4. Limitation of actions taken by Protocol No. 4−93 of the Interstate Council for standardization, Metrology and certification (ICS 4−94)
5. EDITION (October 2012) with amendment No. 1, approved in July 1988 (IUS 11−88)
1. This standard specifies the gauge hot rolled steel profiles: for oblique washers, oval, for sickles, ice skates, segment, for brake tires used in different industries.
2. Profiles sizes, maximum rejections of sizes, the cross-sectional area, weight of 1 m of length should correspond to those on features.1−6 and in table.1−5.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
3. The cross-sectional area and weight of 1 m of the profiles calculated based on nominal sizes. When calculating the mass density of steel is equal to 7.85 g/cm.
4. Profiles are produced in length from 2 to 6 m:
measuring length,
multiple lengths,
of random length.
The length of the profiles specified in the order.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
5. Maximum deviations along the length of the profiles dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:
+40 mm for profiles up to 4 m;
+60 mm for profiles with a length of 4 m. St.
6. Profiles should be straight. Twisting of profiles around the longitudinal axis is not allowed.
7. The curvature profiles in the horizontal and vertical planes should not exceed:
0.6% of length — N for profiles 1, 2, 3 and 4;
0,25% of the length for profiles N 5;
0.4% of lengths — for profile N 6.
8. The sizing of the profiles is carried out at a minimum distance of 500 mm from the end of the rod.
