1 this standard applies to steel bent hat-section profiles manufactured by roll forming units of cold-rolled and hot-rolled sheet rolled carbon steel of ordinary quality, carbon and low alloy structural quality.
2 On the accuracy of the profiling roll-formed profiles are produced:
A — high accuracy;
B — the increased accuracy;
V — usual accuracy.
3 Cross section of the profile must match that specified on figure 1.

4 Sizes of profiles, a cross-sectional area, reference values and weight of 1 m of the profile should match:
for profiles of carbon and boiling semi-killed steel of ordinary quality and quality carbon steel with a temporary tear resistance of not more than 460 N/mm(47 kgf/mm) are given in table 1;
for profiles of the carbon balanced and calm steel of ordinary quality, quality carbon steel with a tensile of more than 460 N/mm(47 kgf/mm) and low alloy steel are given in table 2.

3 By agreement between manufacturer and consumer parts made of carbon rimming steel is manufactured with radii of curvature in accordance with table 2.

7 maximum deviations from the 90° angle must not exceed ±1°30'.
8 Profiles are produced with a length of from 3 to 11.8 m:
the measured length;
measuring length with non-standard not more than 10% of the batch weight;
multiple of gauging length;
multiple lengths random with not more than 10% of the batch weight;
of random length.
At the request of the consumer profiles are made of limited length within off-gage.
9, the maximum deviations along the length of the profiles dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:
+40 mm profile length up to 6 m, inclusive;
+80 mm «"" more than 6 m.
At the request of the consumer for profiles up to 7 m of limit length deviation can be plus 40 mm, over a length of 7 m — 40 mm, plus 5 mm on each meter.
10 the Twisting of profiles around the longitudinal axis should not exceed the 1° to the length of profile in meters and may not exceed 10°.
11 the curvature of the profiles should not exceed 0.1% of the measured length.
12 shelves Waviness profile should not exceed 2 mm per 1 m.
13 wall Height and section width are controlled in the plane at a distance equal to the outer radius of curvature.
14 Definition of cross-sectional dimensions of profiles, as well as torsion and curvature is carried out at a distance from the ends when the accuracy of profiling, at least:
high — 300 mm;
conventional and high — 500 mm.
