2.3. On the surface of the tape there should be no captivity, sunsets, stratifications, riches, rust. Do not allow scratches, dents, prints, shells whose depth or height for light tape exceeds half the thickness deviation, and for dark tape — the maximum thickness deviation.

2.4. The light tape should have a smooth surface from light gray to dark gray. Remnants of technological lubrication and copper-plating are allowed on the surface of the light tape. The color of the dark tape is not regulated.

2.5. The edges of the tape should have a natural rounding. Cracks and flaws on the edges are not allowed. Edge grinding is allowed. On the ground edges, traces of abrasive processing and uncut seats in the amount of no more than 10 per coil (coil) are allowed.
2.6. A cold-rolled steel strip of grade 50 for the furniture industry must withstand the 90 ° bend test. In the bend point there should be no cracks, tears and bundles.
2.7. At the request of the customer, specified in the order, the crescent of the tape should not exceed 15 mm per 1 m of length for the annealed tape and 10 mm for 1 m of length for the cold-worked tape.

2.8. At the request of the customer, specified in the order, the tape of steel grades 65G, U7, U7A, U8, U8A, U9, U9A should be inspected for decarburization. Norms are set additionally by agreement of the manufacturer with the consumer.
2.9. At the request of the consumer, a strip of tool steel is made annealed to granular perlite.

2.10. The tape is manufactured in coils or on coils with an internal diameter of 120 to 600 mm.
A tape of small sections (0.6x1.5 mm or less) can be supplied in coils (coils) with an inner diameter of at least 60 mm.
The reel (coil) should consist of one piece. The entanglement of tape turns is not allowed. It is allowed to have up to three pieces of tape in one coil (coil), provided that the minimum weight of each of the segments meets the requirements of Table 5.

2.11. The minimum weight of the coil or piece on the coil should be as specified in Table 5.
3. RULES OF ACCEPTANCE
3.1. The tape is accepted in batches. The batch shall consist of a strip of one steel grade, one heat treatment, precision of manufacture, surface and size and accompanied by a quality document containing:
name or trademark of the manufacturer;
conventional designation of the tape;
number of smelting with indication of the chemical composition;
results of control tests;
number of coils (coils) and net mass of the lot;
batch number.
As agreed by the manufacturer with the consumer, the quality document does not specify the results of all tests carried out, but specify «Products in accordance with GOST 10234−77».

3.2. Checking the appearance and dimensions is carried out on each coil (coil) of the tape lot.

3.3. From the lot of the tape accepted under item 3.2, the following should be selected:
to check the time resistance — 10% of coils (coils), but not less than three coils (coils);
for testing sicklebiness, bending, decarburization and microstructure — 5% of coils (coils), but not less than three coils (coils);
to check the chemical composition of steel — 3% coils (coils), but not less than two coils (coils).
The manufacturer defines the relative elongation periodically on demand of the consumer on 10% of coils (coils) from a batch, but not less than three coils (coils).
3.4. At reception of unsatisfactory results of the test, at least one of the indicators on it is repeated tests on a doubled number of coils (coils) from the number of those who did not pass the test.
The results of repeated tests apply to the whole lot.

4. METHODS OF TESTS
4.1a. For each type of test, one sample from each selected hank (coil) should be taken.

4.1b. The quality of the surface and edges of the tape are checked visually without the use of magnifying devices.

4.1. The thickness and width of the tape, the amount of defects measured using micrometers GOST 6507 or GOST 4381 and other means of measuring the appropriate accuracy.
The size of the defect is determined by removing it by stripping with subsequent comparative measurement in the cleaned and unpurified places.

4.2. The tensile testing of the tape should be carried out according to GOST 11701. The calculated length of the specimen for checking the elongation should be 50 mm.
4.3. Sickling should be checked by combining the edges of a sample of a 1 m long tape with a straight line. Measurement is carried out by a ruler in accordance with GOST 427 in the place of the greatest curvature.

4.4. The bending tape test shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure given in the annex.
4.4a. The microstructure of the tape, annealed on granular perlite, is monitored on a scale of 2 GOST 8233.

4.5. Control of the decarburized layer of the tape should be made in accordance with GOST 1763.
4.6. The chemical composition of the metal tape is certified by a certificate of the manufacturer of the metal.
If necessary, the steel grades from which the tape is made are determined in accordance with GOST 22536.0 — GOST 22536.8.
4.7. Weighing of cargo spaces in a batch, as well as if necessary, of coils (coils) is carried out on scales in accordance with GOST 29329 or other scales providing a weighing accuracy of up to 1%.

5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Each bale should be bandaged in at least three places with a soft metal wire or tape according to GOST 3282, GOST 3560 or other normative and technical documentation.
The outer end of the tape should be securely fastened.

5.2. The tape should be coated with one of the compounds that protect the tape from corrosion: a mixture of concrete and industrial oil (GOST 20799) in a ratio of 1: 1, a mixture of conservation oil NG-203A and industrial oil (GOST 20799) in a ratio of 1: 1, industrial oil GOST 20799) plus 15% of AKOR-1 additive (GOST 15171) or other types of preservative oils or mixtures with a different ratio of components whose protective properties are equivalent to those listed.

5.3. Coils of tape with a thickness of 0.30 mm or less should be wrapped in a layer of paper and packed in wooden boxes of type II according to GOST 18617 or other normative and technical documentation, steel barrels according to GOST 13950 or other metal containers according to normative and technical documentation.
Coils of tape over 0.30 mm thick should be wrapped with a layer of paper, then with a layer of polymer film or cloth and bound with wire or tape according to GOST 3282, GOST 3560 or other normative and technical documentation. With a mechanized method of packaging the coils of tape should be wrapped with a layer of paper in accordance with GOST 10396 or other creped paper equivalent to the protective properties — according to normative and technical documentation, while fixing paper with wire according to GOST 3282 or other normative and technical documentation.
As packing materials apply:
paper paraffined in accordance with GOST 9569 *;

paper oiled in accordance with GOST 8273 and another, providing protection from corrosion, — according to the normative and technical documentation;

container canvas sewing canvas — according to normative and technical documentation; Other types of investment fabrics that do not degrade the quality of packaging and exclude the use of cotton and linen fabrics — according to normative and technical documentation, as well as a suture flap from waste products of the textile industry.
The belt is transported by transport of all kinds in covered vehicles or in universal containers in accordance with GOST 22225, GOST 20435, GOST 15102 in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods operating on this type of transport.
When transporting in universal containers, it is allowed to pack the tape in paper, with the exception of oiled paper.

5.3a. Tape sent to the Far North and hard-to-reach areas should be packaged in accordance with the requirements of this standard.

5.4. The gross weight of the package should not exceed 500 kg. At the request of the consumer, the gross weight of the package should not exceed 80 kg.
Integration of packages into transport packages should be carried out according to GOST 21650, GOST 26663, GOST 24597. Packages can be formed without using pallets.

5.5. To each coil (coil) and a cargo place, a label must be attached, indicating:
a trademark and (or) the name of the manufacturer;
conventional designation of the tape;
stamp of technical control;
batch number.

1.1. For the bending test, take the strip pieces selected according to paragraph 3.3 of this standard.
1.2. Testing of the selected samples of the tape for bending is carried out on the adaptation of the design of the Moscow furniture combine with a radius of the bending roller of 20 mm. The diagram of the device for testing is shown in Fig.1.
