1 Scope
This standard applies to cold-formed sheet profiles with trapezoidal corrugation, manufactured from galvanized steel roll forming mills and intended for use in construction.

3 Terms and definitions
This standard applies the following terms with respective definitions:
3.1 corrugations: a Longitudinal fold of the steel sheet trapezoidal shape obtained by bending sheet profiling in specialized rolling mills.
3.2 capillary groove: Longitudinal fold on one of the edges of the profiled sheet, cover with a corrugated longitudinal joint of adjacent roofing sheet, and is intended for removal of capillary moisture penetrating at the lap-joint profiles in the inner space of the roof structure.
3.3 roofing profiles: Corrugated profile forming a continuous decking of the roof, performing waterproofing of the roof structure from rain and at the same time perceiving snow and wind loads and transmit it to the bearing of the roof decking or sheathing.
3.4 support profiles: Corrugated profile forming solid floorings and floor coverings, perceiving the whole range of loads acting on the covering and overlapping of buildings and transmitting them to the frame of the buildings.
Note — the profiles also include composite decking and floor coverings.
3.5 wall profiles: Corrugated profile forming a continuous surface of walls and partitions and perceiving mainly wind loads and transmitting them to the frame of the buildings.
3.6 rib: fine Longitudinal corrugations, a ledge or limb that tightens the plate element of the main corrugation.
3.7 reduced area: the cross-sectional Area of the profile is reduced due to removal of part of the compressed cross section with loss of local stability.
3.8 tooled: the Formation of a convex relief at the blank sheet in order to improve the adhesion of profiled sheet with concrete.
3.9 perforation: the holes on the shelves or walls of the profile to ensure that specific requirements, including soundproofing.
4 Classification, basic parameters and dimensions
4.1 Profiles klassificeret by the following features:
— the appointment;
— material of the original billet;
— the presence of a protective and decorative coating;
— sectional shape and surface corrugations.
4.1.1 the purpose of the profiles is divided into types:
N — bearing deck coatings, perceiving the weight of the roof with insulation and load climatic influences;
NP — for load-bearing composite decking floor;
NK — for roof decking that performs carrier and enclosing function;
— For wall protections, performing load-bearing and enclosing functions;
NS — for floors and wall protections.

4.1.2 the material of the initial billet profiles are divided as follows:
— brandsof the rental;

4.1.3 the presence of a protective and decorative coating:
— zinc coating according to GOST 14918;
— zinc coating with a paint or polymer coating according to GOST 30246.
4.1.4 In the form section and the surface of the corrugations:
— corrugated profiles with a constant along the length of the profile cross-section;
— corrugated profiles with the embossed stamping on the walls and shelves, which increases the adhesion profile with concrete;
— corrugated sections with perforations along the flat elements.
4.2 Scheme and example of designation of the profiles given in Appendix A.
4.3 Corrugated profiles are rolled with a repeating across the width of corrugations of a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape with a height h of 15 to 160 mm, for floors and from 8 to 44 mm for a wall barrier (see figures 1 and 2). Allowed to produce profiles with a height of more than 44 mm for wall fencing at the request of the consumer. The corrugations should be placed with equal spacing 's.

4.4 Width of the shelves of the corrugations of the profile are located in one plane must be the same, except for the extreme shelves, the difference in width which shall be not less than 2 mm.
Shelves width of ribs between the longitudinal ribs should be not less than 10 and not more than 200 mm.
4.5 the Angle between the flanges and the walls of the corrugations shall be not less than 95° and not more than 130° for decking or not more than 135° to the wall fencing.
4.6 Mounting width of profiles Intake is equal to the distance between the centres of the extreme shelves. The total width of the profile In take is equal to the distance between the edges or flanges of the extreme shelves.
4.7 Shelves and wall corrugations of the profile can be flat or have longitudinal ribs with a height of 10 mm, and the embossed stamping to improve the adhesion with the concrete in concrete and steel structures made during the profiling process (see figure 2).
4.8 Corrugated profiles used to perform the function of the roof, it is recommended to equip one of the edges an additional element for removal of capillary moisture, beneath the outer surface of the roof deck (with capillary groove). Examples of capillary grooves is shown in figure 3.

