Notes:
1. The cross-sectional area and weight of 1 m are calculated with nominal dimensions. When calculating the mass of 1 m of the profile the density of steel is equal to 7.85 g/cm.
2. The radii of the curves, shown on features.1 and 2, the profiles are not defined and this for building caliber/
Legend to hell.1 and 2, and table.1:
— height;
- width shelves;
— wall thickness;
- the average thickness of the shelves;
- the radius of the inner curvature;
— the radius of curvature of the shelf;
is the moment of inertia;
- the moment of resistance;
- radius of gyration;
— the static moment of polyacene;
- the distance from the axis to the outer wall faces.
3. Limit deviations for dimensions of sections shall be as specified in table.2.

Note. The determination of the thickness of the shelves profile is in calibers rolls when they are boring.
4. The slope of the outer face profiles, shall not exceed 0,015 .
At the request of the consumer profiles are made with a bias outer edge of the shelf no more than 0,0125 .
5. The curvature of the wall at the height of the section of the profile should not exceed 0.15 .
6. Blunting the outer edges of the flanges of sections 24 to N, inclusive, shall not exceed 0,3 t, above N 24 — 3 mm.
7. At the request of the consumer the asymmetry of the flanges beam flange relative to the vertical axis shall not exceed ½ of the sum of limit deviations on width of the shelf.
6, 7. (Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
8. In accordance with the order of the beams and channels are manufactured with the length from 4 to 13 m:
— the measured length;
— multiple of gauging length;
— measuring length with residue up to 5% of the batch weight;
— multiple gauge length with the residue up to 5% of the batch weight;
— random length.
The rest are profiles of length less than 3 m.
9. At the request of the customer can be manufactured profiles of limited length within off-gage length of over 13 m.
(Revised edition, Edit. N 2).
10. In the manufacture of profiles with variable length is allowed in profiles, length not less than 3 m in an amount of not more than 5% of the batch weight.
11. Maximum deviations along the length of the profiles dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:
+40 mm with a length up to 8 m;
+80 mm — with a length of 8 m. St.
Maximum deviations along the length of the profiles and multiple dimensional measuring length for high precision rolling should not exceed:
+40 mm with a length up to 8 m;
+5 mm for each meter in excess of 8 m.
12. The curvature profiles in the vertical and horizontal planes should not exceed 0.2% of the length.
The curvature profiles in the vertical and horizontal planes for high precision rolling should not exceed 0.15% of the length of the profiles up to a height of 360 mm and 0.1% length — for profiles with a height of more than 360 mm.
10−12. (Revised edition, Edit. N 2).
13. For each profile in addition to the requirements of GOST 7566−94 in the area of marking of hire shall be marked the number of the profile index M or (18M, 20sa, 36C, etc.).
14. The sizing is carried out at a minimum distance of 500 mm from the end of the profile. The beam height is measured along the axis of the channel in the plane of the wall.
15. Tolerances for the weight of 1 m of the profile should not exceed plus 3 or minus 5%. Maximum deviations are checked by the manufacturer of the weighing batch weighing 20−60 tons every 400−500 TPA, or pieces of a profile length of at least 300 mm, selected by rolling not less than every 100 laminated rods.
16. Steel grades and technical requirements — GOST 535−2005 and other applicable standards specified in the order.
17. (Deleted, Rev. N 2).
