This standard applies to cold rolled strip of precision alloys for the manufacture of elastic and provocatively elements.
1. ASSORTMENT
1.1. The tape is divided
by state of material:
— soft (annealed) — M; polonikova — PN; nagarebana — N; vysokokachestvennoj — VN;
mind the edges:
— edged — On; timber — no symbol; with a normalized camber; without standardization of camber — no symbol.
1.2. The tape is manufactured with thickness 0.10−2.0 mm. Width strips of alloy grade 40KKHNM — 20−250 mm, of alloy 36NICRTIAL brands, 36NKHTJU5M, 36NKHTJU8M, 42NKHTJU, 44NKHTJU — 20−400 mm.
Note. In new development and retrofit technology alloys 36NKHTJU5M and 36NKHTJU8M it is recommended to replace the alloy 36НХТЮ6М.

1.4. At the request of the consumer tape manufactures high precision under shot 4986.
1.5. Tape with a width of 300−400 mm is manufactured in accordance with GOST 4986.
1.6. At the request of the consumer tape is made of intermediate thickness with maximum deviations on the nearest higher thickness.
1.7. The tape is manufactured in widths 20−69 mm with a gradation of 1 mm, a width of 70−240 mm with a gradation of 5 mm, a width of 240−400 mm with gradation of 10 mm.
1.8. The tape is manufactured in rolls, welded rolls or segments. Segments of the tape are manufactured with a length of 1000−1200 mm of tape thickness to 1.7 mm inclusive and a length of 500−1200 mm — for tapes with a thickness of over 1.7 mm.
The weld on the tape with a thickness of 0.3 mm and more celebrate with one side of the tape. The coil is allowed to remove defective welds. The mass of the welds is subtracted from the total mass of the metal.
1.9. The tape is manufactured with sheared and mill edge.
1.10. Maximum deviations in width of cut and uncut strips shall be as specified in table.2.

1.11. Edging tape is manufactured with a camber of 1 m length, no more:
3 mm for tape width up to 50 mm,
2 mm for belt width over 50 mm.
At customer’s request, produce a tape with a normalized camber.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Cold-rolled steel strip from precision alloys, intended for the elastic elements must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
2.2. The chemical composition of the alloys shall conform to GOST 10994.
2.3. The tape is manufactured in a soft, polonikova, cold-worked and vysokochastotnom condition. In the absence of instructions in the order the status of the tape is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
The quality of the surface of the tape shall be those specified in table.3.

2.4. At the request of the consumer to Refine the surface characteristics of the tape according to the standards agreed in the prescribed manner, indicating the type and number of defects per unit area.

Note. By agreement between manufacturer and user on the ribbon, in soft, polonikova, cold-worked and vysokochastotnom condition allowed the dark color of the surface.
2.5. Films, bubbles, slag is removed by Stripping, the depth of Stripping shall not withdraw the tape beyond the minimum thickness.
At the request of the consumer tape is manufactured without Stripping and clippings invalid defective areas. In this case, the defective parts are allocated with a pencil, and their weight subtracted from the total mass of the roll.
2.6. On the edges of the cut tape are not allowed burrs, exceeding the limit deviations of the thickness, and other defects with a depth of more than half of the limit deviations of width of the tape.
On the edges of the edging strips are not allowed flaw, bringing the tape beyond the minimum width.
At the request of the consumer tape is manufactured with finished edges.
2.7. The mechanical properties of the tape in polonikova, cold-worked, vysokochastotnom and soft conditions shall be as specified in table.4.
2.8. The mechanical properties of the tape are defined on heat-treated samples shall be as specified in table.5.

2.9. At the request of the consumer tape made:
— definition of elastic characteristics: modulus of normal elasticity, limit of elasticity and thermal coefficient of elastic modulus measured on test samples processed according to the modes specified in table.5;
— definition of grain size on the soft tape;
— with soft ribbon on the hood of the spherical socket;
— hardness according to Vickers or Rockwell for strips with a thickness less than 1.0 mm;
— with high demands on surface quality;
— with soft ribbon bending to an angle of 180° around mandrel of diameter equal to the thickness of the tape;
with the test tape at the bend;
— with a roughness of not more than 0,32 µm reference length of 0.25 mm strip cold-worked and vysokochastotnom condition.
Note. Standards for the requirements in subparagraphs established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
2.10. Physical and mechanical properties of the alloys, the recommended modes of cold working and ageing conditions are given in Appendix 1.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. The ribbon take parties.
The party should consist of tape one bottoms one size, and one state of the material and drawn up by one document on quality.
3.2. To check the quality of the tape from the party is taken:
— to control the size, quality of surface and edges — 100% of production;
— to determine camber — 3 rolls or 3 cut;
— to determine the roughness, mechanical properties, elastic properties, grain size, exhaust spherical dimples, bend, bend — 2 rolls or 2 cut.
In the party the tape, obtained by cutting one coil to the specified width, such as 1 roll.
3.3. Determination of roughness and camber is carried out periodically, but not less than once per quarter.
3.4. The alloy’s chemical composition is certified by a document of quality of the enterprise, smelting metal.
3.5. If unsatisfactory results of repeated tests are the churchyard 7566.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. The thickness of the tape is checked using micrometer according to GOST 6507 or GOST 4381, optymetramy or other means of measuring the respective accuracy.
The tape width is measured by caliper according to GOST 166 or a metal line of the churchyard 427.
Tape sizes in coils checked at a distance of not less than the length of the coil from end of the roll, the thickness of the strip is checked at a distance of at least 5 mm from the edge.
4.2. Check the tape on the camber is carried out according to GOST 26877 on the portion of the tape length 1−3 m range length of 1 m. the Camber is measured with a metal ruler according to GOST 427.

