1.2. The symbol of the portages-the-blanks when ordering, be subject to all-Union classifier of industrial and agricultural products (OKP).
The complete code of OKP portages-the-blanks consists of 18 digits: the ten digits is given in the mandatory Annex; the last eight characters of code size portages-the-blanks are shown in table.1−20.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The die-workpiece must be manufactured from solid sintered alloys according to GOST 3882−74.
The density of hard alloy for the manufacture of portages-the-blanks form 20 should be:
for VK8 and 14.7−15.1 g/cm;
for ВК10 — to 14.4−14.9 g/cm.
2.2. Limit deviation of the outer diameter and height of the portages-the-blanks shall be as specified in table.21.

2.4. Limit deviations of angular dimensions should not be more than ±1°.

2.6. The transitions of all zones of the holes of the channel portages-the-blanks should have a smooth conjugation.
2.7. In places of transition of the input and output of resposes on the ends of the portages-the-blanks that are not mentioned in hell.1−20, allowed the fillet radius of no more than 0.5 mm or burrs with a size of 0.5 mm.

2.8. Spalling of the working surfaces of roads-pieces in the opening of the channel is not allowed.
2.9. Depth of pitting on the outside surfaces of the portages-the-blanks should not exceed 1 mm for the portages-the-blanks with an outer diameter of 30 mm and 2 mm for the portages-the-blanks with an outer diameter up to 100 mm.
2.10. The macrostructure of the portages-the-blanks in the fracture must be uniform. Sinks, russley and foreign inclusions are not allowed.
2.11. On the surfaces of the portages-the-blanks (inner and outer) should not be scabs, swelling, rosslea, cracks.
The workpiece should be cleaned.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. To verify compliance of the portages-the-blanks the requirements of this standard, the manufacturing enterprise must carry out acceptance tests.
3.2. When acceptance tests to validate the requirements of PP.2.2−2.11 should be selected 5% of the portages-the-blanks from the charged party, but not less than 5 PCs.
3.3. The party should consist of products of the same brand of alloy made from a mixture of one cooking, and accepted by the technical control of the manufacturer on the same document.
3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators, repeat tests are carried out at twice the number of portages-the-blanks from the same batch. The results of repeated tests are final.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. Determination of the tensile strength of the portages-the-blanks — according to GOST 20019−74.
4.2. Determination of the density of the portages-the-blanks — according to GOST 20018−74.
4.3. The hardness of the portages-the-blanks Rockwell — GOST 20017−74.
4.4. The definition of the macrostructure is produced by fracture with a magnifying glass 20−30-fold increase.
4.5. Appearance should be checked without magnifying devices.
In doubtful cases it allowed the use of a magnifying glass up to 4-fold increase.
4.6. Determination of microstructure, porosity and free carbon — GOST 9391−80.