4.9 the Shape, size of cross section, profile settings (cross-sectional area, weight of 1 m length), reference values of 1 m of width (the moments of inertia and resistance) and weight of 1 mof the profile most commonly used in the practice of construction, is given in Appendix B.
4.10 For profiles that are not listed in Appendix B, should establish requirements in standards organizations and technical conditions in accordance with the requirements of this standard.
4.11 Reference values of the calculated geometric characteristics of the profiles under transverse bending (the calculated values of the moments of inertia and resistance) should be determined taking into account the reduced cross-sectional area of the compressed flanges and webs of the profiles in accordance with note 2 to tables 1−9 (Appendix B).
4.12 Form of sections of flooring, performing the functions of an external main reinforcement consisting of a monolithic concrete floor slabs should ensure adhesion of flooring to concrete with the coefficient of working conditions the valve is not less than 0,6.
4.13 the Profiles must be made length:
— multiples of 250 mm with a measuring length from 3 to 12 m for the decking;
— multiples of 300 mm when measuring the length from 2.4 to 12 m for wall protections.
By agreement between manufacturer and user is allowed to produce profiles of any length.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 Requirements for raw materials
5.1.1 Profiles without lacquer coating of all types must be made of galvanized steel coil groups of CPS and PCs with the thickness of the zinc coating of the 1st classand the normal thickness variation of HP according to GOST 14918, high precision of rolling thickness and width AT ASH, normal flatness MON with cut edge On according to GOST 19904.

5.1.2 it is allowed to use imported steel, the quality indices which meet the requirements of GOST 14918.
5.1.3 permitted by agreement with the customer in the manufacture of wall and roof profiles used for the construction of temporary buildings and structures with a lifetime of less than 10 years, use a sheet with a thickness of zinc coating 2 gradechurchyard 14918.

5.1.4 Profiles with coating must be made with protective and decorative paint or a polymer coating according to GOST 30246.
Paint color take catalogs of RAL colors and other directories.
On the front and back sides (surfaces With and D) the profile can be made to the paintwork of different types.
Physico-mechanical properties of coatings of the front and back sides of the rental must comply with GOST 30246.
Coatings for corrosion protection of galvanized steel sheet are given in Appendix B.
5.1.5 by agreement between the consumer and manufacturer is allowed to apply other types of protective and decorative coatings (both foreign and domestic production), quality indices which meet the requirements of normative documents of the country of manufacture and approved for use by the state Supervisory authorities.
5.1.6 the material Thickness of the profiles t, excluding the thickness of the zinc and paint coatings should take from 0.5 to 1.5 mm.
5.2 Requirements for protective coatings
5.2.1 Quality of the zinc coating profiles must comply with the requirements of the material of the initial billet for profiling according to GOST 14918.
5.2.2 Quality of coating profiles (see Annex C) must comply with the requirements of the initial billet according GOST 30246.
5.2.3 On the surface of zinc or paint coating of profiles allowed fading, the risks, the traces of the forming rolls does not violate the continuity of coverage.
5.2.4 the scope of the profiles that depend on the corrosivity of the medium, selected in accordance with existing regulations.

5.2.5 corrugated sheets, accessories for their products with polymer coating or without it are non-toxic and fire-proof according to GOST
5.3 Requirements for geometric accuracy
5.3.1 maximum rejections of sizes for all types of sections should not exceed specified in table 1.

