Notes on the tables 1−8.
1 When calculating the mass, the density of steel is assumed to be 7.85 g / cm ; mass of zinc coating applied to 1 m from both sides of the sheet, is assumed equal to 414 g. The mass of the paint and varnish coating was not taken into account.
2 Data on the geometric characteristics of the profiles (moments of inertia and resistance) are reference and obtained, allowing the working width () of flat sections of compressed shelves equal to: — when determining the moments of resistance; — when determining the moments of inertia.
3 Reference values per 1 m of width are obtained by dividing the calculated characteristics by the width . Weight 1 m is obtained by dividing the mass of 1 m length by width .
3.4 Profiled sheets should be manufactured in length:
— a multiple (250 mm) measuring length from 3 to 12 m — for flooring (types H and HC);
— a multiple (300 mm) measuring length from 2.4 to 12 m — for wall fences (types HC and C).
As agreed by the manufacturer and the customer, it is allowed to produce profiled sheets of any length, and also less than 3 and more than 12 m in length for the flooring.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Requirements for raw materials
4.1.1 Profiled sheets without varnish-and-paint coatings of all types shall be manufactured from sheet cold-rolled steel, shown in Table 9.

NOTE The use of the materials of the initial blank 1−4, as well as with other coatings, is selected by the customer, depending on the operating conditions of the structures. |
It is allowed to use the rolling, obtained by import, the quality indicators of which meet the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents.
4.1.2 Profiled sheets with paintwork should be made of rolled products with protective and decorative paintwork for building structures POST 30246.
4.1.3 Paint material, its thickness, color should comply with GOST 30246 and be installed as agreed by the manufacturer with the consumer.
The main paint and varnish materials used to cover profiled sheets and the conditions for their use are given in Appendix B.
4.2 Requirements for protective coatings
4.2.1 The quality of the coating (zinc, aluminum-zinc, aluminosilicon, aluminum) profiled sheets must satisfy the requirements of the normative documents for the material of the initial workpiece for profiling.
4.2.2 The quality of the paintwork of profiled sheets must meet the requirements of GOST 30246.
4.2.3 On the surface of zinc, paint and varnish coating, abrasions, risks, traces of the forming rolls, which do not violate the continuity of the coating, are allowed.
4.3. Requirements for geometric accuracy
4.3.1 The maximum deviation of the dimensions of profiles of all types shall not exceed the values indicated in Table 10.

