3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Steel coils, sheets and strips take parties. The party must consist of one steel smelting, one brand, one size in thickness, one annealing at the annealing in bell-type furnaces or a coil — annealing in continuous furnaces and to be accompanied by a document of quality in accordance with GOST 7566 with the addition of:

the recommended heat treatment regime of steel manufactured without heat treatment;

the values of magnetic properties measured on the longitudinal sample, for tape of a width less than 300 mm.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 5).

3.2. Control the size, thickness variation, flatness, camber, surface condition and edges, testing for inflection, magnetic properties, resistance coefficient, strength of the adhesion is carried out on one roll or one bundle from the party.

The tape and sheets obtained by cutting one coil to the specified width or length, such as one roll.

3.3. Determination of the coefficient of aging, the fill factor of the coefficient of anisotropy of the specific magnetic loss or magnetic induction and the residual stress, the manufacturer conducts periodic not less than 35 parties in the quarter. Mechanical properties determined on every tenth heat. The obtained values are averaged.

At the request of the consumer, the coefficient of anisotropy of the specific magnetic losses or anisotropy of the magnetic induction is determined for each batch.

The coating is heat resistant is provided by its chemical basis and technology of its application.

If unsatisfactory results of the periodic tests they are transferred to acceptance to get a positive result for three parties in a row. The results of the periodic tests indicated in the document of quality by the consumer.

3.2, 3.3. (Changed edition, Rev. N 5).

3.4. If unsatisfactory validation results at least one of the indicators of re-examination it is carried out on a sample selected according to GOST 7566.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. For testing from each selected roll, cut off one segment with a length of 1500−2000 mm, from a pack take two sheets evenly on top.

4.2. The dimensions of the steel check of the measuring tool, providing the necessary measurement accuracy:

thickness micrometer (GOST 6507 or GOST 4381), the width of a metal line (GOST 427) or by other measurement means appropriate accuracy.

The thickness of the sheets selected from the rolls of the segments is measured at four points located in the middle of each side cut or sheet at a distance of not less than 20 mm from the edges. The thickness of each measurement point shall not exceed the established norms. Check thickness variation by measuring the thickness.

4.3. To determine flatness and camber cut of the roll, tape or sheet is laid freely on a flat plate, making sure that the corners are snug against the plate.

The nonplanarity of the measured pattern, a ruler or a special device in the areas of maximum cut or peel-off sheet from the plate. Warpage should not exceed the permissible values for the segment length.

Camber is measured meter line in places of the greatest deviation of side edge from a straight cut line.

Deviation from flatness (warpage), camber and thickness variation is determined according to GOST 26877.

4.2, 4.3. (Changed edition, Rev. N 5).

4.4. The surface condition and edges check inspection without the use of magnifying devices.

4.5. The test bend is carried out on four specimens with a width of 20−40 mm, cut with no visible burrs. If there are differences in the used samples having a width of 30 mm. the Samples cut along and across the direction of rolling. Two samples cut at a distance of 30−90 mm from the edge; two samples from the middle of the segment or sheet. The test is carried out in a vise with a radius of curvature of the jaws 5 mm at a temperature of from 15 to 35 °C.

During the test shall be provided with a permanent adhesion of the sample to the surface of the jaws. A single fold — bend sample from the initial position at 90° and straighten back up to the starting position. A half bend is considered a bend 90° without rectification.

The destruction of the sample is considered failure of the specimen or a crack of any length. The obtained values of the excesses are rounded to the nearest whole or poluslova of inflection.

The result of the test taking the arithmetic mean of the excesses of the four samples. Rules for inflection is set at a confidence level of 0.97.
