6.2 size distribution of the powder of palladium guarantee technology.

The presence of mechanical impurities is determined by the combined sample visually.

6.3 To check the chemical composition of palladium in a sample taken from the melt with obtaining a trial ingots or rods for spectral analysis or another method of selection according to the method of the manufacturer, do not reduce the representativeness of the sample.

The surface of the test bars and the bars need to be flat, and processed by cutting or grinding.

Allowed to acquire a sample by removing shavings no larger than 1 mm from each ingot of the party with one pre-stripped plane, the mass of the joint sample shall be not less than 150 g, weight of prepared sample not less than 120 g. the Minimum sample mass for a party of one or two bars — 60 g.

Determination of the chemical composition of palladium bullion the customer, if necessary, can be performed on the samples taken from any two bars of the party by drilling in the opposite corners and sides of the ingot.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

6.4 For the determination of chemical composition and particle size of the powder of palladium sampled. For this batch of powder was stirred six times on the ring and cone and reduce kvantovanie with stirring at every stage to the mass of the joint sample at least 5% of the batch weight. The combined sample is sieved through a sieve with cell size of 1.6 mm according to GOST 6613, averaged and reduced to the weight of the prepared sample (not less than 200 g).

Allowed the selection of ready samples by the method of intersection of the jet of powder of palladium when it is unloaded from the mixer after the mechanical averaging.

6.5 analysis of the chemical composition of palladium is carried out according to GOST 12225* and other methods to ensure accuracy is not below the predetermined specified standard.

7 Transportation and storage

7.1 Palladium bullion and powder transporterowych and stored in accordance with the requirements of the Federal financial authorities of the state of the manufacturer.

7.1.1 Transportation of palladium is carried out in a Packed form and in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the organization providing the transportation.

7.1.2 Storage of palladium from the manufacturer and the consumer is carried out in Packed in conditions that ensure the safety of goods from damage and spoilage.

The shelf life of palladium in the manufacturer’s packaging is not limited.
