This standard applies to cold rolled sheet black and white (hot and electrolytic tinning), used for the manufacture of tin containers, packaging and other products.

1. BRAND

1.1. Depending on the purpose, surface conditions, quality requirements and properties of the sheet are divided into types: the NVC JR, gzhk, GIR, ask, ask-D, ASR, ASR-D.

The designation marks the letters stand for:

LCD tin tin; ZHR — tin for different purposes (in addition to the production of packaging for food products and closures); B — black; G — hot-dip tinning; e — electrolytic tinning, D — plate with differential coating.

Tin brands ZHR obtained by sorting tinplate brands of LCD; tin stamps NVC is intended for the manufacture of the tinplate canned.

2. ASSORTMENT

2.1. Depending on the thickness of the metal sheet produce the following numbers: 18, 20, 22, 25, 28, 32 36.

2.2. Maximum deviations in thickness and the difference in thickness at different points of the sheet or strip on a plot of 1 m for tin tin (LCD) needs to match the table.2.

2.3. Tin for different purposes (ZHR) deviation in thickness may be ±10%; the value of variable thickness — 0.01 mm greater than shown in table.2.

2.6. Cocina cutting sheets of tinplate of a width of 712 mm shall not exceed 1.5 mm; sheets of tinplate intended for lithography, — 1,0 mm. For sheets of sheet metal of a width > 712 mm should not exceed 0.25%; sheets of tinplate intended for lithography, to 0.20% of the width of the sheet.

2.7. Camber should not exceed 0.15% of the length (width) of the sheet or length of the strip on a plot of 1 m.

2.8. The deviation from flatness for sheet brands of LCD should not exceed 5 mm, for sheet stamps ZHR — 10 mm.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1. General requirements for sheet metal

3.1.1. Tin manufacture of steel grades 08KP, 08ps, 10kp, 10ps with the chemical composition of the churchyard 1050.

3.1.2. The hardness of the base metal sheet of all grades should conform to the standards given in table.5.

3.2. Requirements for the black plate

3.2.1. The roughness parameter ГОСТ 13345-85 Жесть. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2, 3)of the surface of the black plate, intended for coating by the electrolytic method, should be not more than 0,63 mm according to GOST 2789.

3.2.2. The surface roughness of the black plate, intended for subsequent coating with tin by the hot-dip tinning way, is not standardized.

3.2.3. Characterization of the surface and the defects allowed the black plate are given in table.7.

3.2.4. 3.3. Requirements for tinplate, hot-dip tinning

3.3.1. For tinning shall be used tin stamps 01 and 01пч according to GOST 860. The amount of impurities in the tin coating should not exceed 0,14%, including lead — not more than 0.04%.

3.3.3. By agreement between manufacturer and customer can be manufactured sheets, on which from two sides of the tin with a nominal mass of 39.2 g/mГОСТ 13345-85 Жесть. 3.4. Requirements for tinplate, electrolytic tinning

3.4.1. For tinning shall be used tin stamps 01 and 01пч according to GOST 860 with a mass fraction of tin is not less than 99,90%.

3.4.2. Tin coating weight depending on the class of coating shall conform to the standards given in table.10.

3.4.3. The plate is subjected to passivation and oiling dioctylsebacate according to GOST with 8,728.

4. ACCEPTANCE RULES

4.1. Tin take parties. The party should consist of a tin of one brand, one number, one size and class of coating, one degree of hardness and presented a document about quality that contains:

trademark of the manufacturer;

the name of the consumer;

mark sheet and class of coating (tinplate);

the number and the size of the sheet;

the degree of hardness;

the sign «TM»;

the area of the sheet;

the theoretical weight of the batch sheet to sheet and the theoretical and actual mass of the party for the roll sheet;

the number of bundles or rolls;

the results of tests for product compliance with the requirements of this standard;

the date of the manufacturer;

the designation of this standard.

When changing the size of the sheet width size of the sheet length further specify which size is the width.

