1 Scope
This standard applies to hot-rolled steel sheet (hereinafter the lease) with a width of 500 mm or more, manufactured in sheets with thickness from 0.4 mm up to 160,0 mm and coils with thickness from 1.2 mm to 25.0 mm.
2 Classification. Basic parameters and dimensions
2.1 rentals are divided as follows:
— precision manufacturing thickness:
— high — A; |
— normal — B; |
— flatness:
— particularly high — AT; |
— high — PV; |
— improved PU; |
— normal — PN; |
— type of edge:
— mill edge BUT; |
— cut edge — On; |
— size:
— with dimensions of thickness, width and length in accordance with dimensions listed in table 1 and Annex A — form I; |
— dimension in thickness within the limits specified in table 1, without specifying the size, width and length — form II; |
— with dimensions that are multiples of width and length dimensions specified in the order, within the limits prescribed in table 1 — form III; |
— indicating the dimensional sizes in the ranges shown in table 1, with intervals of 10 mm in width and 50 mm in length — form IV. |
By agreement between manufacturer and consumer intervals across the width and length can be reduced.
Manufacturer of sheet metal, dimensional size that is different from sizes listed in table 1 and Appendix A, made by agreement with the consumer;

The note — Sheets are made by tile rolling or cutting of rolled products by size.
2.2 Dimensions of rolled products, manufactured in the leaves must correspond to those in table 1, the coils in table 2. By agreement with the consumer it is allowed manufacture of rolled products of other sizes.
2.3 maximum deviations in thickness of rolled manufactured in sheets and rolls, shall not exceed the values given in tables 3 and 4.
By agreement with the consumer allowed a reduction in the negative extreme deviations on the thickness of the hire or manufacture of rolled products only minus or only plus extreme deviations, the sum of limit deviations for thickness of the hire shall not exceed the sum of their values given in tables 3 and 4.

2.4 At the request of the consumer the thickness variation of rolled manufactured in rolls, in one cross section should not exceed half of the sum of limit deviations for thickness.
2.5 tolerances for the width of the rolled, sheared edge, that is manufactured in rolls, shall not exceed:

2.12 Camber rolled, manufactured in rolls, shall not exceed 10 mm for a length of 3 m.
In coordination with the consumer of camber-rolled, manufactured in sheets, should not exceed 2 mm per 1 m length.
For rental, manufactured in sheets and rolls, can be installed, another permissible value of camber in agreement with the consumer.
Determination of the camber of the rental the manufacturer is allowed not to perform.
2.13 Cutting of the rental should be at a right angle. Cut end Squareness, mm, and the camber should take rentals, manufactured in sheets, the nominal dimensions and limit deviations of width and length.
2.14 in the manufacture of rolled in sheets and in coils with mill edge tears and other defects must not exceed half of the sum of limit deviations on width and display hire for a nominal size width specified in the order.
2.15 rolling, manufactured in rolls should not be twisted and crumpled. Allowed in some places folded edge at an angle less than 90°.

2.17 the Thickness of the rolled measured at:
— the leaves at a distance of not less than 40 mm from edges and not less than 100 mm from the ends;
— rolls — at a distance of not less than 40 mm from edges and not less than 2 m from the end of the roll.
2.18 the width of the rolled, manufactured in rolls measuring not less than 2 m from the end of the roll.
The ends of the partial width by length should not exceed the width of the roll.
By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer ends incomplete width needs to be cropped.
2.19 Methods of measurement of geometric tolerances according to GOST 26877 with additions.
2.19.1 the Deviation from flatness of rolled manufactured in the leaves is the greatest distance between the surface of rolled, laid on a flat surface (surface plate) and attached the line 1 m long in any direction.
The deviation from flatness of hire determines the length of 1 m.
2.20 the Coil may consist of no more than two pieces (separate or United welded seam).
The ratio of the lengths of the pieces in one roll must be at least 1:5. By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer are allowed coils with a large number of pieces, or welds.
2.21 the Inner diameter of the coil shall be not less than 650 mm and not more than 1000 mm.
2.22 the Mass of the coil is set by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer.
