2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Curved profiles are produced from steel grades according to GOST 14637, GOST 16523, GOST 1577, GOST 17066, GOST 19281 with a temporary tear resistance of not more than 588 MPa (60 kgf/mm).
(Changed edition, Rev. N 5).
2.2. Mechanical properties of cold-formed sections define the workpiece under shot 1577, GOST 14637, GOST 16523, GOST 17066, GOST 19281.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3, 5).
2.3. On the surface of cold-formed sections should not be stress crack, cracks, rolled, rolling and kletochnykh prisoner, accordions, shells from scale, katanoi scale, blisters-blisters and rolled out of the dirt.
Allowed separate, rolled, bubbles, fingerprints, nicks, scratches, risks, a layer of oxides that do not impede the detection of surface flaws, minor General rabinna from the fallen scale, not deducing the thickness of the profile limit deviations.
2.4. On edges and ends of roll-formed sections should not be chipping, peeling, torn edges and tightened.
On edges and ends of roll-formed profiles are allowed dings and nicks, not displaying the profile dimensions to nominal dimensions.
2.5. For corrugated and corrugated profiles of the first group-quality bends on the ends are allowed; for the second group the quality of allowed bends at the ends of the profiles with thickness less than 3 mm, bringing the length of the profile for the nominal dimensions, not more than 10% of the mass of the party.
2.6. Cracks at the ends and along the length of the profiles in the places of bend of the first group quality are not allowed. For the second group the quality of fruit split at the ends of the profiles and in places bending length of not more than 10 mm — thickness profiles up to 2 mm, not more than 15 mm — thickness profiles from 2 to 5 mm and not more than 20 mm when the thickness of profile 5 mm or more, not deducing the length of sections for nominal dimensions.
2.3−2.6. (Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
2.7. Profiles are produced from billets obtained from a sheet of rolled steel normal accuracy of rolling B and high precision rolling A.
Profiles from hot-rolled netravlenoy blanks are manufactured without oiling with traces of emulsion technology.
Profiles from hot-rolled pickled and cold-rolled blanks are made oiled. At the request of the consumer profiles of hot rolled pickled and cold-rolled blanks are made without oiling with traces of emulsion technology.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

The consumer to check the dimensions profiles select 2% of the mass of the party, but at least two profiles.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
3.5. The appearance test is subjected to each profile.
