1. This standard applies to bent corrugated profiles with semicircular and trapezoidal form of corrugations, manufactured by roll forming mills, 1−2 mm thick of cold-rolled steel and a thickness of 2−4 mm from hot rolled steel for car building.

Notes to the devil.1−18, tabl.1−18:
1. The dimensions of the profiles indicated no extreme deviations are not controlled.
2. Step, width, radii of curvature and depths of the corrugations are controlled by the boring of the rolls, and the finished profile does not control.
3. Linear density, kg/m profile and reference values for the axes computed on nominal sizes. When calculating the linear density profile the density of steel is equal to 7.85 g/cm.
4. Linear density, kg/m profile is not the basis for the delivery of the products.

4. Limit value of the waviness of the side shelves is set according to the thickness and width of the shelves.
For profiles with thickness up to 2.5 mm a waviness at 1 m must not exceed:
10 mm when the width of the shelf to 20 thickness;
15 mm — width with shelves up to 70 thicknesses;
20 mm when the width of the shelf up to 100 thick;
25 mm — at width more than 100 shelf thicknesses.
For sections with thickness greater than 2.5 mm, the waviness should not exceed 15 mm per 1 m.
Note. For a profile N 2 (see.3) the ripple should not exceed 12 mm to 1 m.
5. Twisting of profiles around the longitudinal axis shall not exceed 0.1% of the length.
6. The deflection profiles in the transverse direction, as measured between the outermost corrugations, for profiles with thickness up to 2 mm not standardized and for sections with thickness exceeding 2 mm must not exceed 1.5% of the width of the profile.

7. The deflection profiles for gufram in the longitudinal direction should not exceed 0.2% of the length of the profile.
For profiles specified in the table.3, 5, 7, and profiles of N 2 and 8 (see table.14) the deflection in the longitudinal direction should not exceed 1 mm per 1 m and 0.1% of the length of the profile.
8. The profiles must be cut at right angle. Cut end Squareness, mm should not exceed 10 mm in width.
9. Leg curvature measured at Goram, shall not exceed 5 mm and the length of the profile.
10. Control the size of the cross section and parameters is carried out at a distance of not less than 300 mm from the ends of the profile.
11. Profiles are produced with a length of from 3 to 11.8 m.

12. Depending on the purpose, the profiles are made:
— off-gage length;
— the measured length;
— multiple gauge length.
By agreement with the consumer allowed the production of profiles of a length equal to half of the book.
Note. When ordering profiles, dimensional and multiple dimensional length permitted of sections of random length not more than 10% of the batch weight.
13. In the manufacture of profiles, dimensional and multiple lengths tolerances for length shall not exceed:
+40 mm for profiles up to a length of 6 m;
+80 mm for profiles with a length of over 6 m.

14. Other technical requirements should correspond to GOST 11474.
15. The profiles are manufactured from steel grades: St0, St1kp, St1ps, St2kp, St2ps St3kp, St3ps by GOST 16523.
08KP, 08ps, 08, 10kp, 10ps, 10, 15kp, 15ps, 15, 20kp, 20ps, 20 according to GOST 16523.
Profiles specified in table.4, 9, 11, 12, and profiles No. 3, 4, 10, 12 (see table.14) shall be made of steel grades 09Г2, 09G2D, 10KHNDP according to GOST 17066.
