1. This standard applies to the die-billet of solid sintered alloys for drawing hexagonal rods of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
2. The shape and size of dies-blanks shall be as specified in the drawing and in the table.

3. In places of transition of the output cone on the end of the portage-blanks are allowed a fillet radius equal to the linear size of the bevel.
4. Allowed rounding of the edges of a hexagon with a radius of 1.5 mm.
5. The die-blanks shall be manufactured from solid sintered alloys VK6, VK8, ВК10 according to GOST 3882−74.
The die-workpiece 1980−03361980−0349 it is possible to produce alloy ВК15. The density of hard alloy for the named portage-blanks must be within:
VK6 — 14,815,2 g/cm,
VK8 is 14.715.1 g/cm,
ВК10 to 14.414.9 g/cm,
ВК15 — 13,914,6 g/s
