1. This standard applies to ferrous metals and sets the standard precision weighing scales for his wagon during transportation by rail.
2. The error of weighing of the rent must not exceed:
a) ±0.5% of the mass — for hire with the cost of one ton to 100 RUB.;
b) ±0.2% of the mass — for hire with the cost of one ton over 100.
3. While loading into one car rolled steels with the value specified in paragraph 2, the enumeration of a) and b), weighing should be carried out with an accuracy of ±0.5% of the mass.
4. Weighing the rent specified in paragraph 2, the enumeration of a) must be in the Laden wagons with stop without uncoupling.
5. Weighing the rent specified in paragraph 2, the enumeration of b), should be loaded in the wagons stop, recepcii and determining actual weight of the empty railcar (containers).
6. Load weight (net) in accordance with the requirement of clause 4 is determined by the difference between the gross weight of a loaded car (gross) and weight of the empty railcar (containers) specified on the stencil.
7. Load weight (net) in accordance with the requirement of section 5 is determined by the difference between the gross weight of a loaded car (gross weight) and actual weight of the empty railcar (containers).
