4.3.2 the Order of the markings on the ingot is given in Appendix A.
Notes
1 by agreement with the manufacturer details on the front side of the ingot can be performed in English in Appendix B. In the ingots with a mass of 50 grams and less is allowed to put an inscription: «MELTER ASSAYER».
2 On the ingot may be caused to the trademark of the customer or other symbols, as agreed upon with the manufacturer.
3 Marking ingots with mass equal to or multiples of Troy ounces, is only performed in accordance with Appendix B, the nominal weight of such ingots is applied in Troy ounces, for example, the nominal mass of ingots SSHZ 31,1 31,1 SLZ and is denoted as «1 oz» or «1 ounce troy».
(Changed edition, Rev. No. 1).
4.3.3 Marking of the ingot shall be clear, legible. Print marking text on a stamped bars must be convex on the cast bars it can be pushed. No corrections labeling, merge letters and numbers.
The number of the ingot is set by the manufacturer and is done with a metal stamp. It can be applied to a laser or other method.
Note — By agreement with the customer the number of the ingot weighing 50 grams and less can be printed on the reverse side.
