This standard applies to hot rolled profile I beam No. 19 for centre girder wagons.
1. Sizes, limit deviations, cross section, weight 1 m length of the profile and reference values shall be as given in the figure and table.1, 2.

2. Positive deviations in the thickness of the shelves is limited by the tolerance on mass.
Variations in the mass of 1 m of I-beam shall not exceed plus 3 or minus 5% of nominal values given in table.2.
3. The slope of the outer faces of shelves shall not exceed 1.25 percent.
4. The deflection of the wall height should not exceed 1.05 mm.
5. The curvature of the I-beam in the horizontal and vertical planes should not exceed 0.2% of the length.
6. Twisting I-beam is not allowed.
