1. This standard specifies the gauge hot rolled profiles SVP (special interchangeable profiles) designed for mine support.
2. The cross section of the profile must match that specified on the drawing.
3. The profile dimensions, cross-sectional area, linear density and reference values for the axes are given in table.1.

5. The difference in thickness of the cross section of the side walls at the same distance from the base of the profile should not exceed 0.5 mm.

7. The profile is made of lengths from 9 to 12 m stipulated in the order.
8. Maximum deviations along the length of the profile exact or multiple lengths shall not exceed:
+40 mm with a length up to 8 m;
+80 mm — with a length of 8 m. St.
At the request of the consumer:
+40 mm with a length up to 7 m;
+5 mm per each meter of length — at a length of over 7 m.
9. The curvature of the profile in the horizontal and vertical planes should not exceed:
1% of length — class 1;
1.5% of length — 2 class.
The curvature is measured in the position of the profile down shelves.

10. Twisting of the profile around its longitudinal axis is not allowed. The profile is twisted, if when laying its flanges (thickenings of the side walls) on the control plate the difference between the distances of the opposite flanges of the control plate exceeds 0.05% check the length of the cut profile. The length of the segment of the profile must be at least 4 m.
11. Dimensions shall be checked at a minimum distance of 500 mm from the end of the profile. The height profile is measured along the axis .
12. Limit deviations in linear density of one profile not to exceed %. Maximum deviations are checked by the manufacturer of the weighing profile weighing 20−60 tons every 400−600 TPA, or profile length of at least 300 mm, selected by rolling at least every 100 laminated rods.
