5. REISSUE
This standard applies to hot-rolled sections for car building.
1. The size, sectional area, weight of 1 m of steel channel and reference values shall be as given in the figure and table.1.
Legend: — height;

3. Positive deviations in the thickness of the shelves are limited to extreme deviations on the ground.
Tolerances for the weight of 1 m of channel must not exceed: for N 8B plus 6 minus 6%; for N 14V — 30V-2 plus 3 minus 5%.
4. The curvature of channels in the horizontal and vertical planes shall not exceed 0.20% of the length.
5. The slope of the outer faces of shelves shall not exceed 2.0% of the width of the shelf .
6. Twisting of channels is not allowed.
