6. Extreme deviation from the 90° angle must not exceed:
±1°30' — width with shelves up to 100 mm;
±2° with a shelf width of more than 100 mm;
±1°30' — in shelf width over 100 mm — on request of the consumer.
7. Profiles are produced in length from 3 to 12 m:
— the measured length;
— multiple of gauging length;
— random length.
At the request of the customer can be manufactured of profiles with the length of 11.8 m.
8. Maximum deviations along the length of the profiles dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:
+40 mm for profiles up to a length of 6 m;
+80 mm for profiles with a length of over 6 m.
At the request of the consumer, the maximum deviations along the length of the profiles dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:
+40 mm for profiles up to 7 m;
+40 mm and +5 mm for each meter — for profiles with a length of 7 m. SV.
5−8. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
9. Twisting of profiles around the longitudinal axis should not exceed the 1° to the length of the profile in meters, but not more than 10°.
To determine the twisting is measured the gap between the plane of the control rack and the plane of the profile height at the straight portion (diagonally).
10. The curvature of the profiles should not exceed 0.1% of the length.
11. Shelves waviness profile should not exceed 2 mm per 1 m.
12. The concavity and convexity of the profile walls must not exceed:
1.5 mm — if the width of the straight portion of the wall to 100 mm;
2.0 mm — if the width of the straight portion of the wall up to 200 mm;
3.0 mm — at width of the straight portion of the wall up to 300 mm.
5.0 mm — at width of the straight portion of the walls over 300 mm.
13. The height and width of the profile and the shelves are measured in planes respectively spaced from the vertical and horizontal walls at a distance equal to the value of the outer radius of curvature (+).
14. Measurements of the cross section, and twisting curvature, waviness and bulges of the walls of the profiles is carried out at a distance of 500 mm from the ends, and at the request of the user 300 mm from the ends.