5.3.2 maximum deviations in thickness of sections should correspond to the limit deviations on thickness of the workpiece of high precision rolling according to GOST 19904 without regard to coating thickness. Maximum deviations do not apply to deviation in thickness in places of bending.
5.3.3 Camber profiles should not exceed 5.0 mm 3 m length when the length of the profile up to 6 m and 1.5 mm per 1 m of the length in the length profiles of more than 6 m.
5.3.4 Waviness on the flat parts of the profiles should not exceed 1.5 mm, and the limb of the extreme shelves — 3.0 mm.
5.3.5 the Radius of curvature at the corners of the corrugations of the profiles should be at least 1.5t and provided with the forming tool.
5.3.6 Cocina cuts profiles should not display their length for nominal size with the tolerance length.
5.4 completeness
Package profiles should include:
profiles of the same size, material of the initial billet, paint coating;
— fasteners (by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer);
document for shipped products.
5.5 Marking
5.5.1 marking of the profiles is performed according to GOST 7566.
5.5.2 Marking applied to the label that is attached to the package. The marking shall contain:
— name or trademark of the manufacturer;
— designation of the profile;
— the length and number of sections in the package;
— theoretical weight of a package;
— the number of pack and party;
stamp of technical control of the manufacturer.
5.6 Packaging
5.6.1 Packaging profiles performed according to the drawings of the manufacturer, approved in the prescribed manner. The packaging must ensure the safety profile and protective coatings from mechanical damage and from the misaligned sheets in the package relative to each other.
5.6.2 Packaging profiles, intended for export must comply with the requirements of normative documents approved in the established order and agreement.
6 acceptance Rules
6.1 Profiles take parties.
Party think the profiles are the same size, made from the blanks of one batch. Allowed batching of profiles made of materials with different batches of the same manufacturer.
The weight of the batch shall not exceed 75 T. Party must consist of the packages. The mass of the package shall not exceed 10 T.
6.2 For the control of indicators of quality in compliance with the requirements of 5.2.3 and 5.3 are taken one by one profile from each package of one party profiles.
Allowed to control to select one profile from the first and the last packet of one party, if the specified indicators of quality provided by the production technology.
6.3 Party is considered accepted if the quality metrics meet the requirements of this standard.
6.4 Upon receipt of unsatisfactory results of monitoring at least one of the quality indicators on it, a second control twice the number of profiles selected from the same batch.
6.5 If re-inspection will be at least one profile that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch is subjected to routine acceptance.
Each batch of delivered products must be accompanied by a document containing:
— name or trademark of the manufacturer;
— the name of the consumer;
— the order number;
— the batch number;
— designation of the profile;
— data on the number of packages and their numbers, indicating a theoretical mass of each package;
— the total theoretical weight of sections in the party;
stamp of technical control of the manufacturer.
7 control Methods
7.1 Brand, properties, the thickness of the products, as well as the quality of paint of the initial billet must be certified by a document of quality submitted by the manufacturer of the workpiece.
7.2 surface Quality of metal and paint coating profile is determined visually without the use of magnifying equipment.
7.3 Sizes of sections, including installation width B, control of measuring tape according to GOST 7502, metal ruler according to GOST 427, GOST stangenmaterial 164. The width and height of the profiles measured at a distance of from 40 to 500 mm from the ends of the length on the two longitudinal sides.
7.4 Camber along the edge of the corrugation and waviness profiles checked straightedge with a length of 1 m according to GOST 8026 and a set of probes according to current regulations.
The total camber is determined by the strings attached to the ends of the ribs of the corrugation, and a ruler according to GOST 427.
7.5 Cosine cuts profile measuring ruler according to GOST 427 and square according to GOST 3749, installed at the corrugation profile.
7.6 For the measurement of the sizes of 7.3−7.5 taking the arithmetic mean value of three measurements in one cross section and, thus, the results of each measurement must be within specified tolerances.
7.7 control joints longitudinal profiles of each type in accordance with the requirements of 4.4 periodically, at least once per quarter, carry out a test Assembly.
The Assembly must be freely exercised without additional mechanical stress, and extreme wide shelves impose lapped at more extreme narrow shelves.
7.8 the Size and shape of sections of leaves allowed to control other calibrated measuring instruments, approved in the established procedure and ensuring the necessary measurement accuracy.
7.9 the size of the step height of steps, overall width, width of the shelves, the radii of curvature in the corners of the corrugations and the angle on the finished profiles are not in control.
8 Transportation and storage
8.1 Profiles are transported by all kinds of transport in accordance with transportation rules and conditions loading, unloading and fastening of packages operating at the transport of the species.
Methods of loading, unloading and securing of packages to ensure the preservation of cross-sectional size of the corrugations of the profile.
8.2 Profiles should be stored in original packaging in an unheated closed warehouses or under a canopy to protect from exposure to direct sunlight, atmospheric precipitation and dust compliance with fire safety measures not more than 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Note — it is permitted to store profiles under the open sky no more than 1 month subject to the preservation of the factory packaging and package protection from contact with the top profile of direct sunlight. It is recommended to cover packages covering materials in such a way to provide enough ventilation packages.
8.3 storing transport packets should steadily lay on a flat area with slope up to 3° for drainage of rain and melt water from the site and the free flow of packets.
8.4 the Packages during transportation and storage should be stacked on wooden pads of equal thickness not less than 40 mm, width not less than 100 mm and a length of more overall size of the package is not less than 100 mm.
Lining must be placed in increments of not more than 3 m for profiles with corrugations higher than 40 mm and not more than 2 m for profiles with corrugations 40 mm or less.
Packages for transportation should be fixed and reliably protected against displacement.
8.5 In transportation and storage packages should be placed in one tier, and profiles must be tightly inserted into one another over the entire height of the tier.
Allowed transported and stored packages in two tiers or more, provided that the weight of 1 mof all profiles located on the lower profile, does not exceed 3000 kg.
8.6 conditions of transportation of the profiles under the influence of climatic factors should correspond to conditions 7, storing conditions 3 according to GOST 15150.
9 installation tips
9.1 At installation of elements of designs of buildings and structures using load-bearing profiled decking should ensure that the calculated bearing capacity. To this end, the installation of steel sheet cold-formed sections with trapezoidal corrugations in sheet-by-sheet Assembly of the roof and walls should be carried out on the markup that provides a record of the calculated width of the profiled sheet (distance between the axes of the extreme corrugations) in accordance with the values set out in the relevant normative documents of the manufacturers with a tolerance of ±10 mm width profiled sheet.
9.2 the Rest of the installation in accordance with applicable regulations.
