defects with fine-grained emery Stripping or felt around with emery paste rolled in groups III and IV of the surface finish.

While on the surface rental allowed traces of abrasive Stripping, and the depth of Stripping should take the rental for a minimal thickness dimension.

4.1.16 the Amount of elongation and the depth of the spherical dimples rental of rimming and semi-killed steel grades, manufactured in dressirovka condition, are guaranteed by the manufacturer within 10 days from the date of shipment.

4.1.17 rental groups strength К260В and К270В deep drawing can be made without testing the mechanical properties, hoods and microstructure under the condition of stanoevski metal from the consumer.

4.2 Characteristics of performance that are installed at the customer’s request

4.2.1 rental with regulated chemical composition

Chemical composition for the ladle analysis plavonia samples must comply with:

for rolled steel of ordinary quality GOST 380;

for rental of high-quality steel GOST 1050.

Allowed the production of rolled semi-killed high quality steel grades instead of boiling.

For rental of steel with numbers grades 3, 4, 5 (all degrees of oxidation) allowed a decrease in the mass fraction of manganese 0.10%.

When deoxidation semi-killed steel aluminum, titanium or other scavengers that do not contain silicon, and several deoxidants (ferrosilicon and aluminum, ferrosilicon and titanium, etc.) mass fraction of silicon is allowed less than 0.05%. When this mass fraction of aluminium should not exceed 0.07 percent.

Maximum deviations in chemical composition in a ready to rent must conform to GOST 380 and GOST 1050.

4.2.2 rental with ensuring the weldability

Weldability is ensured by the manufacturing technique and chemical composition of the steel.

4.2.3 rental of group II surface finish with controlled surface roughness.

Roughness standards are set by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer.

4.2.4 rental group strength К490В depth bezoperatsionnogo layer (for pure ferrite) of no more than 2.5% and not more than 4% for both sides from the actual thickness of the sheet.

4.2.5 hot-rolled carbon-quality steel 5th category with the control of ferrite grain, the value of which should be no larger than 5-th number.

The unevenness of the grain may be within three adjacent mesh sizes.

4.2.6 cold rolled steel grades К260В and К270В of boiling steel grades for deep drawing of a thickness of 0.6 mm and less control for the presence of structurally free cementite.

4.2.7 hire of quality carbon steel with thickness over 2.8 mm, with restriction of the upper limit of the provisional resistance values not more than 50 N/mm2 (5 kgf/mm2) in excess of those in table 2.

4.2.8 rental groups К390В К490В strength and with mechanical properties according to GOST 2284.

4.2.9 hire 6 category deep drawing with normalized yield strength and high elongation.

4.2.10 cold-rolled steel 6-th category with a particularly high surface finish (group I)

Characteristic of the quality of surface finish are given in table 5.

4.2.11 rental 6 category normal and deep drawing with controlled hardness. The value of hardness shall conform to the requirements of table 6 and may be adjusted if necessary by the manufacturer and the consumer.

4.2.12 rolled steel of ordinary quality control of the yield strength. The value of the yield strength shall conform to the requirements of table 7 and may be adjusted if necessary between the manufacturer and the consumer.

4.3 Marking

4.3.1 Marking rolled — GOST 7566 with additions.

4.3.2 marking of the hire must contain a group strength according to the minimum value of the temporary resistance group surface finish, the size of the rental, the ability to draw. In the manufacture of hire in accordance with the requirements 4.1.17 indicates the designation PIECE.

Steel grade indicated in the manufacture of hire in accordance with the requirements of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2.

4.4 Packing

4.4.1 Packing of rental — according to GOST 7566 with additions.

4.4.2 hot-rolled steel with etched surface and cold-rolled steel must be oiled on both sides with a layer of grease that protects it from corrosion.

At the request of the consumer, not oil, in this case, allowed the grease, rust stains and scratches, due to lack of grease.

Packs of sheets of cold-rolled steel sheets wrapped with mild steel, is placed on rails and are firmly bonded steel strips.

The use of other materials and ways of packaging, ensuring the safety of rental transportation.

At the request of the consumer packs before wrapping sheets mild steel is additionally wrapped in waterproof paper.

5 acceptance Rules

5.1 Acceptance of rental — according to GOST 7566 with additions.

5.1.1 rental to the acceptance of the present parties. The party must consist of rental of one charge in one furnace or heat treatment furnace, continuous action, the same strength group, one category hoods, one size in thickness, the same group of surface finishing.

Party rental made in accordance with the requirements of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2. shall consist of one steel melting ladle.

5.2 Each shipment shall be accompanied by a document of quality in accordance with GOST 7566 with additions:

group strength;

group surface finish;

— the ability to draw;

— flatness;

— categories according to standardized characteristics.

Note — in the manufacture of hire in accordance with the requirements of 4.1.2.1, 4.2.2 specifies the weldability (SV). Steel grade indicated in the manufacture of hire in accordance with the requirements of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2. In the manufacture of hire in accordance with the requirements 4.1.2.1 in the document about the quality specifies the actual chemical composition of the steel. When using other (except for silicon) deoxidizers is the corresponding instruction in the document about quality.

5.3 For surface inspection, dimensions, flatness, chemical composition, mechanical properties, testing, bending, squeezing and determine the microstructure of each party select two sheets or one roll.

5.4 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator of a re-test is carried out according to GOST 7566.

6 Methods to control

6.1 For testing mechanical and technological properties of rental from each selected roll selected one sample at a distance of not less than 2.0 m from its end. From each sample of the selected roll or sheet selected:

— a transverse pattern on the tensile and bending (cutting — GOST 7564);

— one specimen by squeezing.

The sample is cut by the length corresponding to the width of the rental. The tests are carried out in places corresponding to the middle and the edge across the width of rolled (not closer than 40 mm from the edge). The test result should be the arithmetic mean of the three measurements;

— two specimens on the microstructure: one with region and the other from the middle part of the width of the rental;

— one sample for hardness.

6.2 Test conduct:

— tensile GOST 11701 or GOST 1497 on samples with an estimated length of 80 mm and a width of the working part 20 mm;

— in bending according to GOST 14019;

— by squeezing GOST 10510.

Allowed to test on the device Ericksen on samples with a width of 80 — 90 mm;

on the size of grain according to GOST 5639;

— on the decarburization according to GOST 1763;

— the presence of structurally free cementite according to GOST 5640.

6.3 surface Quality of rolled checked by visual inspection without the use of magnifying devices.

6.4 Sampling for chemical analysis according to GOST 7565.

6.5 Chemical analysis according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.8, GOST 18895 or other methods providing the required accuracy.

If there are differences in used methods established by this standard.

6.6 hardness — GOST 9013 or GOST 22975. The hardness is determined on samples selected for tensile testing out their working part or on the samples in order to control the microstructure.

6.7 is allowed to control the size of ferritic grains in the middle part of the rolled thickness when satisfactory results of all other tests.

6.8 surface Roughness of the rolled measured by the contact profilometer according to GOST 2789.

Samples taken from the control coil (sheet) at a distance of not less than 40 mm from the edge and from the middle part of the width of the roll (sheet) one sample of size 200200 mm.

6.9 permitted the use of statistical and non-destructive methods of control, providing the accuracy achieved by direct methods of measurement.

If there is disagreement in the periodic tests used methods to control established by this standard.

6.10 Control the depth of the surface defects is carried out according to the method of the manufacturer.

7 Transportation and storage

Transportation and storage — by GOST 7566.
