Change No. 1 made by the manufacturer of the database in the text IUS N 3, 1984
This standard applies to solder joints of metals and alloys that are subjected to shock loads, and establishes a test method to determine the relative work of destruction.
The test is performed to determine the quality of solder joints, suitability, methods, modes and materials used in soldering.

2.9. In the manufacture of samples of types I and IV should ensure that the radius of the fillets is not more than 0.3 mm. allowed machining of the throat.
2.10. Before testing should be measured with an accuracy of 0.1 mm length and width of the weld samples, soldered lap joint and a butt joint and a seam length of specimens soldered SCOs. The width of the bead samples, the solder SCOs, should be calculated by measuring the linear dimensions of samples, rounding the values to 0.1 mm.
According to the obtained results calculate the area of the solder joint, rounding value to 0.5 mm.
When calculating the area of the solder joint cross-section of the throat is not considered.

3.3. The shape and dimensions of supports shall be as specified in the hell.5.
3.4. Energy of a pendulum with a shock load must match the scale of copra at any value of the angle of rise of pendulum.
3.5. Attaching the solder specimen in the shock load should be established so that the shock pulse was directed along the tangent to the circle described by the center of percussion of the pendulum.
3.6. The distance from the axis of suspension of pendulum to centre of strike () are in millimeters calculated by the formula
,
where is the moment of inertia of the pendulum about the suspension axis, kg·mm;
— the mass of pendulum, kg;
— distance of center of mass of the pendulum from the axis of the suspension, mm, computed by the formula
,
where , …is the mass of the elements of the pendulum, kg;