4.3.2. The limiting deviations in the thickness of profiled sheets must correspond to the maximum deviations in the thickness of the workpiece of normal rolling accuracy in accordance with GOST 19904 without taking into account the thickness of the coating. Limit deviations do not apply to deviations in thickness at bending points.
4.3.3. The difference in the width of the extreme narrow shelves of the corrugations of profiled sheets shall be not less than 2 mm.
It is recommended to mark on the flat part of narrower shelves in the form of longitudinal ridge, coloring or other methods.
4.3.4 Sickle-shaped profiled sheets should not exceed 1 mm per 1 m of length with a profile length of up to 6 m and 1.5 mm per 1 m of length — with a profile length of more than 6 m. The total crescent should not exceed the product of the permissible crescent per 1 m on sheet length in meters.
4.3.5 The undulation on flat sections of profiled sheets shall not exceed 1.5 mm, and on the flanges of the outer shelves — 3 mm.
4.3.6. The cut-off cut of profiled sheets shall not display the length of the sheets for the nominal size and the maximum deviation along the length.
4.4 Completeness
4.4.1 The scope of delivery should include:
— profiled sheets of the same size, the material of the initial blank, the type of paintwork;
— Fasteners (as agreed by the consumer with the manufacturer);
— a document for the shipped products.
4.5 Marking
4.5.1 Marking of profiled sheets — according to GOST 7566.
4.5.2 Marking is applied to a label that is attached to the package.
The marking shall contain:
— name or trademark of the manufacturer;
— conventional designation of profiled sheet;
— length and number of profiled sheets in the package;
— Theoretical mass of the package;
— number of the package and lot;
— brand of technical control of the manufacturer.
4.6 Packing
4.6.1 The package of profiled sheets shall be made according to the drawings of the manufacturer, approved in accordance with the established procedure. Packaging should ensure the safety of sheets and protective coating from mechanical damage, as well as from the displacement of sheets in the bag relative to each other.
4.6.2 Packing profiled sheets intended for export shall comply with the normative documentation approved in the established manner and the contract.
When shipping profiles to areas of the Far North and hard-to-reach areas, packaging should be made in accordance with GOST 15846.
5 Acceptance rules
5.1 The acceptance of profiled sheets is done in batches.
The party considers sheets of one standard size, made from blanks of one batch. It is allowed to form batches from sheets made from blanks of different batches of one manufacturer.
The lot weight must not exceed 75 tons. The lot must consist of packages. The weight of the package should not exceed 10 tons.
5.2. To monitor the quality indicators for compliance with requirements 4.2.3 and 4.3, one top sheet from each package of one batch of profiled sheets is selected.
It is allowed to control one sheet from the first and last packets of one lot, if the established quality indicators are provided by the production technology.
5.3 The party is considered accepted if the quality indicators comply with the requirements of this standard.
5.4 In case of receiving unsatisfactory results of control at least one of the quality indicators, a second control is carried out on it on a doubled number of profiled sheets selected from the same batch.
If at least a single sheet does not meet the requirements of this standard, then the entire batch is subjected to a single acceptance.
5.5 Each shipment of shipped products must be accompanied by a document containing:
— name or trademark of the manufacturer;

6.1. The grade, properties, thickness of rolled products, as well as the quality of the paintwork of the original blank, must be certified by a document on the quality of the billet manufacturer.
6.2. The surface quality of the metal and paintwork of the profiled sheets is determined visually.
6.3 The dimensions of the profiled sheets are controlled by a tape measure in accordance with GOST 7502, a metal ruler in accordance with GOST 427, and shorthandreism according to GOST 164. The width and height of the sheets are measured at a distance of 40 to 500 mm, the length at two sides.
6.4 Sickling along the edge of the corrugation and the waviness of the profiled sheets shall be verified with a 1 m long verification ruler in accordance with GOST 8026 and a set of probes according to TU 2.034−225−87.
The general sickle-spot is determined with the help of a string fixed on a flat horizontal surface and a ruler in accordance with GOST 427.
6.5. The cut-off cut of profiled sheets is measured with a ruler in accordance with GOST 427 and with a square in accordance with GOST 3749, installed along the extreme corrugation profile.
6.6 For the measurement result of 6.3−6.5, the average value obtained with three measurements in one section or one line is taken, with the results of each measurement being within the limits of the standard tolerances.
6.7 To control longitudinal joints of profiled sheets of each type in accordance with requirements 4.3.3 periodically, at least once a quarter, a control assembly is carried out.
Assembly must be carried out freely, without additional mechanical influences, with the extreme narrow shelves overlapping the wider extreme shelves.
6.8 The dimensions and shape of the profiled sheets may be checked by other means of measurement, approved in accordance with the established procedure and ensuring the necessary measurement accuracy.
7 Transportation and storage
7.1. The profiled sheets are transported by transport of all types in accordance with the rules of transportation and the conditions of loading and fastening of goods operating on transport of this type.
7.2 Packages for transportation and storage shall be laid on wooden or other material of a lining of the same thickness not less than 50 mm, width not less than 150 mm and length greater than the overall size of the package not less than 100 mm, located not less than 3 m.
Packages during transportation must be secured and reliably protected from movement.
7.3 When transporting and storing packages should be placed in one tier.
It is allowed to place transported and stored packages in two or more layers, provided that the mass of 1 m All profiles located above the lower profile should not exceed 3000 kg / m .
7.4 Conditions for transportation of profiled sheets under the influence of climatic factors must comply with conditions 7, storage conditions 3 in accordance with GOST 15150.
