This standard applies to aluminum commanday powder for the manufacture teploperenosa deformable material type SAP.
The standard requirements are mandatory.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Commanday aluminum powder manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.1. Commanday aluminum powder are made from primary aluminium stamps A-6 according to GOST 11069 *or from the waste of pure aluminum, if their chemical composition they are not below grade A-6.

2.4. Powder must be a product of gray color with individual particles, has a metallic luster.
2.5. Powder shall not contain visible foreign bodies.
2.6. Shelf life of powder is two years from the date of manufacture.

2A. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
2A.1. Aluminum dust at the impact on the human body refers to the 3rd hazard class in accordance with the requirements of GOST
Inhalation of aluminium dust mainly affects the lungs, causing lung aluminas.

2A.2. The maximum permissible concentration of aluminum dust in workplace air in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.1.005 — 2 mg/m.
Control of the air environment of the working area must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.1.005 and model regulations on organization of monitoring of air environment, approved by Gosgortechnadzor.
Determination of aluminium in workplace air should be carried out by the photometric method in accordance with methodologies approved by the Ministry of health.

2A.3. Aluminum powder in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.1.044 belong to the group of flammable substances. Suspended in air atmosphere of aluminum powder (aerosol) is explosive, in the erected condition (aerogel) is a fire hazard.
In the presence of a source of initiation of ignition (burning or glowing body, sparking from the impact or friction, thermal manifestations of chemical reactions and mechanical impacts, electrical discharges, etc.) aerosol aluminum dust at a concentration above the lower concentration limit of flame propagation (LEL) explodes.
While settled in the room aluminum dust can go into a suspended state and cause a more powerful explosion. LEL aluminum powder not less than 40 g/m, the estimated values of the ignition temperature of the aerosol — 540 °C, the aerogel — 470 °C.
Aluminum powder is in the interaction with water, oxygen and oxidants are able to burn.
When injected into aluminum dust water it may catch fire. The danger increases with increasing dispersion of the powder.
When working with powder it is necessary to avoid dusting and to prevent sources of initiation of ignition, exposure to dust, moisture, and accumulations of settled dust.
2A.4. In accordance with the requirements of GOST 19433 according to the degree of danger the powder will relate to dangerous goods of class 4, division 4.3. Category of danger 431.

2A.5. To extinguish an aluminum powder is used: sand, dry powders of alumina, magnesia, dehydrated carnallite and fire-extinguishing powders on the basis of the chlorides of alkaline and alkaline-earth metals. Do not use water, foam and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. General requirements for fire safety shall conform to the requirements of GOST
2A.6. For individual protection of respiratory organs against aerosols of aluminum powder, you must use special dustproof clothing according to the current standard industry regulations of free issue of workwear, footwear and protective equipment to workers and employees, approved by the USSR state Committee for labour and social Affairs.
Collective means of protection against aluminum powder shall conform to the safety regulations in the production of powders and powders of aluminum, magnesium and alloys based on them, approved by Gosgortechnadzor.

2A.7. Unusable aluminum dust and the dust (waste) is not allowed to export in the dumps. Waste should be burned in locations agreed with the local fire Department.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Powder admitted into the parties. The party should consist of powder of the same brand and decorated with a single document about quality that contains:
trademark or name of the manufacturer and trademark;
brand powder;
batch number;
weight (net) of the party;
number of seats in the party;
the results of the tests;
the date of manufacture;
the designation of this standard.
The weight of the batch should not exceed 3,000 kg.

3.3. The content of the magnetic fraction and the moisture in the powder, the manufacturer determines periodically for each instalment on a sample selected according to claim 3.2.
3.4. Verification of compliance with packing and labelling requirements of this standard is carried out on each drum of the party.

3.5. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample selected from the same batch of powder. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. To determine the chemical and granulometric composition and bulk density take an average sample.
4.2. Sampling and sample preparation
4.2.1. From each jar of the sample probe according to GOST 23148* select point sample weighing not less than 150 g.

4.2.2. Spot samples are combined, thoroughly mixed and reduced by the method of kvantovaniya or using the jet divider to the average sample weight of not less than 500 g.
4.2.1,
4.2.3. An average sample is divided into two parts, one of which is subjected to the tests and the other is Packed in a tightly closed container and stored for three months in case of differences in the assessment of quality.
4.3. Determination of granulometric composition
Particle size distribution determined by sifting samples with a mass of 50 g through a sieve with a mesh according to GOST 6613.
4.3.1. Equipment
Mechanical shaker with a speed of sit 270−300 rpm and the number of shaking 140−180 per minute.

4.3.2. Analysis
Under the set of sieves assembled in the correct sequence, put the pan and place on mechanical shaker. A sample of 50 g is weighed with an accuracy of at least 0.01 g, placed on the top sieve and cover with lid. Include scrambler and sieved powder for 30 min.
The residue on the sieves and the pan was determined by weighing with an accuracy of at least 0.01 g Stuck in the holes of the sieve particles recovered with a soft brush and attached to the sieve residue.
Losses during sieving should not exceed 1%.
4.3.3. Processing of the results

4.4. Determination of bulk density
4.4.1. Equipment
Laboratory scales General purpose 4 th grade precision weighing error of no more than 0.01 g according to GOST 24104.

