1.2. The symbol insert-workpiece when the order is tailored to all-Union classifier of products (OKP). Full OKP code is composed as follows: the first six digits denote the grade according to GOST 3882−74, the next four characters (code batch-sequence number GST) indicate the form of the insertion of the workpiece. 2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Blank panels shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard working drawings, approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. Preset inserts shall be made of hard metal alloys according to GOST 3882−74:
for the separation of stamps from alloy brand ВК20;
for bending dies alloy grades VK8 and ВК15.
2.3. Maximum deviations for all the dimensions of the blanks of inserts of the form I, as well as the size of the forms II and III, size IV form should not be more than specified in table.5.

2.7. The depth of the fractures on edges of workpieces of inserts forms I, II and III should not be more than half of the dimension tolerance.
2.8. On the blanks of inserts of the form IV technology allowed burrs, protrusions on the ground connector mold and chipping within half of the tolerance on size.
2.9. Maximum deviations of form of cylindrical surfaces of workpieces of inserts should not exceed 0.5 dimension tolerance.

2.10. The macrostructure of the billet inserts in the fracture must be uniform. Shell, delamination, and foreign inclusions are not allowed.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.2. To verify compliance with billet inserts the requirements of this standard, the manufacturing enterprise must carry out acceptance testing and periodic testing.
3.3. When acceptance tests to validate the requirements of PP.2.2−2.11 should be selected 3% of the billet inserts from the charged party, but not less than 3 pieces.
3.4. Periodic tests are subjected to a 15 billet inserts the number of passed acceptance tests for compliance with the requirements of this standard. Periodic test is conducted twice a year under the program of acceptance tests.
3.5. The results of periodic testing shall be furnished in the form of protocols. At the request of the consumer, the manufacturer shall furnish test reports.
3.6. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators, repeat tests are carried out at twice the number of inserts from the same batch. The results of repeated tests are final and apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. Test blank sample inserts selected for control, and their number shall be as specified in table.9.

4.2. Ultimate strength in lateral bending, density, Rockwell hardness and macrostructure is determined according to GOST 4872−75.
4.3. Inspection of the external view is produced without magnifying devices.
4.4. The dimension check is carried out measuring tools to ensure accuracy within specified permissible deviations.
4.5. Deviation from flatness and straightness check on a broad supporting planes of measuring devices or tools that provide measurement accuracy within the prescribed limit deviations.
5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Billet inserts of the same shape, same size, same brand alloy and from the same batch should be wrapped in brown paper GOST 8273−75 and placed into boxes of size 85х50х55 mm cardboard according to GOST 7933−75.
The box with the billet inserts must be Packed in wooden cases, the size of which depends on the number of Packed boxes.
Large billet inserts wrapped in brown paper GOST 8273−75 and Packed directly in wooden crates.
Weight box gross not more than 50 kg.
5.2. Billet inserts individual marking is not subjected to. Labeling of produce in the boxes in which they are Packed.
5.3. On each box shall be marked:
the symbol of the preset inserts;
brand of hard alloy;
the designation of this standard;
trademark of the manufacturer.
5.4. In each carton or box must be attached to packing list stating:
name of the manufacturer;
brand of hard alloy;
legend;
batch number;
date of issue;
the quantity and weight;
the results of the inspections and tests prescribed by the standard;
designation of this standard.
5.5. Each box must be specified:
the manufacturer;
brand of hard alloy;
symbol products;
the designation of this standard.
5.6. Transportation of produce any kind of transport in the package as stated in paragraph 5.1.
5.7. Storage of produce in the container referred to in subsection 5.1, in a dry place, not containing vapors of acids and alkalis.
