1. This standard applies to inserts-blanks of sintered hard alloys for the manufacture of tools intended for upsetting fasteners rod and nuts.
The requirements of this standard are mandatory, except the mass specified in clause 4 (tab.1−13).
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
2. Insert blanks shall be made of forms of the following numbers:
1 — matrices for heading bolts and screws under the knurling and cutting and for rivets;
2 — the matrix for the landing of the screw under the knurling and cutting and for rivets with a countersunk head;
3 — the matrix for the landing of pan head screws, screw and bolt under the knurling;
4 — the matrix for the landing of the screws under the knurling with a countersunk head;
5 — matrices for heading bolts carriage;
6 — punches to the pre-upsetting bolts, screws, screws and rivets;
7 — the final punches upsetting bolts, screws and rivets with semicircular head;
8 — the final punches landing hex bolts;
9 — cutting the sleeves;
10 — K matrices for heading nuts (IV operation) 7-17;
11 — K matrices for heading nuts (IV operation) 17-30;
12 — blank inserts for planting nuts (II);
13 — to punches for heading bolts, flat head screws.
3. The symbol insert-workpiece when the order is tailored to all-Union classifier of products (OKP).
The complete code of OKP insert-workpiece consists of 18 digits: the ten digits code OKP insert-workpiece is given in the Appendix. The last eight characters of code size inserts-blanks are shown in table.1−13.