4.4.2. Testing
A sample of the powder weighing 150−200 g slowly poured through the funnel 1 with the grid 2 and the case 3 with inclined plates 4 into the beaker 5. The distance between the bottom slice of the body 3 and the upper edge of the Cup 5 should be 25 mm. Case 3 is fastened to the rack 6.
Excess powder is carefully removed with a metal plate. Then the glass powder is weighed with an error not more than 0.01 g.
4.4.3. Processing of the results

4.5. Determination of the mass fraction magnetic fraction
4.5.1. Check for mass fraction magnetic fraction is carried out in all the mass of dust on any of the reels (weighing not more than 10 kg), included in the sample.

4.5.3. Testing
4.5.3.1. Determination of the magnetic flux of the permanent magnets
Magnet 1 (see the devil.4) installed inside the coil 2 with the retainer 6. Then the latch is removed, and the magnet under its own gravity falls into the stand 5, the arrow of millionairemate rejected.
The distance from the retainer 6 to the center of the winding 3 must be equal to half the height of the magnet 1.

In the casing 4 (see the devil.2) a test separator is inserted into the magnets 5 and the separator is mounted on the receptacle 6 for separated dust.
The distance between the centers of any two adjacent magnets must be equal to or less than 50 mm.
In a container 1 is loaded with the test powder. Opening the valve 2 allow the powder from the container 1 to pour through the separator into the container 6. After separation the separator is mounted on a sheet of tracing paper the size of 200x200 mm. casings recovered From the magnets. The separator is shaken to clean it from hung on the shrouds of a mixture of particles of the magnetic fraction and powder. Then using a magnet placed in the casing, produce a separation of the particles of the magnetic fraction from the mixture, which is tracing. The last operation is repeated three times. Selected magnetic fraction weighed on an analytical balance with an accuracy of not more than 0.001 g.

4.6. Mass fraction of iron determined according to GOST 12697.7.
4.7. Mass fraction of fat of additives and moisture is determined according to GOST 5494.
4.8. Determination of the mass fraction of active aluminum
Mass fraction of active aluminum is determined in an indirect way: by measuring the volume of hydrogen formed in the reaction with sodium hydroxide.

4.8.2. Tested
Weighed dust mass of 0.05−0.1 g, weighed with accuracy up to 0.0002 g, placed in a vial set in a reaction vessel inclined. In the reaction vessel is carefully poured 30 cmof a solution of sodium hydroxide with a mass concentration of 20 g/DMso that the solution was below the edges of the tube.
The reaction vessel is tightly closed with a rubber stopper, through which passes the tube connecting it via the three-way valve with the atmosphere and through two-way tap with the measuring burette.
Before beginning the experiment the measuring burette with leveling bottle filled with water, and then the reaction vessel by turning the three-way tap fragment with the atmosphere and connected to the measuring burette.
The temperature of the cooling water reaction vessel and water contained in the casing of the measuring burette, should not differ from ambient temperature by more than 1 °C.
The reaction vessel is shaken so that a portion of the solution was in the vial with powder, and immersed in water. The shaking is repeated several times until complete dissolution of aluminium.
After cessation of evolution of gas and cooling the reaction vessel to ambient temperature the volume of gas measured 2−3 times every 15 min using equalization flask. After the gas volume will become constant, measure atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature.
4.8.3. Processing of the results

Control of the correctness of the results of the analysis should be carried out by the method of standard addition in accordance with the requirements of GOST 25086.
4.8.1−4.8.3. (Added, Rev. N 2).
4.9. Mass fraction of aluminum oxide (AlO) is determined by difference between 100% and the content amounts of active aluminium, iron, supplements fat and moisture percentages.

4.10. To check the appearance of the powder and the absence of foreign particles is carried out by visual inspection of the whole sample.
5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Aluminum dust is packaged in accordance with the requirements of GOST 26319 sealed in metal drums of the type BT-50-II or RTA-50-I on the other 48−5-254 capacity of 40, 50, 56 DM, with a gross mass not exceeding 75 kg.
For protection from corrosion the outer surface of the drums should be painted.
Cover each Packed drum should be sealed with putty, without a negative impact on the quality of the powder.
5.2. Transport marking — according to GOST 14192 with the application of the drums of manipulation signs: «Protect from moisture», «hermetically Sealed package» and sign of danger according to GOST 19433, subclass 4.3.
On each reel indelible ink using the stamp or stencil shall contain:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
the name of the powder;
grade powder;
batch number;
weight gross and net;
the date of manufacture;
number of packaging unit;
the designation of this standard;
classification code 4312 group by GOST 19433;
serial number 00Н 1396.

5.4. Dust transporterowych by all kinds of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to transportation of this species.
Forming transport packets in accordance with the requirements of GOST 26663 and the 48−5-286. Funds bond packages must meet the requirements of GOST 21650. Transport marking of packages — according to GOST 14192.
In rail transport the powder should be transported by railway carriages.
During the transportation of aluminum dust in air transport, the cargo net mass per package must not exceed 15 kg per passenger and 50 kg for cargo aircraft.
Loading and unloading with aluminum powder should be performed in accordance with the requirements of GOST

5.5. The powder is stored in the manufacturer’s packaging in closed, dry rooms at a distance of not less than 1 m from heating devices.
It is prohibited to store together the powder from oxidising agents and aqueous solutions of various compounds.

6. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
6.1. The manufacturer must ensure that the quality of powder with the requirements of this standard under the conditions of storage, transportation, and rules loading and unloading.
Warranty period of storage of the powder of all grades shall be one year from the date of manufacture.