4.4. The quality of the surface and the edges checked visually on 2−5-th revolution of the roll.
If there is disagreement in assessing the quality of the surface is inspected at magnification 8.
If necessary, the depth of the defect is determined by the depth gauge micrometer churchyard 7470 or other tool, to ensure the necessary accuracy, or Stripping prior to the removal of the defect. The location of the defect cleaned with sandpaper or a file with further comparative dimension to the stripped or unstripped. 4.5. Surface roughness checked by profiling the profilers according to GOST 19300 or work samples in accordance with the requirements of GOST 2789.

4.6. To determine the mechanical properties, elastic properties, hardness, drawing a spherical hole, bending, inflection select one sample from the roll (cut), in the presence of the party, only one roll — away two samples from the roll.

4.8. 4.9. The hardness is determined by GOST 9013.
4.10. Methods of determining the elastic properties are determined by agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer.
4.11. The grain size is determined according to GOST 5639.
4.12. Tests on the hood of the spherical hole is carried out according to GOST 10510.
4.13. The bend test is carried out according to GOST 14019*.

4.14. The test bend is carried out according to GOST 13813.
5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Packing, marking, transportation and storage GOST 7566.
5.2. Tape transporterowych in rolls or lengths, Packed in bundles. The coil should consist of no more than four segments. The cut length of tape with a cut-out defective areas shall be not less than 15 m.
At the request of the consumer, the coil should consist of one segment.

5.2.1. The rolls of tape thickness of 0.3 mm or less, and the bundle segments must be wrapped in one or more layers of waterproof paper GOST 9569* 10396 GOST, GOST 8828или other normative-technical documentation and dense rows Packed in boxes of types I or II according to GOST 2991 or other regulatory-technical documentation.

5.2.2. The rolls of tape with the thickness more than 0.3 mm is wrapped in one or more layers of paper the churchyard 9569, GOST 8828, GOST 10396 or other normative and technical documentation, the film according to GOST 10354, GOST 16272 or other normative and technical documentation or container holstoproshivny cloth GOST of 14,253, non-woven cloth, stitched the flap of waste textile industry or other types of packaging materials according to normative-technical documentation, with the exception of cotton and linen fabrics.
5.2.3. Allowed the transport rolls on pallets according to normative-technical documentation, the coils should be wrapped crepe paper according to GOST 10396 or film according to GOST 10354, or other regulatory-technical documentation and attached to the pallet with soft metal tape according to GOST 3560, GOST 6009 or other normative and technical documentation or wire according to GOST 3282, OST 14−15−193−86 or other normative and technical documentation in at least three places. Dimensions of the cargo space should not exceed 1200х1200х1200 mm.

5.3. The outer diameter rolls of tape with the thickness more than 0.3 mm should be no more than 1200 mm, internal — not less than 180 mm.
5.4. Allowed to protect the strip from corrosion is to apply tension industrial oils brands-20A, and-40A according to GOST 20799 inhibitors.
5.5. Weight of cargo space with mechanized loading and unloading in open vehicles shall not exceed 5 tonnes in indoor — 1250 kg With manual loading and unloading weight of cargo must not exceed 80 kg.
5.6. The tape is transported by all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with goods transportation regulations applied to this type of transport. Stowage and securing of cargo shall be made in accordance with the conditions of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways of the USSR.
5.7. Tape should be stored in a dry place at temperature from 5 to 40 °C at a relative humidity of 80%, in the absence of air in alkaline, acidic and other aggressive contaminants.
5.8. Transport marking under GOST 14192.
5.9. When you ship two or more packages to one user should proceed with consolidation packages in accordance with requirements of GOST 24597.

5.10. Allowed transportation on open rolling stock.
6. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
6.1. The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of the tape to the requirements of this standard when complying with the storage conditions.
Warranty period — 15 years from date of manufacture.

Note.
The material in the soft condition it is recommended to use for elastic elements of complex shape obtained by deep drawing and punching, working at elevated temperatures;
materials in polonikeman condition for elastic elements of a simple shape, operating at elevated temperatures;
materials cold-worked and vysokochastotnom condition for the elastic elements in a simple form, working at high loads and room temperature.
The recommended operating temperature of the alloy products brands:
36NICRTIAL — not more than 250 °C;
36NKHTJU5M — not more than 350 °C;
36NKHTJU8M not more than 400 °C;
36НХТЮ6М — not more than 470 °C.
