1 this standard applies to steel cold-shaped special profiles for car building, manufactured by roll forming units of cold-rolled and hot-rolled sheet rolled carbon steel of ordinary quality, quality carbon structural and low alloy.
2 Cross section of the profiles, dimensions and tolerances for sizes shall be as specified in figures 1−17.

1 the dimensions of the profiles and the radii of curvature, which does not have limit deflection control rolls in bore and provide manufacturing technology.
2 75±3 N 3 control the profile in bore rolls.
3 For profile N 4 radius equal to 30 mm should correspond to the radius equal to 36 mm; the radius is equal to 31 mm, the radius is 37 mm; the radius is 32 mm, the radius equal to 38 mm.
4 For profile N 17 the difference between the width of the shelves should not exceed 2 mm, the flatness of the wall is 1 mm.
3 the cross-sectional Area, centroid coordinates, reference values and weight of 1 m of the profile should correspond to those in tables 1 and 2.

Notes
1 cross-sectional Area, mass 1 m length of the profile and reference values for the axes computed on nominal sizes. The density of steel is 7.85 g/cm;
2 — the ratio of the calculated weight of the shelf to the thickness of the profile;
3 — the ratio of the estimated height of the wall to the thickness profile,
where — flange width, mm;
— the height of the wall, mm;
— flange thickness, mm;
— radius of curvature, mm.
4 Profiles are produced with a length of from 3 to 11.8 m:
the measured length;
measuring length with non-standard not more than 10% of the batch weight;
multiple of gauging length;
multiple lengths random with not more than 10% of the batch weight;
of random length.
The length of the profile specify in the order.
5 Limit deviations for the length of profiles dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:
+40 mm for profiles up to a length of 6 m;
+80 mm for profiles with a length of over 6 m.
At the request of the consumer for profiles up to 7 m limit deviations in length +40 mm over 7 m +40 and +5 mm on each meter length.
6 Torsion of profiles around the longitudinal axis should not exceed the 1° to the length of profile in meters and can not be more than 10°.
7 shelves Waviness profile should not exceed 2 mm per 1 m.
8 Curvature symmetrical profiles should not exceed 0.1% of the length of profile steel is 0.15%.
9, the Warpage of the symmetric profiles 5−8 N should not exceed 2 mm per 1 m.
10 dimensioning of the cross section, and twisting, curvature and buckling is carried out at a minimum distance of 500 mm from the ends the piece with profiling, not less than 300 mm — in continuous.
