3.3 cross-sectional Area and weight of 1 m length are calculated with nominal dimensions; when calculating the mass of 1 m length of the profile the density of steel is equal to 7.85 g/cm.
3.4 the value of the corner radii and the dimensions of profiles that have not installed limit deviations, are given for construction of calibers; the profiles don’t control them.
3.5 Profile N 1 are manufactured in length from 2.15 to 6 m, profile N 3 — from 2 to 8 m.
3.5.1 depending on order profiles No. 1 and 3 produce:
— measuring length (MD);
— measuring length with non-standard lengths, the weight of which does not exceed 10% of the batch weight (MD1);
— multiple gauge length (CD);
— multiple gauge length with random cuts, of a mass not exceeding 10% of the batch weight (КД1);
— random length (ND).
3.5.2 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer is allowed to produce profiles of other lengths.
3.6 Profile of N 2 produce the measured length — 3900 mm. is possible to supply random lengths, but no shorter than 2250 mm, mass of which does not exceed 5% of the batch weight.
3.7 tolerances for the length of profiles dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:
for profile N 1 +100 mm;
— profile N 2 +40 mm;
— profile N 3 +70 mm.
When delivering profiles with a length of one times the limit deviations should not exceed ±25 mm.
3.8 the Curvature of the profiles must not exceed:
for profile N 1 0,6% length;
— profile N 2 0,4% of the length;
— profile-N 3 0.5% of the length.
3.9 Camber profile N 1 must not exceed 0.6% of the length. Camber profile check on the length of at least 1 m.
3.10 the Profiles must be cut off. Cocina cutting for profiles No. 2 and 3 shall not exceed 10 mm for profile N 1 to 5 mm thick and 10 mm wide.
3.11 Torsion of profiles around the longitudinal axis is not allowed.
Examples of symbols:
Profile N 1 hot rolled width 230 mm, thickness 115 mm, multiple gauge length (CD), GOST 30565 from steel grade st3sp, category 2, group II according to GOST 535:

4 General specifications
4.1 Characteristics
4.1.1 Profiles are produced from steel according to GOST 380 grades:
profile N 1 — St0, St1kp, St1ps, St1ps, St2kp, St2ps, St2sp, St3kp, St3ps, st3sp;
profile N 2 — St3ps, st3sp;
profile N 3 — St3kp, St3ps, st3sp.
The category indicated in the order according to GOST 535. If a category is not specified in the order, determined by the manufacturer.
4.1.1.1 Profile N 2 are made with the guarantee of weldability that ensures compliance with the requirements for chemical composition and mechanical properties.
4.1.2 Mechanical properties of the profiles, GOST 535.

4.2 Marking
4.2.1 Marking of profiles — according to GOST 7566.
4.3 Packaging
4.3.1 Packing profiles, GOST 7566.
5 acceptance Rules
5.1 acceptance Rules profile according to GOST 7566.
5.2 Profiles take parties. The party should consist of profiles of one profilemaster one of the steel melting (bucket).
5.2.1 the agreement with the consumer allowed in the party sections with different bottoms.
5.3 Batch must be accompanied by a document of quality according to GOST 7566.
5.4 To check the quality of profiles taken from the party:
— for chemical analysis — one to three samples from melting (bucket);
— for tensile tests and bending — single profile;
— to test the toughness of two of the profile;
— size — 10% from the party, but not less than 5 pieces.
Surface quality check on all profiles.
5.5 Upon receipt of unsatisfactory results of verification tests at least one indicator, a second validation in accordance with GOST 7566.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
6 Methods to control
6.1 Methods of sampling for the determination of chemical composition — according to GOST 7565.
6.2 Chemical analysis of steel — GOST 22536.0 — GOST 22536.12, GOST 27809 or other methods approved in the established procedure, to ensure the necessary accuracy of the analysis.
When disagreement between the manufacturer and the consumer evaluation was carried out by standard methods.
6.3 Sampling for mechanical and technological tests — according to GOST 7564.
6.4 the tensile Test according to GOST 1497.
6.5 Test bending — according to GOST 14019.

7 Transportation and storage
7.1 Transport and storage profiles N 2 and 3 according to GOST 7566.
7.2 Transportation and storage profile N 1 — according to GOST 7566 with additions.
Profile strip for aluminium electrolytic cells should be stored in special shelves to prevent bending of the profile to feet without binding wire.
At the storage of the profiles in stacks of their feet needs to be perpendicular rows, excluding the drop, sagging of the ends and the curvature of the profile.
