5. Limitation of actions taken by Protocol No. 7−95 Interstate Council for standardization, Metrology and certification (ICS 11−95)
6. REISSUE
This standard applies to hot-rolled shaped profiles, designed for car building.
It is possible to use profiles in other industries.
1. BASIC PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS
1.1. Assortment, dimensions, sectional area, weight of one meter, reference values, tolerances for dimensions, mass of one meter and the geometrical form of the profile should correspond to GOST 5267.1 — GOST 5267.13.
Note. The cross-sectional area and reference values calculated based on nominal sizes. The density of steel is taken equal to 7,85х10kg/m.
1.1.1. The dimensions and radii of the profiles, which does not have limit deviations, are provided by the tool and on the finished release is not controlled.
1.1.2. Blunting of the corners of the contours of the profile are not indicated on the drawings standards gauge: 0.3 mm thickness in the thickness profile of up to 10 mm; 3 mm thickness profile over 10 mm.
1.2. Profiles are produced in length from 3 to 13 m. At the request of the consumer profiles are produced with a length of over 13 m.
1.3. Depending on the purpose, the profiles are made:
the measured length;
multiple of gauging length;
measuring length with cuts in the amount of not more than 10% of the batch weight;
multiple lengths with cuts in the amount of not more than 10% of the batch weight.
Segments are sections with length not less than 2,0 m.
1.4. The profiles must be cut off. Cut end Squareness, mm should take the length of the profiles for the nominal size and tolerances for length.
The length of the profiles is the maximum length of conditionally-cut rod with the ends perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
1.4.1. The length of the profiles and the accuracy of the cutting point in the order.
1.5. Maximum deviations along the length of the profiles and multiple dimensional measuring length should not exceed given in table.1.
