1. This standard applies to hot-rolled steel unequal angles.
The standard fully complies ST SEV 255−76.
2. The dimensions of the parts, the cross-sectional area reference values for the axes and mass of 1 m of parts shall be as specified in the drawing and in the table.1.

1. The cross-sectional area and reference values calculated based on nominal sizes. When calculating the mass of 1 m of area density of steel is equal to 7.85 g/cm.
2. The radii of curvature, shape and dimensions of the interface area of flanges, indicated in the figure and table.1, this to build the calibre and area is not checked.
3. Angles marked with an asterisk produce on demand of the consumer.

6. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer, the maximum deviations in thickness of the shelf is allowed to replace marginal deviations in the mass, equal to %.
7. Deviation from a right angle at the vertex shall not exceed 35'.
8. The Eclipse on the outer corners of the shelves (including the angle at the vertex) is not controlled.
At the request of the consumer dulling the outside corners of the shelves (including the angles) shall not exceed:
0.3 mm thickness shelves — for angles up to 10 mm thick incl.;
The 3.0 — for parts with a thickness over 10 up to 15 mm incl.;
A 5.0 for angles with a thickness of 16 mm. St
9. The corners are made with a length from 4 to 12 m:
the measured length;
multiple of gauging length;
random length;
limited length within off-gage;
measuring length with non-standard lengths not more than 5% of the mass of the party: multiple lengths with random lengths is not more than 5% of the batch weight.
Allowed to produce parts with a length of over 12 m.

10. Maximum deviations along the length of the parts of the measuring length or multiple lengths shall not exceed in millimeters:
+30 — with a length of 4 m;
+50 — if length of over 4 m to 6 m incl.;
+70 — with a length of over 6 m;
at the request of the consumer, +40 mm, for corners over a length of 4 to 7 m:
+5 mm for every 1 m to over 7 m.
11. The curvature of the corners should not exceed 0.4% of length.
At customer’s request, produce angles, the curvature of which does not exceed 0.2% of the length.
For parts N 2.5/1.6 to 5.6/3.6 incl. the curvature is checked for a length of 1 m.
12. Twisting around the longitudinal axis is not allowed.
13. The cross-sectional dimensions of the area are checked for a minimum distance of 500 mm from the end of the rod.