4.2. To check the size and quality of the surface of the plate is taken 1% of the mass or area of the party, but at least one bundle or roll.

4.3. To test the hardness, the depth of wells Eriksen, surface roughness, tin coating weight, porosity tin coating selected two pieces or two lanes with a length of 1 m from different parts of the bundles or coils selected in the sample for external inspection.

5. TEST METHODS

5.1. The surface quality of the sheets and coils checked by visual inspection without the use of magnifying devices.

5.2. The thickness of the sheet measured with a micrometer (GOST 6507) with an error of less than 0.004 mm in the distance from the edge at least 15 mm.

5.3. The linear dimensions of sheet and rolled steel line check (GOST 427), roulette (GOST 7502) or other measuring tools that provide required accuracy of measurement.

5.8. The hardness measurement is carried out by Super-Rockwell according to methodology described in Annex 1. The measurement is performed after removing the protective coating and removing of lubricant.

The result of the test take the arithmetic mean value of hardness measured on four samples for each type of sheet metal.

If there are differences in hardness measured with the use of the diamond table.

5.9. Test by squeezing on Eriksen carried out according to GOST 10510 on two samples for each type of sheet metal. The test result is the average of definition of the depth of six holes located on the sides and in the middle of the sample.

5.11. The definition of surface roughness is performed on a single sample according to GOST 2789.

5.12. Test the firmness and determination of the depth of the hole can be carried out in a stream of non-destructive methods, including physical (magnetic) methods providing the required accuracy of measurement. If there are differences in hardness, the depth of the hole is determined by direct tests according to PP.5.9, 5.11.

5.13. Determination of mass of tin coating is carried out by iodometric method using COГОСТ 13345-85 Жесть. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2, 3)or iodide Iodate mixture by the method given in Appendix 2. Allowed to use other methods of determining the number and thickness of the tin layer, providing the desired precision control.

The result of the test taking the arithmetic mean of all measurements.

If any dispute occurs the tin coating weight is determined by iodometric method.

5.14. The content of harmful impurities in the tin used for coating, determine the churchyard 15483.0 — GOST 15483.10.

5.16. The theoretical definition of mass and area

5.16.1. Square sheet of tin is determined by multiplying the size of the sheets with addition of 0.5 tolerance on length and width of the sheet.

Area of rolled steel is determined by multiplying the length of the strip in a roll the width of the strip with the addition of 0,5 the tolerance width of the strip.

5.16.2. The theoretical weight of sheet and rolled steel is determined by multiplying the square of the thickness and density of the base metal being equal to 7.85 t/mГОСТ 13345-85 Жесть. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2, 3). Coating mass not taken into account.

The values of theoretical mass and the square of sheet and rolled steel depending on its size is given in table.1 and 2 of Annex 4.

6. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

6.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage — by GOST 7566.

6.2. Sheet tin Packed in bundles.

6.3. Pack sheet should consist of a number of leaves multiple of 50, stacked on one pallet.

The number of sheets in bundles of one party must be the same.

6.3.1. Gross weight of one bundle should not exceed 1.5 T.

6.3.2. Gross weight of one roll is installed by the user in the order and shall not exceed:

15 tons — for transportation on open rolling stock;

1,5 t — transport in covered vehicles.

6.4. Inner diameter of coils of sheet metal of a width 712−1024 is 400 mm and 500 mm. Maximum outer diameter up to 1200 mm.

6.5. During the transportation of tin in the far North regions and equated areas, the packing is carried out in accordance with GOST 15846.

6.6. Marking sheet with a graded plating is performed by applying longitudinal stripes on the side of a thick coating.

3. Measurements

When hardness testing on the device with the diamond contact surface hardness indicate HR30TA.

3.8. In determining the hardness values for the sheet thickness less than 0.25 mm and 0.28 mm it is necessary to consider the influence of hardness of the reference point of the table and adjust the measurements for the correction in accordance with the table.
