This standard applies to hot-rolled profiles, designed for tractors.

1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. Establishes the following numbers and the names of the profiles:

1 — profile track Shoe (damn.1);

2 profiles for track Shoe (damn.2);

3 profiles for track Shoe (damn.3);

4 profiles for track Shoe (damn.4);

5 — channel 24T (damn.5);

6 — channel 18T (Fig.6);

7 — angle (Fig.7);

8 — profile for the support (Fig.8).

1.3. The dimensions of the profiles that have not installed limit deviations, and the thickness of the flanges of sections No. 5 and 6 are provided with caliber rolls and the finished profiles are not checked.

1.5. The slope of the outer face of each shelf profiles No. 5, 6 relative to the outer surface of the wall shall not exceed 0,015 width of the shelf.

1.6. The curvature of the wall at the height of the cross section should not exceed 1.5 mm for profile No. 5; 1.8 mm for profile N 6.

1.7. Dulling the outer corners of the profiles, N, 5, 7 and 8 (including the apex angle profile N 7) shall not exceed 3 mm; of profile No. 6 — 5 mm wide shelves and 2 mm in thickness.

1.9. Deviation from a right angle at the vertex of the profile of N 7 shall not exceed 35'.

1.10. For a profile N 8 the cross-sectional area should be of 7.88 cm, weight of 1 m of 6.15 kg.

1.11. Any crooked areas of surface A and B in profile # 8 should not exceed 0.5 mm at 34 mm.

1.12. Limit weight deviation profile N 5 shall not exceed plus 3% or minus 5% from the nominal value given in table.2.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. The profiles are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.1. Profiles N 1−3 shall be made of steel 40GR according to GOST 4543 with a mass fraction of boron in the finished release is not more than 0,0015%; profile N 4 — 45−50 of steel grades according to GOST 1050, sections 5−8 N according to GOST 380. Brand, group and category of steel are specified in the order.

Allowed by agreement between manufacturer and consumer in the production of profiles N 1−3 of other steels with mechanical properties not less than the properties of steel grade 40GR.

2.2. Mechanical properties of steel for profiles 1−3 N must meet the requirements of GOST 4543; for profiles 5−8 N — GOST 380; profile-N 4 — GOST 1050.

2.3. Profiles are manufactured with length from 4 to 12 m.

2.4. Depending on the purpose, the profiles are made:

the measured length;

multiple of gauging length;

of random length.

2.6. Maximum deviations along the length of the profiles dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:

+40 mm for profiles No. 5 and 6 with a length up to 6 m;

+50 mm for profiles No. 7 a length of 6 m;

+60 mm for profiles 1−4 N 8 and length to 6 m;

+70 mm — N for profiles 1−6 and 8 with a length of over 6 m.

At the request of the consumer, the maximum deviations on length and multiple lengths shall not exceed:

+40 mm — length up to 7 m;

+5 mm per each meter length of 7 m. SV.

2.7. The curvature of the profile must not exceed:

0.20% of lengths — for profile N 5;

0,25% of the length for profile N is 1−4;

0.30% of lengths — for profile N 6;

Of 0.40% of the length — N for profiles 7 and 8.

2.8. The ends of the profile must be straight and evenly cut. Allowed cosinus cutting for profiles 1−4 N 7 and not more than 5% of the width of the profile.

2.9. The surface quality of hire should correspond to GOST 535, subgroup 1.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Profiles accepted by the parties. The party should consist of profiles of the same size and same heat. Each batch is accompanied by a quality document with GOST 7566.

By agreement with the consumer allowed to make a batch of profiles for different heats of the same size.

3.2. To check the quality of profiles taken from the party:

for chemical analysis — one sample;

for tensile tests — single rod;

to determine the toughness — two rods;

for the determination of grain size — single rod;

to control the surface quality and size — 5% of the batch weight.

3.3. If unsatisfactory test results on at least one of indicators on it, repeat tests are carried out according to GOST 7566.

The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1 a. The dimensions of the profiles checking a measuring instrument corresponding accuracy.

4.1 b. The surface quality test without the use of magnifying devices.

4.1 V. each selected rod cut off:

for tensile tests and determination of grain size — one sample;

to determine the toughness — two sample.

4.1. At the request of the consumer for profiles 1−4 N, the test is performed on the impact strength.

4.2. Sampling for mechanical and technological tests — according to GOST 7564.

4.3. Sampling for the control of the chemical composition of the steel according to GOST 7565.

4.4. Determination of impact strength — according to GOST 9454.

4.5. The tensile test according to GOST 1497.

4.6. By agreement of the parties for profiles 1−4 N is determined by the grain size, which should not exceed the 4-th point according to GOST 5639.

4.7. Control the size of cross-sections and curvature produced at a distance of not less than 500 mm from the ends.

4.9. The thickness of the wall profiles N 5 and 6 is measured from the ends of the rods, the height in the plane of its wall.

4.10. The definition of the curvature — GOST 26877.

4.11. The geometric dimensions and the shape of the profile is checked using measuring instruments according to the GOST 162, 166 GOST, GOST 427, GOST 3749, 5378 GOST, GOST 6507, GOST 7502.
