Limitation of actions taken by Protocol No. 4−93 of the Interstate Council for standardization, Metrology and certification (ICS 4−94)

REPLACE GOST 11930−66 in part of sec. I

EDITION (August 2011) with Amendments No. 1, 2 approved in December 1984, December 1989 (IUS 3−85, 3−90)

1. This standard establishes General requirements for methods of analysis of surfacing materials: rods for welding, powder alloys for welding, mixture of powders for surfacing, barida and chromium carbide.

2. Weighing of batches is carried out with a maximum error of 0.0002 g.

3. For the final results of the chemical analysis taking the arithmetic mean of results of three parallel definitions, the difference between them at a confidence probability ГОСТ 11930.0-79 Материалы наплавочные. Общие требования к методам анализа (с Изменениями N 1, 2)of 0.95 does not exceed specified in the standards of permissible differences.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

4. For analysis and the preparation of solutions of reagents used distilled water according to GOST 6709−72 and reagents qualification not lower than h.d. a.

5. In the expression «diluted 1:1, 1:2, etc.» the first digits indicate the volume of the acid, or any solution, the second volume of the water.

5A. For the analysis used a measuring laboratory glassware not lower than 2nd accuracy class according to GOST 1770−74, 23932−90 GOST, GOST 25336−82, and another NTD.

(Introduced later. Izm. N 2).

6. When photocolorimetric definitions build the calibration graphs, the x-axis which lay the contents of the element in grams, and the y — axis the value of the optical density of the corresponding solution.

7. Mass concentration of solution establish not less than three batches of a standard sample or source of the substance. For final result take an arithmetic average of results of three determinations.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

8. The selection and preparation of samples for analysis from the rods for surfacing are produced according to GOST 21449−75, from powders of alloys for welding — according to GOST 21448−75, powder mixtures for welding, from powder of chromium carbide and chromium boride — according to normative-technical documentation.

9. (Deleted, Rev. N 1).

10. The correctness of analysis results control using standard samples of similar chemical composition to the analyzed samples (H12, ч5б, N6a, N7, Н14А, Н15А, Ф21, C40).

In the absence of standard samples accuracy of results of analysis by using the photometric and titrimetric methods of checking the analysis of synthetic mixtures simulating the composition of the analyzed samples.

Prepared synthetic mixture: in a glass injected by pipette the necessary volume of a standard solution containing 1 mg/cmГОСТ 11930.0-79 Материалы наплавочные. Общие требования к методам анализа (с Изменениями N 1, 2)of the designated component. The solution is carefully evaporated under low heat to a volume of ~0.5 cmГОСТ 11930.0-79 Материалы наплавочные. Общие требования к методам анализа (с Изменениями N 1, 2). Injected hinges metal, mass fraction of which in the alloy is not less than 1% and analyzed by appropriate standard methods of analysis. Preparing at least two synthetic mixtures with different content (minimum and maximum) defined by the component.

The estimated content of the element in the synthetic mixture calculated as the ratio of the mass of the detectable component in the volume of standard solution injected in the preparation of synthetic mixture to the mass of the analytical sample of the sample. Control the accuracy of the result of the analysis of samples with synthetic mixtures is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 25086−87. The average result of the analysis of standard sample should not differ from the result specified in the certificate, more than half of the maximum value allowable discrepancies for three parallel measurements.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

11. Laboratory areas in which analyses are performed, including areas in which carried out the selection and study of samples must be equipped with exhaust ventilation in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.4.021−75.

12. General hygiene requirements for temperature, humidity, air velocity and contents of harmful substances in the air of the working area and laboratory facilities must meet the requirements of GOST 12.1.005−88.

13. Requirements for fire safety when working in a chemical laboratory must meet the requirements of GOST 12.1.004−91. When working in the laboratory should comply with standard fire safety regulations for industrial enterprises, approved by the Main Department of fire protection Ministry of internal Affairs of the USSR.

The types of fire equipment and fire extinguishing equipment must comply with GOST 12.4.009−83и 12.4.121 GOST-83.

14. Operation of electrical equipment and appliances should be in accordance with the rules of technical operation of electrical installations and safety rules at operation of electrical installations* approved by Gosenergonadzor.
