REPLACE GOST 1429.0−69

* REPRINT March 1983 with the Change in N 1, approved in January 1983; Post. N 324 from 21.01.83 (ICS 5−1983).

The Change N 2 approved and put into effect by the Decree of the USSR State Committee for standards from 30.06.87 N 3015 with 01.02.88

Change No. 2 made by the manufacturer of the database in the text IUS N 11, 1987

1. This standard establishes General requirements for methods of analysis tin-lead solders.

2. The selection and preparation of samples for analysis is produced according to GOST and GOST 21930−76 21931−76.

3. The sample is weighed on an analytical balance with uncertainty of 0.0002 g and a torsion balance with an error of less than half the price of division of the scale.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

4. When determining the contents of components and impurities in solders for the final result of the analysis should be the arithmetic mean of the three results of the analysis if the maximum discrepancy of the extreme results do not exceed the permissible values. Upon receipt of the results of the analysis, with discrepancies more permissible values of a second definition.

In establishing the composition of the solders with the use of chemical and spectrochemical methods the contents of the analyzed elements in parallel is determined in three batches.

When determining the content of impurities by the spectral method with the use of solid metal electrodes, the analysis is carried out using three different electrodes, reflecting the composition of the analyzed material. For the results analysis be the arithmetic mean of three test results.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2).

5. For analysis and dilutions used distilled water according to GOST 6709−72, unless specifically listed in standard methods of analysis.

6. The used reagents must be of the qualifications of H. h is allowed to apply the reagents of CH. d. a.

7. Purity metals for preparation of calibration solutions should be not lower than 99.9%.

8. Mass concentration of solution set of at least four or five definitions. The final result should be the arithmetic mean of the results of the analysis.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

9. In the expression «diluted 1:1, 1:2», etc. the first digits indicates the volume fraction of the concentrated acid, or any solution, the second is the volume fraction of water.

10. The expression «hot water» (or solution) means that the fluid has a temperature of 60−70 °C and «warm water» (or liquid) of 40−50°C.

11. Under the concentration of solutions understand: the molar concentration expressed in mol/DMГОСТ 1429.0-77 Припои оловянно-свинцовые. Общие требования к методам анализа (с Изменениями N 1, 2)(M);

mass fraction, expressed in %;

the mass concentration expressed in g/cmГОСТ 1429.0-77 Припои оловянно-свинцовые. Общие требования к методам анализа (с Изменениями N 1, 2).

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

12. Measuring laboratory glassware: pipettes, burettes, volumetric flasks, etc. — should be not less than 2nd accuracy class according to GOST 1770−74 and GOST 20292−74*.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

13. The analysis photocolorimetric method, the cell is chosen so that the measurements were carried out at the optimum optical density for the corresponding colored connections and this device.

13.1. When photocolorimetric definitions build calibration graphs, plotting on the abscissa the content of the element in grams, and the ordinate axis are the corresponding measured values of the optimal density.

14. Control of the correctness of the results of the analysis of tin-lead solders is performed using standard samples according to GOST 25086−81*:

certified mixtures prepared in the form of powders or solutions;

standard additives.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

14.1. Certified mixtures analyzed simultaneously with the investigated samples from the same number of parallel measurements. The contents of the element in the certified mixture should not exceed its content in the sample more than twice.

14.2. When checking using certified mixtures analysis of the investigated samples is confirmed if the reproduced deviation of the average values of element content in a certified mixture of entered values does not exceed half the permissible differences, regulated by the standard.

14.1, 14.2. (Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

14.3. The analysis of the sample with the additive is carried out simultaneously with the analysis of samples that do not contain additives, the same number of parallel measurements.

14.4. Calibration curve for determining the element being measured according to the method, the accuracy of the results is checked by using supplements should be straight and pass through the origin.

14.5. When checking using the standard addition analysis of the investigated samples is confirmed if a condition is met
