6. REISSUE
This standard applies to hot-rolled bars and shapes for use in agricultural machines.
1. BASIC PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS
1.1. Form, sizes of hire and limit deviations should sootvetstvovat 12492.1−12492.15.
1.2. The cross-sectional area and weight of 1 m of rental is calculated based on nominal dimensions, the density of steel is equal to 7.85 x 10kg/m
.
1.3. The dimensions of the rental that does not have limit of deviation shown on the drawings to build the caliber and rentals are not checked. Blunting of the corners, not designated in the drawings shall not exceed 3 mm.
1.4. Rental manufactured with the length from 4 to 9 m:
the measured length;
multiple of gauging length;
of random length.
The length of the rental, subject to manufacturer, specify in the order.
At the request of the consumer rental manufactures limited length within off-gage.
In the manufacture of multiple rental lengths allow bars not less than the length of one of the kratom.
1.5. Maximum deviations along the length of the hire-dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:
+50 mm — length up to 6 m, inclusive;
+100 mm — for lengths of over 6 m.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Rentals are made from steel grades according to GOST 535 and GOST 1050, GOST 19281, GOST 4543.
By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer is allowed to manufacture metal products from steel of other brands.
2.1.1 Profile according to GOST 12492.7 are made of steel grade Л53 with the chemical composition:
carbon — 0,47−0,57%;
manganese — 0,50−0,80%;
silicon — 0,15−0,35%;
phosphorus — not more than 0,04%;
sulfur — not more than 0.05%.
Notes:
1. Limit deviations of chemical composition — according to GOST 380.
2. When the mass fraction of carbon in the steel more than 0.54% of the mass fraction of manganese should not exceed 0,70%.
2.1.2. Mechanical properties of rolled steel by GOST 535 and GOST 1050, GOST 19281, GOST 4543.
2.1.3. The surface quality of the rolled — GOST 535 group 1, GOST 1050 and GOST 4543.

2.2. Packaging, labeling — according GOST 7566.
3. ACCEPTANCE
3.1. Rental take parties. The party should consist of the rental of the same size and the same melting-ladle.
By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer allowed a few of swimming trunks, the party should consist of rolled the same size and same grade of steel. The mass of the party — no more carload norms.
3.2. The party must be accompanied by a document of quality according to GOST 7566.
3.3. To check the quality of profiles from the party taken for chemical analysis — one sample from melting ladle; to control the quality of surface size — 10%, but not less than 5 PCs.
3.4. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer hire are made in theoretical weight.
4. CONTROL METHODS
4.1. Methods of sampling to determine the chemical composition of the steel according to GOST 7565.
4.2. Methods of sampling for mechanical and technological tests — according to GOST 7564.
4.3. Test methods — according to GOST 535 and GOST 1050, GOST 19281, GOST 4543.
