Notes:
1. The thickness of the sheets with one-sided rhombic and lentil corrugation is determined by the thickness of the base sheet in millimeters.
2. For sheets, laminated on the rolling mills exploded in the middle of the sheet width allowed base thickness is 0.2 mm above the positive limit deviation.
3. The width of the bottom corrugation , the angle at the vertex of the corrugation , the diagonal of the rhombus , the angle of the corrugation in the plane of the sheet , the distance between the riffles , the length of the corrugation , the radius of curvature of the corrugation on the finished sheets are not monitored and are given for calculations on the manufacture of instruments.
4. Weight of 1 mof the sheet determined by the nominal size of leaves, height of corrugation equal to 0.2 of the thickness of the sheet, the smaller diagonal of a rhombus equal to 27.5 mm, the major diagonal of a rhombus is equal to 65 mm. the Density of steel is 7.85 g/cm.

1.2. Corrugated rolled manufactured in sheets and rolls with one-sided rhombic or lentil corrugation.

1.3. The height of the corrugation sheets should be 0.1−0.3 times the thickness of the base sheet, but not less than 0,5 mm. On demand of the consumer sheet thickness of the base is 5 mm or more must have a height corrugation of not less than 1.0 mm.

1.4. Leaves rhombic corrugation is manufactured with the diagonals of a rhombus (25−30)x (60−70) mm. the configuration of the riffles and the location of the large diagonals of the rhombus along or across a sheet are established by the manufacturer.
At the request of the consumer it is allowed manufacture of a sheet with a different ratio of the diagonals of the rhombus.

1.5. Leaves with lentil corrugation is manufactured with the distance between riffles 20, 25 and 30 mm.
1.6. The sheets are made in width from 600 to 2200 mm and length from 1400 up to 8000 mm with gradation of 50 mm.
1.7. At the request of the customer can be manufactured sheets of other sizes.

1.8. Leaves size are produced:
dimension thickness in accordance with the dimensions listed in the table and the width and length within the ranges specified in claim 1.6 — form I;
with dimensions according to thickness within the limits specified in the table without specifying the size, width and length — form II;
with dimensions that are multiples of width and length dimensions specified by the consumer within the limits stipulated in clause 1.6 — form III;
indicating measuring sizes within the range specified in claim 1.6 — form IV.

1.9. Limit deviations of the length and width of the sheets according to GOST 19903.
At customer’s request, sheets and coils are manufactured with extreme deviation;
+20 mm in width for strip rolled over 1000 mm mill edge;
+15 mm in length for a sheet of over 2000 to 6000 mm and over in thickness 4.0−5.0 mm;
25 mm at a thickness of 6,0; 8,0; 10,0 and 12,0 mm.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Sheets and coils manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
2.2. Sheets and coils are made from commercial quality carbon steel grades CT0, CT1, CT2 and STZ (boiling, quiet and semi-killed) with the chemical composition according to GOST 380.
By agreement with the consumer allowed to produce flat products without standardization of the content of chromium, Nickel, and copper.
2.1, 2.2. (Changed edition, Rev. N 4).
2.3. At the request of the customer can be manufactured sheets of other steel grades.

2.4. Sheets laminated on the rolling mills the tile, cut on all four sides.
2.5. Sheets and coils, laminated on the continuous rolling mill can be supplied with rolled longitudinal edges.
Existing on the edges of the notch should not display the sheet for the nominal dimensions for width.

2.6. On the surface of the leaves should not be rolled and kletochnykh prisoner, sinks-vdaviv, shells from scale, smoothed out bubbles, cracks and dirt. On edges of leaves should not be bundles.
2.7. On the surface of the leaves allowed Rabina, scale, rust, fingerprints, separate films, the depth of which does not exceed extreme deviations in thickness.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Sheets and coils are accepted by the parties. The lot consists of sheets of one type of serration. The definition of the party — according to GOST 14637.
3.2. To control the size and surface quality of the party take two sheets or one roll.
3.3. If unsatisfactory results control at least one of the indicators of re-inspection is carried out on a sample selected according to GOST 7566.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. The control surface is performed without the use of magnifying devices.
4.2. The thickness of the base sheet and the height of the corrugation measured at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the edges and 40 mm from the edges.
Dimensions measured at any point shall not withdraw the sheet thickness limit deviation.
4.3. The height of the corrugation is determined as the difference between the size of the total sheet thickness and the thickness of the base sheet .
5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage — by GOST 7566.
