1 Scope

This standard applies to rolled steel pre-painted steel sheet with protective and decorative paint coating (hereinafter — painted rental), plotted on lines coil coating rolling method, intended for the manufacture of construction products cold forming and bending.

The standard can be extended to painted Bicycle used in other industries.

Mandatory requirements to quality of production described in 4.3−4.5, 5.2, section 9. The volume requirements of sections 6 and 7 determines the consumer.

3 Terms and definitions

This standard applies the following terms with respective definitions:

3.1 external coating layer: the coating Layer, which surface is in contact with the environment.

3.2 the undercoat: a coating applied directly to the surface, ensuring adhesion of the protective coating from the protected material.

3.3 two-layer paint coating: a Coating consisting of a primer and outer coating layers.

3.4 the painted surface: Surface to which applied or to be applied paint material.

3.5 staining: the Application of paint to the painted surface.

3.6 paint material: Liquid, paste or powder material that forms when applied to the painted surface, the coating having protective, decorative or specific technical properties.

3.7 paint coating: Continuous coating obtained by applying one or more layers of paint to the painted surface.

3.8 system coating (paint system): multi-layer coating in which each layer performs a specific function.

3.9 the front side of rental with paint: the Outer side of the coil with lacquer coating.

4 Basic parameters

4.1 Painted the hire (s) made with single-layer coatings with a thickness up to 200 µm coatings of groups I, II and III to the current regulatory documents* designed for painting lines of rolled metal, with the strength of the film at bending the «T» from 0T to 4T in accordance with this standard.

4.2 Painted rental produce coated one side (example 1 of Annex A), bilateral identical coating on both sides (example 2 of Annex A) and bilateral various coated front and back (example 3 of Annex A).

4.3 Painted rental supply in rolls. The thickness of the rolled products in coils from 0.5 to 2.0 mm, width up to 1800 mm.

4.4 Dimensions, weight, basically a telescoping of the roll of coated steel shall not exceed:

— inner diameter — 640 mm;

— outer diameter — 1500 mm;

— basically a telescoping — 20 mm;

— weight — 16 tons

5 Technical requirements

5.1 Requirements for raw materials

5.1.1 For the manufacture of coated steel as the original billet is used only sheet rolled rolled steel with protective metal coatings and without coatings. The quality of the initial hire shall be certified by a document of the manufacturer of the rental or the factory painted steel.

5.1.2 Painted Bicycle made from an initial billet sizes 4.3 and 4.4 with hydrocarbon greases without passivation.

Permitted by agreement with the manufacturer coated supply source procurement with hydrocarbon passivation, without lubricant.

5.1.3 Paint materials used for coloring of hire, are given in Appendix B.

5.1.4 Painted rental, not subjected to profiling or bending, must be able to withstand the aggressive influence of the environment in accordance with existing regulations*.

The degree of resistance against the aggressive environment of products made from coated steel profiling or flexible, shall be determined by appropriate normative documents in the manufacture of these products.

5.2 characteristics of the coatings

5.2.1 As a protective and decorative paint coatings on indicators appearance should be at least class III according to GOST 9.032.

5.2.2 Color, gloss, pattern coating is determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.

5.2.3 Surface coated should be clean with solid floors.

Allowed by agreement between manufacturer and consumer, the lack of coverage at the beginning and end of the roll. The total length of uncovered areas is not more than 20 m.

5.2.4 the strength of the coating when bending a «T» depends on the used paint material, the thickness of the original workpiece and determines the allowable radii of bends in the further processing of coated steel. Test method of durability of the coating coated steel under bending «T» — Appendix B.

The coating withstood the bending test, the «T» in places of a bend has the same protective properties as the coating is not subjected to bending.

The requirements for the durability of the coating film during the bending determined by the consumer depending on the bending radius in the processing of coated steel.

5.2.5 Adhesion of the coating film should not be more than 1 point according to GOST 15140.

5.2.6 the Thickness of the coating determined by the consumer. The values of coating thickness of paint materials is given in Appendix B.

5.3 Labeling and packaging

5.3.1 Labeling and packaging of rolled according to GOST 7566 with additions.
